Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种座卧榻的具有可调整的头部和脚部的板条格垫，例如具有可调整的头部和脚部的床，其中设有用于调整的电动机。
背景技术
具有可调整的构件的座卧榻尤其是板条格垫，作为寓所中适用于老年人和/或残疾者的设施往往配备有调整电动机，以提供方便地尤其省力地调整的可能性。其中通常使用伺服电动机，然而它有需占较大空间的缺点，恰恰在较轻的织成金丝编织品的家具或例如床中，它们没有用宽的侧面部分覆盖，所以在外观上显得不美观。
例如德国公开文件DE19542319-A1、DE19542321-A1和DE-19542321-A1公开了板条格垫的驱动技术，在那里的驱动装置也设计为在外部的电动机，电动机作用在设在板条格垫上的轴上。
发明内容
相比之下，本发明的目的是提供一种方案，借助于这种方案可以通过电动机调整座卧榻尤其是板条格垫，而与此同时却看不见电动机。
按本发明为达到此目的采取的措施是，在板条格垫的外框架上设组合在回转轴内的轴向电动机。
根据本发明，提出一种用于座卧榻的具有可调整的头部和脚部的板条格垫，其中板条格垫设有用于调整的电动机，其特征为：所述板条格垫具有一个外框架，所述电动机设计为组合在回转轴内的轴向电动机并且设置在所述板条格垫的外框架上，并且所述回转轴配有连接到所述板条格垫的可调整的头部和脚部上的摇杆。
按本发明的这种组合在回转轴内的轴向电动机在外面根本看不见，因为它们被组合在本来就必需的板条格垫的回转轴内，回转轴则固定在板条格垫的外框架上。此设计方案同时达到轻便、噪声小以及基本上免维修。
设两根具有轴向电动机及所属摇杆的回转轴是有利的，摇杆连接在头部或脚部。因此可以多段地调整尤其是床，此时头部和/或脚部彼此可以独立调整，而且按这样的方式，即，头部和脚部总是可以一再地分开调整。
在一种有利的设计中还规定，轴向电动机通过轴向板旋转固定地固定在板条格垫的外框架上，其中，回转轴设置成可通过滑动轴承绕电动机旋转。这使得整个设备成为一种特别稳定的结构。例如轴向板可以配备一个四方的固定销，电动机法兰通过一个相应设计的四方孔与之互相嵌接。若电动机轴与在此轴上的绕组一起运动，则电动机外壳防旋转和旋转固定地固定在板条格垫的外框架上。
此外，本发明还规定，电动机轴通过自锁式传动装置传动一个作用在回转轴上的传动件。这样做的优点是，板条格垫可调整的构件始终安全地固定在其各自的位置上，因为自锁式传动装置阻止可调整的构件滑回其原始位置。只有在调整电动机加上电压时自锁式传动装置才解锁，然后可调整的构件允许被置于另一个位置。一旦供电中断或关闭，传动装置自锁，以及板条格垫便固定在所要求的位置上。
本发明在另一项有利的设计中还规定，回转轴设计为四方管以及传动件设计为四方轮。这就提供了一种特别简单和便宜的调整装置结构以及使传动件和回转轴无滑动地互相啮合。

图3通过一台具有自锁式传动装置和带四方轮的驱动轴并在板条格垫外框架上组合在一根回转轴内的轴向电动机的纵剖面。
具体实施方式
总体上用标号1表示的板条格垫有外框架2、内框架3、弹性件4和固定在弹性件上的弹性板条5。外框架2上固定了带四方固定销7的轴向板6。除此以外轴向板6还有两个滑动轴承8。在滑动轴承8上有四方管作为可运动的回转轴9。在此设计为四方管的回转轴9内组合一轴向电动机10，后者包括电动机外壳11和带绕组13的电动机轴12。
在自锁式传动装置14旁设有带设计为四方轮的传动件16的驱动轴15，传动件通过止挡17保险。带四方孔19的电动机法兰18在轴向电动机10的另一端，轴向板6上的四方固定销7插入四方孔19内。电动机轴12和驱动轴15均可旋转地支承在滚珠轴承20中。
驱动电动机10通过连接电缆21与变压器22和与变压器连接的图中没有表示的控制器相连。为设计成四方管的回转轴9配设摇杆23，摇杆连接在板条格垫1的头部24或脚部25。
所建议的结构其工作方式如下：
图1表示处于原始位置的板条格垫。若轴向电动机11通过变压器22经连接电缆21供电，则电动机轴12和驱动轴15带着作为传动件旋转固定地装在驱动轴上的四方轮一起旋转。四方轮插在四方管的内部，后者起回转轴的作用，并通过刚性地固定在回转轴上的摇杆23作用在头部24和/或脚部25。
通过适当地设计控制器，既可以使头部24和脚部25彼此同步地提升或下降，也可以使它们互相独立地改变到它们的位置。当然，摇杆、安装框架、回转轴等也可以作不同的设计。关键仅在于真正的电动机节省空间和位置地作为轴向电动机组合在回转轴内，以便尽可能少地被看到。

Claims (5)

1.用于座卧榻的具有可调整的头部和脚部的板条格垫，其中板条格垫设有用于调整的电动机，其特征为：所述板条格垫(1)具有一个外框架(2)，所述电动机设计为组合在回转轴(9)内的轴向电动机(10)并且设置在所述板条格垫(1)的外框架(2)上，并且所述回转轴(9)配有连接到所述板条格垫(1)的可调整的头部和脚部(24、25)上的摇杆(23)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的板条格垫，其特征为：设有两根回转轴(9)，每一根回转轴(9)内设有轴向电动机(10)，且每一根回转轴(9)具有所配属的摇杆(23)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的板条格垫，其特征为：轴向电动机(10)通过一个轴向板(6)旋转固定地固定在板条格垫(1)的外框架(2)上，其中，回转轴(9)设置成可通过滑动轴承(8)绕轴向电动机(10)旋转。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的板条格垫，其特征为：每一轴向电动机(10)具有一根驱动轴(15)，该驱动轴(15)通过一个自锁式传动装置(14)带动一作用在回转轴(9)上的传动件(16)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的板条格垫，其特征为：所述回转轴(9)设计为四方管，而所述传动件(16)设计为四方轮。
