Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料及制作工艺,首先称取适量的酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌10‑20min,然后依次添加硅胶填料、环氧活性稀释剂和增韧剂加热充分搅拌20‑40min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入疏水剂、成膜助剂和抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌30‑45min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。通过采用本发明制备的防水环氧涂料,能够具备良好的耐高温性能和抗菌杀菌性能,保证涂料的使用性能和实用性,而且通过采用酚醛树脂作为基料,能够保证涂料具备良好的耐酸性能、力学性能和耐热性能,而且其它的辅料没有挥发性有机溶剂及游离甲醛,安全环保,不含有害物质,不会对人体健康造成伤害。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料及制作工艺。
背景技术
环氧涂料一般分为油性环氧涂料和水性环氧涂料2种,按照使用性能划分,一般有耐磨环氧涂料和环氧防腐涂料,严格的划分还应该有防静电环氧涂料和建筑环氧装饰涂料,细分应该是4大种类比较确切,但是现有的防水环氧涂料其环保性能较差,且其耐高温性能较差,不能长时间的在高温的环境下时候,降低了防水环氧涂料的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料及制作工艺,具备环保耐高温的优点,解决了现有的防水环氧涂料其环保性能较差,且其耐高温性能较差,不能长时间的在高温的环境下时候,降低了防水环氧涂料的实用性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料,其组份按重量份数包括以下组分:
一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、首先称取适量的酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌10-20min;
S2、然后依次添加硅胶填料、环氧活性稀释剂和增韧剂加热充分搅拌20-40min,获得乳液混合物;
S3、向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入疏水剂、成膜助剂和抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌30-45min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。
优选的,所述环氧活性稀释剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯和苯甲中的任意一种或几种混合物。
优选的,所述增韧剂为脂肪族二元羧酸酯或柠檬酸三丁酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述疏水剂为聚硅氧烷-多烷氧基醚共聚物、改性聚硅醚或有机硅树脂中的任意一种。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为苯乙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的任意一种,所述抗菌杀菌剂采用纳米银离子颗粒和纳米二氧化钛颗粒混合制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过采用本发明制备的防水环氧涂料,能够具备良好的耐高温性能和抗菌杀菌性能,保证涂料的使用性能和实用性,而且通过采用酚醛树脂作为基料,能够保证涂料具备良好的耐酸性能、力学性能和耐热性能,而且其它的辅料没有挥发性有机溶剂及游离甲醛,安全环保,不含有害物质,不会对人体健康造成伤害。

实施例一:
首先称取60份酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌15min,然后依次添加15份硅胶填料、6环氧活性稀释剂和8份增韧剂加热充分搅拌25min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入3份疏水剂、3份成膜助剂和5份抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌30min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。
实施例二:
在实施例一中,再加上下述工序:
环氧活性稀释剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯和苯甲中的任意一种或几种混合物。
首先称取65份酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌12min,然后依次添加12份硅胶填料、6环氧活性稀释剂和10份增韧剂加热充分搅拌30min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入4份疏水剂、3份成膜助剂和5份抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌30min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。
实施例三:
在实施例二中,再加上下述工序:
增韧剂为脂肪族二元羧酸酯或柠檬酸三丁酯中的任意一种。
首先称取60份酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌13min,然后依次添加15份硅胶填料、8环氧活性稀释剂和8份增韧剂加热充分搅拌40min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入4份疏水剂、3份成膜助剂和2份抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌40min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。
实施例四:
在实施例三中,再加上下述工序:
疏水剂为聚硅氧烷-多烷氧基醚共聚物、改性聚硅醚或有机硅树脂中的任意一种。
首先称取62份酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌12min,然后依次添加13份硅胶填料、10环氧活性稀释剂和8份增韧剂加热充分搅拌38min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入3份疏水剂、2份成膜助剂和2份抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌42min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。
实施例五:
在实施例四中,再加上下述工序:
成膜助剂为苯乙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的任意一种,抗菌杀菌剂采用纳米银离子颗粒和纳米二氧化钛颗粒混合制得。
首先称取66份酚醛树脂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的去离子水,加热搅拌18min,然后依次添加13份硅胶填料、9环氧活性稀释剂和10份增韧剂加热充分搅拌35min,获得乳液混合物,向上述步骤中获得的乳液混合物依次加入5份疏水剂、2份成膜助剂和3份抗菌杀菌剂加热搅拌40min,获得环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料及制作工艺,其特征在于:所述疏水剂为聚硅氧烷-多烷氧基醚共聚物、改性聚硅醚或有机硅树脂中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型耐高温防水环氧涂料及制作工艺,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为苯乙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的任意一种,所述抗菌杀菌剂采用纳米银离子颗粒和纳米二氧化钛颗粒混合制得。
