The administration was continued for 7 days, 1 time daily. After the last administration for 1h, the blood time was measured by mouse tail-cutting. Cutting off mouse tail 1cm from tail end of mouse by using scissors, and sticking bleeding point with filter paper once every 10s when the mouse is naturally bled until no natural bleeding exists, and recording bleeding time of each group of mice. Therefore, the ginseng-poria spleen-tonifying and nourishing granule group has stronger hemostatic effect than the group a.
The experimental results are as follows: the ginseng and poria cocos spleen-tonifying and particle-nourishing group and the group a can obviously improve the levels of hemoglobin and red blood cells of mice; the composition has an effect of improving the mouse thrombocytopenia caused by cyclophosphamide; can obviously shorten the bleeding time of the mice.
