本发明公开了一种具有抗痛风功能的可食用植物组方食品。该食品是由扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽组方而成,具有调节嘌呤代谢关键酶的活性、降低血尿酸浓度,进而缓解痛风症状的作用,可直接食用或熟化后食用或添加到其它食品中,作为痛风人群的辅助食品。此组方食品具有食用安全、方便、依赖性低、取材广泛的特点。本发明属于食品加工领域或医疗保健领域。
背景技术
痛风属于代谢性疾病,特征为嘌呤代谢活跃、尿酸排泄障碍、关节肿痛,还与嘧啶代谢、氨基酸代谢、磷酸戊糖代谢和谷胱甘肽代谢密切相关,水产品、酵母等富含嘌呤类食物摄入过多时症状快速加重;目前缓解痛风症状的方法,主要从减少尿酸生成和增加尿酸排泄两个方面入手,包括使用药物别嘌呤醇和非布索坦抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性来减少尿酸的生成,或使用丙磺舒抑制尿酸在肾小管的重吸收,增加尿酸的排泄来减轻痛风症状,或使用秋水仙碱中和与抑制尿酸;然而,别嘌呤醇和非布索坦极易引起过敏反应或肝肾损伤,丙磺舒则无法用于肾功能不全者,秋水仙碱具有明确的细胞毒性。实践中人们更倾向于采用食物辅助控制痛风,但是目前痛风人群的可用食物种类较少,能够缓解痛风症状的食品更是贫乏。
已知苦杏仁有消炎利尿、镇咳平喘的功效,但苦杏仁毒性较大,而具备相似特征的扁桃仁富含糖苷成分,则毒性较小,都是市售食材;蕨菜中生物碱含量丰富,具有清热凉血、利尿通淋功效,是传统食材;苦荬菜富含黄酮,葡萄籽富含多酚,黄酮和多酚均有抗氧化功能,对抗痛风有益,两者都是常见食材。
本发明选择常见可食用植物扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽为食材原料,根据其富含生物碱、黄酮、多酚或多元醇、芳香油的特点,进行原料组方,能够抑制嘌呤代谢途径中关键酶黄嘌呤氧化酶、腺苷脱氨酶的活性,干预嘌呤代谢转化,减少尿酸生成,达成抗痛风功效。该组方具有安全、方便、依赖性低、取材广泛的特点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有抗痛风功能的可食用植物组方食品,该可食用植物组方食品能够抑制嘌呤代谢途径中关键酶黄嘌呤氧化酶、腺苷脱氨酶的活性,干预嘌呤代谢转化,减少尿酸生成,缓解抗痛风症状。该组方具有安全、方便、依赖性低、取材广泛的特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下的技术方法来实现的:
A、以扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽作为组方原料,制作风干、粉碎,制成粉剂;
B、将扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽粉剂按重量比1:2:1.5:2的比例混合,制成组方粉剂,作为可食用植物组方食品;
C、该可食用植物组方食品可单独熟化后食用或作为其它食品主要功能性原料。
A中所述的以扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽作为组方原料,其原料包括其浓缩物、粗分离物和粗提取物。
B中所述的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽粉剂按重量比,其选用的比例为0.5~1.5:1.5~2.5:1.0~2.0:1.5~2.5,不排除因个别需求而降低或去除其中的一种原料配比。
B中所述的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽粉剂,其可以采用薏米、车前草、芹菜、苦苣作为辅料。
C、中所述的该可食用植物组方食品可单独熟化食用或作为其它食品主要功能性原料,其其它食品包括粉剂、片剂、饮品、方便食品。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,使其更明确,但决不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
1)取扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽,洗净后70℃烘干;
2)将烘干的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽放入破壁机打碎;
3)将打碎的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽用200目筛网过筛除杂;
4)扁桃仁粉1%、蕨菜粉2%、苦荬菜粉1.5%、葡萄籽粉2%、薏米粉93.5%组方,炒熟,分装,制成一种具有抗痛风功能的可食用植物组方食品或食品冲调粉剂(该粉剂的缓解痛风机制与功效参加说明书附件图1~3)。
实施例2
1)扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽洗净,50℃风干;
2)干燥的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽放入破壁机打碎;
3)将打碎的扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽用200目筛网过筛除杂;
扁桃仁粉1%、蕨菜粉2%、苦荬菜粉3%、葡萄籽粉2%、芹菜粉1%,木糖醇3%、麦芽糖醇3%、硬脂酸镁2%,淀粉83%,组方混合,压片,制成一种具有抗痛风功能的可食用植物组方食品压片糖果。

以扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽作为组方原料,制作风干、粉碎,制成粉剂;
将扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜、葡萄籽粉剂按重量比1:2:1.5:2的比例混合,制成组方粉剂,作为可食用植物组方食品;
该可食用植物组方食品可单独熟化后食用或作为其它食品主要功能性原料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的本发明的目的是一种具有抗痛风功能的可食用植物组方食品,其特征是该可食用植物组方食品能够抑制嘌呤代谢途径中关键酶黄嘌呤氧化酶、腺苷脱氨酶的活性,干预嘌呤代谢转化,减少尿酸生成,缓解抗痛风症状。
4.根据权利要求1A所述的以扁桃仁、蕨菜、苦荬菜和葡萄籽作为组方原料,其原料包括其浓缩物、粗分离物和粗提取物。
