Abstract

一种能将冷气均匀地供给冷冻室的冷气供给装 置,它由主冷气通气管道和辅助冷气通气管道组成, 主冷气通气管道包括上、下分流壁以及在该上、下分 流壁上形成的左右分流壁,并将自各分流壁引导的流 气通过各自的格栅喷入冷冻室的下段、中段和上段。 该主冷气通管与冷冻室顶盖相连,将剩余冷气送至位 于冷气控制装置壳体内的辅助冷气通气管道。辅助 冷气通气管道将冷气从冷冻室的整个上部向下部喷 出。

Description

本发明涉及电冰箱冷冻室的冷气供给装置,更具体地讲,是涉及一种能够将冷气均匀地分配供给冷冻室内上下前后各部位的冷气供给装置。
已知电冰箱的冷气供给装置一般是用送风风扇使由蒸发器进行热交换所形成的冷气,进行强制对流。即,调整通气管道内的肋片,使送风风扇强制输送的冷气通过设置在冷冻室内侧壁面的上侧部或其它合适部位的吐出部供给冷冻室内,然后将冷气供给冷冻室的上部中央部,并对流循环到该冷冻室的下部。
作为已知的该装置,日本实用新型公开昭63-87490/1988号记载了构成该冷气供给装置的技术,在其电冰箱的冷气供给通气管道内,为了将供给冷冻室内的一部分冷气引导到其他冷却室内,在内壁部沿着冷气流通方向,用突设的肋片划分形成多个气流通路,上述气流通路中的任何一个能够用一个堵塞部件堵塞起来。
此外,日本实用新型公开昭62-45666/1987号公开了另一种电冰箱冷气供给装置。该电冰箱具有冷冻室、冷藏室以及一个与上述两室相独立地进行温度控制的第三室;和将冷却机冷却的冷气强制通风送入上述冷冻室、冷藏室和第三室的通气管道和风扇;和收纳设置在上述通气管道的第三室通路入口处的风门传热带并在其内部形成第一冷气吐出通路的控制板;和设置在上述第三室顶壁内并与上述控制板连接且能远距离操作上述风门传热带的杠杆装置;和与上述杠杆装置内形成的第一冷气吐出通路连通并延长到上述第三室前方的第二冷气吐出通路;和在上述第二室的冷气吐出通路的中央并向前方集中的吐出口。
在上述已有技术的电冰箱中,冷冻室的冷气供给装置通过设置在冷冻室上、中、下部的各吐出口吐出的冷风量是不均匀的,尤其是在冷冻室内装有贮藏物的情况下,提供给上侧中央部的冷气不能循环到两侧,所以有室内上下侧温度差变大、冷冻效率下降的问题。
换句话说,由于冷冻室下部的吐出部接近送风风扇,较强的送风压使冷气掠过下部吐出部而通过,使较多的冷气集中在上部侧,与冷冻室的上侧相比,冷气是不均匀分配,尤其是冷冻室中央塞满贮藏物的情况下,由于门边和两侧不能获得冷气供给,所以在冷冻室的内外侧之间和中央部与两侧间有温度差变大的问题。
因此,本发明的一个目的就是提供一种能够将冷气均匀分配供给冷冻室内上下侧的冷气供给装置。
而且,本发明的另一个目的就是提供一种能够将冷气均匀地分配供给冷冻室的前后方及中央、两侧的冷气供给装置。
为了解决上述缺点,本发明提供冷气供给手段,上述冷气供给手段由主冷气供给手段和辅助冷气供给手段组成。主冷气供给手段设置在后壁和内壁之间,想把设置在冰箱后壁的送风风扇输送的冷气沿着后壁引导到冷冻室内的顶壁处。辅助冷风供给手段在顶壁和冷冻室控制装置的壳体之间形成,以便使上述顶壁处引导的冷气沿着上述顶壁,能够引导到上述冷冻室的前方。
上述主冷气供给手段由垂直气流分配壁等和水平流气分配壁等构成,垂直气流分配壁使从下部垂直流入上部的冷气逐步均匀分流,水平流分配壁使上述垂直流分配壁分流流入的冷气左右均匀的分流,再通过在上述内壁形成的多个格栅,将冷气送到冷冻室的上下侧。
上述辅助冷气供给手段是由将上述主冷气供给手段送出部引导的冷气送到冷冻室的左右侧壁的左侧分配气路和右侧分配气路组成。上述左侧、右侧分配气路分别由具有多个喷出口的倾斜喷出气路和水平喷出气路组成。上述倾斜喷出气路沿着冷冻室的各左右侧壁形成,并使倾斜喷出气路向着冷冻室中心部倾斜,以便将流入倾斜喷出气路的冷气送到冷冻室的各侧壁。上述水平喷出气路与倾斜喷出气路的外侧前部连成一体并朝外突出,以便将上述冷气送至冷冻室的各前方侧部。
下面根据附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
图1是装有本发明的电冰箱冷冻室冷气供给装置的电冰箱整体剖面图。

如图1所示,在冷藏室1和冷冻室2之间设置蒸发器3,在靠近冷冻室2的后壁5处设置送风风扇4,并且在沿着上述后壁5朝顶壁6的方向设置主冷气供给手段7,在上述顶壁6的前方部设置控制冷冻室2的控制装置8,在上述控制装置8内形成辅助冷气供给手段9。
如图2所示,在上述后壁5的内部设置内壁11,该内壁沿着后壁的方向并离后壁有一定距离,上述后壁5和上述内壁11之间设置上述主冷气供给手段7。上述内壁11上形成将下面说明的主冷气供给手段7的冷气送到上述冷冻室2的多个格栅12。
而且,在后壁5与顶壁6相交的地方形成冷气通路10,其一端与主冷气供给手段7的上部相连,另一端与构成上述冷冻室2控制装置8的壳体8A的后半部相连。在上述壳体8A上形成上述辅助冷气供给手段9。
上述冷冻室控制装置8已被本申请人提出的南朝鲜90-14088/1990实用新型公开,在此就省略了该装置的详细说明。
如图3所示,上述主冷气供给手段7由第一引导壁7C和第二引导壁7D组成,它们将从遮蔽上述送风风扇4的吸入室4A排出的冷气引导到冷冻室2。而且,在主冷气供给手段7的内部设置垂直气流分配壁7A和7B,它们能将沿着第一引导壁7C引导到上部的冷气(如箭头A所示)分流成数股分气流(如箭头D、E、F所示)。上述上、下垂直气流分配壁7A、7B分别位于距离送风扇中心有一定高度的位置上。
垂直气流分配壁7A的上端部7AA形成了能够将冷气(如箭头B)左右分流的水平气流分配壁71、72、73。它们之间的距离和各自的形状根据流入冷气的速度而有所不同。垂直气分配壁7B的上端部7BB也形成了能够将冷气(如箭头E)左右分流的水平气流分配壁74、75。它们之间的距离和各自形状也根据流入的冷气速度而有所不同。
在本发明中,上述上端部7AA形成的水平气流分配壁71、72、73的数目要比上端部7BB形成水平气流分配壁74、75多。
而且,使冷气(箭头F)流入并送到上述冷气通路10的送出部710也可以设置水平气流分配壁。
为了使冷气用垂直气流分配壁7A、7B和水平气流分配壁71、72、73、74、75分流,喷入到冷冻室2,上述格栅12应安装在对应的位置上。
如图4所示,上述辅助冷气供应手段9由左侧分配气路9A和右侧分配气路9B构成,它们分别在上述控制装置壳体8A的左侧部和右侧部并由壳体8A的后部向前方延伸而形成。左侧分配气路9A和右侧分配气路9B分别由倾斜喷出气路91、93和水平喷出气路92、94构成。其中,倾斜喷出气路91从上述壳体8A的后方向前方延伸而形成,倾斜喷出气路91的底面与冷冻室2的左侧壁(图中未表示)形成一定的倾斜角度。上述水平喷出气路92在倾斜喷出气路91所定的中间位置并朝着左侧壁和冷冻室2的前方部突出而形成。在倾斜喷出气路91的底面垂直地形成了多个有所定长度的喷出口900,使冷气能够向左侧壁下方喷出。在水平喷出气路92的底面垂直地形成了有所定长度的多个喷出口910,使冷气能够向左侧壁的前方部喷出。上述倾斜喷出气路93则朝着冷冻室的右侧壁来代替左侧壁而形成。
而且,如图5所示。也可以将水平喷出气路92、94的喷出口910朝着上述冷冻室2的前方而形成。
如上述那样形成的本发明冷气供给装置,参照图2、图3、图4进行下述那样的动作。
由蒸发器3产生的冷气,通过送风机4沿着后壁按箭头A、B、C所示的方向送到上部。沿第一引导壁7C上升的箭头A方向冷气被垂直气流分配壁7A、7B均匀地分流成如箭头D、E、F所示的冷气气流。由垂直气流分配壁7A引导的冷气(箭头B、C、D所指)被水平气流分配壁71、72、73沿左右方向均匀地分流,被其上端部7AA转换方向后,该冷气通过格栅12喷入冷冻室2。同样,冷气(箭头E)被水平气流分配壁74、75沿左右方向均匀地分流,被其上端部7BB转换方向后,该冷气通过格栅12喷入冷冻室2。冷气(箭头F)在送出部710转换方向,通过上述冷气通路10,沿着顶壁6送至冷冻室控制装置8,该冷气被左侧分配气路9A和右侧分配气路9B分流。左侧分配气路9A的冷气通过倾斜喷出气路91的喷出口900,朝着冷冻室2左侧壁的下方喷出,同时通过水平喷出气路92的喷出口910,向上述冷冻室2的前方左侧部喷出。同样,上述右侧分配气路9B内的冷气也朝着右侧壁和前方右侧部喷出。
如上所述,本发明的电冰箱冷气供给装置能够将冷气均匀地分配到电冰箱冷冻室的所有部位,从而提高了冷冻室的冷冻效果。

Claims (5)

1、一种电冰箱的冷气供给装置是将位于冷冻室和冷藏室之间的蒸发器产生的冷气用设置在电冰箱后壁的送风风扇供给冷冻室的冷气供给装置,其特征在于该装置由设置在后壁和内壁之间的主冷气供给手段和设置在顶壁和冷冻室控制装置壳体之间的辅助冷气供给手段构成,其中主冷气供给手段将送风风扇送来的冷气沿后壁引导到冷冻室的顶壁处,而辅助冷气供给手段将引导到上述顶壁处的冷气沿着上述顶壁引导到上述冷冻室的前方;主冷气供给手段由使送风风扇送入主冷气供给手段送出部的冷气逐步均匀地分流的垂直气流分配壁和使垂直气流分配壁分流流入的冷气左右均匀地分流的水平气流分配壁构成,分流后的冷气通过在上述内壁形成的多个格栅流入冷冻室;上述辅助冷气供给手段是由将上述主冷气供给手段送出部引导的冷气分别送到冷冻室左右侧壁的左侧分配气路和右侧分配气路组成,该左侧、右侧分配气路分别由带有多个喷出口的倾斜喷出气路的水平喷出气路组成;上述倾斜喷出气路沿着冷冻室的左右侧壁形成,倾斜喷出气路朝着冷冻室中心部倾斜,使流入其内的冷气送至冷冻室的各侧壁;上述水平喷出气路与倾斜喷出气路的外侧前方部成一体,将上述冷气送至冷冻室的各前方侧部,从而使冷气均匀地分配到冷冻室的整个空间。
2、如权利要求1所述的电冰箱冷气供给装置,其特征在于上述倾斜喷出气路的倾斜面上形成垂直于该面的喷出口。
3、如权利要求1所述的电冰箱冷气供给装置,其特征在于上述水平喷出气路的喷出口朝前方倾斜。
4、如权利要求1所述的电冰箱冷气供给装置,其特征在于在上述垂直气流分配壁上形成有与其连为一体的肋片。
5、如权利要求4所述的电冰箱冷气供给装置,其特征在于在上述的垂直气流分配壁中,与送风风扇最接近的垂直气流分配壁的水平气流分配壁的数量比与送风风扇较远的垂直气流分配壁的水平气流分配壁的数量要多。
