Description

用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱,更具体地说涉及一种向冰箱冷冻室四周提供冷气的装置。
发明背景
一般地,一个冰箱包括一冷冻室和一冷藏室,其结构可以使由致冷器室内致冷器致冷的冷气可以通过一气流调节器和一冷气通道送到冷冻室和冷藏室,而致冷其内部空间。
美国专利No.5,675,985(授于Sang-Noo LEE,1997年10月14日)提供了一种冷气供给装置,它通过一冷气通道内的枢动平板向冰箱四周提供冷气。冷气通道包括一延伸于冷冻室和冷藏室中的主通道和至少一个与主通道连接的副通道,其上有多个提供冷气的孔。枢动平板沿轴向置于副通道内。一轴置于主通道中,它可以沿轴向往返运动,并和摇动平板可操作地连接。一电机安装在主通道的上部,一曲柄可操作地和电机转轴和上述轴连接。该轴和枢动平板通过一形成于枢动平板长边的凸缘可操作地相互连接,该凸缘上有一“U”形槽,轴可以穿过它,将轴上形成的几个凸缘插在其中。然而,Sang-Moo LEE的专利和本发明不同。

传统的冷气供给装置10包括:一隔热箱102,它构成了冰箱的主体;和第一和第二门104和106,用于打开或关闭隔热箱102。隔热箱102包括一内壁108、一外壁110和一泡沫隔热材料112,内壁108由合成树脂制成,外壁110由如镀层钢板之类的金属材料制成,聚氨酯树脂之类的隔热材料填充在内壁108和外壁110之间。第一门104设在冷冻室114上,第二门106设在冷藏室116上。
一通气窗118置于冷冻室114的后面,在通气窗118上开有多个用于提供冷气的冷气出口120。在通气窗118后面形成一致冷器室122。在致冷器室122中有一蒸发器124(用作致冷器),后者与通过空气返回口136和冷气返回通道136(下面将介绍)从冷冻室114返回到致冷器室122的空气进行热交换。一风机126(如一桨叶式风扇)置于蒸发器124之上,它将蒸发器124产生的冷气通过多个冷气出口120吹入冷冻室114的里面。
一冷气通道128沿内壁129在冰箱100的纵向从冷冻室114延伸到冷藏室116,为让蒸发器126产生的冷气流动,与蒸发器126连接安装的冷气通道128上设有一个冷气流动通道,它然后与冷冻室114和冷藏室116连通。蒸发器126产生的低温冷气通过冷气通道128也提供到冷藏室116中。
标号130代表一水平隔板,它将隔热箱102的内部空间分成两部分,即:上部和下部。水平隔板130上面的部分起着冷冻室114的作用,它被冷冻到一冷冻温度(如,约-20℃),水平隔板下面的部分起着冷藏室116的作用,它冷冻到一个温度(如,约3℃),使放在该部分当中的食物不会冻结。一第一隔离板132安装在冷冻室114的下面,一第二隔离板134安装在冷藏室116的上面。在第一隔离板132和水平隔板130之间形成一冷冻气返回通道136,在水平隔板130和第二隔板134之间形成一凉气返回通道138。
根据传统冷气供给装置的操作,被蒸发器126致冷的冷气通过冷气出口120提供到冷冻室114中。提供到冷冻室114中的冷气通过冷气返回通道136返回到致冷器室122。冷气再次由蒸发器126致冷而循环使用。
然而,在传统的冷气供给装置中,被蒸发器126致冷的冷气通过隔板118上面的冷气出口120从冷冻室114的后部提供到其前部。当冷冻物品被储存在冷冻室114的后面,冷冻物品阻碍冷气流动。因此,冷气不能容易地传到冷冻室114的前面,所以,冷冻室114中温度分布不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一能够向冷冻室分散提供冷气的冷气供给装置。
为此,本发明提供一种用于冰箱中的冷空气供给装置,包括:一个冷冻室;一个设置在冷冻室上方并与其相邻的内壁;一个设置在冷冻室后边的蒸发器;和一个致冷器室,蒸发器就设置在其中,并具有一个顶部安装着一个交叉气流风扇组件用于从致冷器室向外吹冷空气;其特征在于,所述冷冻室还包括一个顶壁,所述顶壁与所述内壁构成一个冷空气通道并具一个通风窗,所述通风窗上具有若干相互隔开的通孔用于将冷却空气从致冷器室经冷空气管道分散流进所述冷冻室。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图详细介绍本发明优选实施例。图2是本发明优选实施例中用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置的局部剖开透视图。图3是用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置大致沿图2中线3-3的剖视图。
冷气供给装置20包括一隔热箱202,它构成了冰箱的主体;和用于开、关隔热箱202的第一和第二门204和206。隔热箱202包括一个内壁208和一外壁210,内壁208由合成树脂制成,外壁210由镀层钢板之类的金属制成。内壁208位于冷冻室114上面。第一门204设在冷冻室214上,第二门206提供设在冷藏室216上。
一隔板218竖直置于冷冻室214后面。在隔板218后面形成一致冷器室222。在致冷器室222中有一蒸发器224作为致冷器,与通过一空气返回出口246b和一冷冻气返回通道246(下面将介绍)从冷冻室214返回到致冷器室222的空气进行热交换。一第一通风窗226位于隔板218后面,它包括一冷气出口226a和一入口226b,冷气出口226a位于通风窗226的一侧,入口226b和冷气出口226a相隔一定的距离。在隔板218和第一通气窗226之间形成一空间227。一风机228(如一桨叶式风扇)置于第一通风窗扇226之后和蒸发器224之上,它将蒸发器224产生的低温冷气通过第一通气窗226的出口226a和入口226b、隔板218和第一通气窗226之间的空间以及冷气通道228吹到冷藏室214内部。
图4是用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置大致沿图2中线4-4的剖视图。一交叉气流风扇组件230安装在和致冷器室222内的蒸发器224相隔适当距离的间隙内,它将蒸发器224产生的低温冷气吹进冷气提供通道236。图5是图4所示交叉气流风扇的放大透视图。交叉气流风扇组件230包括:多个交叉气流风扇叶片501,用于将蒸发器224产生的冷气吹进一第二通风窗232中;一电机502,它连接成转动交叉气流风扇叶片501;和一室503,用于容纳交叉气流风扇叶片501和电机502。

下面将介绍根据本发明制成的用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置的工作原理。当蒸发器224在致冷器室222中产生冷气时,交叉气流风扇组件230将蒸发器224产生的冷气吹到冷气提供通道236中。因此,吹入冷气提供通道236中的冷气通过冷气出口234向冷冻室214分散吹,使冷气从冷冻室214的上部供到下部。供到冷冻室214的冷气通过冷冻气返回通道236返回到致冷器室222中。这样冷气通过蒸发器224更一步冷冻使冷气反复循环。
根据本发明中用于冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置,由蒸发器致冷的冷气通过冷气提供通道236和内壁208下面的冷气出口234将冷气分散供给冷冻室,使其从冷冻室上部提供到冷冻室下部。所以,即使是冷冻的物品储存在冷冻室214的后侧,蒸发器产生的冷气也可以均匀地送入冷冻室214里面,从而使冷冻室214内的温度分布均匀。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于冰箱中的冷空气供给装置,包括:
一个冷冻室(214);
一个设置在冷冻室(214)上方并与其相邻的内壁(208);
一个设置在冷冻室(214)后边的蒸发器(224);和
一个致冷器室(222),蒸发器(224)就设置在其中,并具有一个顶部安装着一个交叉气流风扇组件(230)用于从致冷器室(222)向外吹冷空气;
其特征在于,所述冷冻室(214)还包括一个顶壁,所述顶壁与所述内壁(208)构成一个冷空气通道并具一个通风窗(232),所述通风窗上具有若干相互隔开的通孔(234)用于将冷却空气从致冷器室(222)经冷空气管道分散流进所述冷冻室。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,上述交叉气流风扇组件包括:将冷气从上述蒸发器吹到通风窗的交叉气流风扇叶片;一个与上述交叉气流风扇叶片连接而用于转动上述交叉气流风扇叶片的电机。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括一个凹槽(233),水平地形成于上述通风窗的前端部而与上述内壁一起限定另一个冷气提供通道与冷冻室连通。
