The first hydraulic cylinder 223 is provided with an electric vibration exciter in a matching way, the amplitude and the frequency generated by the first hydraulic cylinder 223 are transmitted to the plough body 227 under the control of the hydraulic control part, the plough body 227 generates movement with certain amplitude and frequency to lift and shake off the soil, so that the plough body 227 forms certain reciprocating force when moving under the ground, meanwhile, the resistance during the working and traveling is reduced, the effect of resistance reduction is achieved, a displacement sensor is fixed outside the depth limiting frame, the height of the depth limiting wheel 211 is detected through the displacement sensor, when the height of the tilling depth or depth wheel needs to be adjusted, a required height value is input, the stepping motor 214 generates forward rotation or reverse rotation under the control of the single chip microcomputer to respond to a signal value, and the screw rod 216 drives the depth wheel 211 to move upwards or downwards under the driving of a motor shaft of the stepping motor 214, so that the plough body 227 loosens soil with a set depth.
The stepping motor 214 is controlled by a stm32 single chip microcomputer in a program mode, the stm32 single chip microcomputer controls the rotation and the forward and reverse rotation of the stepping motor 214, the stepping motor 214 is driven to rotate, so that the height of the depth wheel 211 is adjusted, the height adjustment of the depth wheel 211 is transmitted to a display screen on the single chip microcomputer in the feedback of the displacement sensor, and the real-time subsoiling depth is displayed; the fertilizer application mechanism 300 is provided with a solid particle flow meter, the solid particle flow meter is transmitted to a control center of the stm32 single chip microcomputer in a data form, is judged and compared with a set fertilizer output value, and then the fertilizer amount is controlled to be consistent with the set value by adjusting the rotating speed of the driving motor 310.
The frame 100 is provided with a three-point suspension bracket, and is connected with a rear three-point suspension bracket of the tractor through the three-point suspension bracket, so that the frame 100 is towed by the tractor.
The working principle is as follows: when the combined type deep-loosening fertilizing and ridging machine is used, a rear three-point suspension frame of a tractor is connected with a three-point suspension frame of a rack 100, the vibrating type deep-loosening fertilizing and ridging integrated machine is moved to a working field through the tractor, a lead screw 216 is driven to be screwed with a thread plate 215 by controlling a stepping motor 214, so that the distance between a depth wheel 211 and a cross frame 224 is changed, the distance between the bottom of a plough body 227 and the cross frame 224 is changed by changing the inserting position of a bolt rod 225 and an inserting hole 2261, the adjustment of the depth of the plough body 227 inserted into soil is achieved, then a top cover 320 is opened, and fertilizer is placed into a material containing hopper;
during operation, the plough body 227 and the soil shifting plate 420 at the bottom of the vibrating type deep scarification, fertilization and ridging integrated machine are controlled by the tractor to be inserted into soil, then the second hydraulic cylinder 540 is adjusted to drive the rake body 510 to overturn downwards and contact with the surface layer of the soil, then the tractor performs traction, in the traction process, the amplitude and the frequency generated by the first hydraulic cylinder 223 under the control of the hydraulic control part are transmitted to the plough body 227, the plough body 227 generates movement with certain amplitude and frequency, the soil is lifted and shaken off, and meanwhile, the driving motor 310 is controlled to work, so that the auger 340 is driven to rotate, the fertilizer is conveyed to the discharge cover 360 and then is thrown to the soil turning part through the throwing impeller 341;
then the soil gathering ridger 400 gathers two soil gathering plates 420 adjacent to the ridger 400 into a ridge-shaped channel with a wide front and a narrow back through the interaction of the soil gathering plates 420, the soil with the plough body 227 after deep loosening and fertilization is gathered into the ridge from the front end continuously, and the back end narrows to form a ridge.

1. A novel vibrating type subsoiling, fertilizing and ridging integrated machine comprises a machine frame (100), wherein the machine frame (100) is used for being connected with the tail end of a tractor, and is characterized in that three soil digging ridgers (400) are fixed on the outer side wall of a cross rod, far away from the joint of the machine frame (100) and the tractor, two adjustable subsoiling mechanisms (200) are fixed on the inner side wall of the cross rod, near the joint of the machine frame (100) and the tractor, and the two adjustable subsoiling mechanisms (200) are both located in the middle of two adjacent soil digging ridgers (400), and two longitudinal rods, located between the adjustable subsoiling mechanisms (200) and the soil digging ridgers (400), of the machine frame (100) are fixed with adjustable soil crushing mechanisms (500) for crushing soil;
the adjustable deep scarification mechanism (200) comprises a supporting unit (210) and a scarification unit (220), the scarification unit (220) comprises a first rotating seat (221) connected with the inner side wall of a cross bar of the rack (100), the top of the first rotating seat (221) is fixedly provided with a first upper connecting frame (222), the inside of the first rotating seat (221) is rotatably connected with a cross frame (224), the top surface of the cross frame (224) is fixedly provided with a fifth rotating seat, a first hydraulic cylinder (223) is rotatably connected between the fifth rotating seat and the first rotating seat (221), the inside of the cross frame (224) is slidably inserted with a shovel handle (226), the bottom of the shovel handle (226) is fixedly provided with a plough body (227), the outer side wall of the shovel handle (226) is equidistantly provided with a plurality of inserting holes (2261), and the inside of the cross frame (224) is inserted with a bolt rod (225) penetrating through any inserting hole (2261);
support unit (210) include with crossbearer (224) lateral wall fixed connection two spacing square ring (213), wherein, the outer wall connection of a spacing square ring (213) has the motor layer board, motor layer board upper portion is fixed with step motor (214), the motor shaft transmission of step motor (214) is connected with lead screw (216), lead screw (216) outer wall closes soon and is connected with screw plate (215) with link (212) fixed connection, two the inside equal sliding connection of spacing square ring (213) has link (212), two the bottom of link (212) is fixed with the limit dark frame, limit dark frame internal rotation is connected limit dark wheel (211).

The novel vibrating deep scarification, fertilization and ridging all-in-one machine is characterized in that the plough body (227) comprises a shovel tip (2271) fixedly connected with the bottom of the shovel handle (226), wing plates (2272) are fixed on the side walls of the two sides of the shovel tip (2271), and the wing plates (2272) are bent upwards from the connection position of the shovel tip (2271).

The novel vibrating deep scarification, fertilization and ridging integrated machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soil digging ridger (400) comprises a square pipe (410) fixedly connected with a cross bar of the frame (100), an arc-shaped pipe is fixed at the bottom end of the square pipe (410), and the arc-shaped pipe is connected with a soil pulling plate (420).

The novel vibrating deep scarification, fertilization and ridging all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the soil pulling plate (420) is a V-shaped plate body, a bent part of the V-shaped plate body is provided with a notch, and the upper part of the V-shaped plate body is bent downwards.

9. A novel vibrating deep scarification, fertilization and ridging integrated machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein an electric vibration exciter is arranged on the first hydraulic cylinder (223) in a matched mode.
