Codonopsis pilosula, sweet in flavor and mild in nature; spleen and lung meridian entered; has effects in invigorating spleen, benefiting lung, nourishing blood, and promoting salivation; can be used for treating deficiency of spleen-qi and lung-qi, anorexia, listlessness, cough, asthma, deficiency of qi and blood, sallow complexion, palpitation, short breath, thirst due to body fluid consumption, internal heat, and diabetes. In the composition of the pill for tonifying spleen and lung, the codonopsis pilosula and the Chinese yam have the effects of tonifying spleen and lung; radix astragali has effects of invigorating qi and benefiting lung; other flavors are all effective supplements for the spleen-tonifying and lung-benefiting effects. Mare's milk, sweet in taste, cool in nature, has the effects of enriching blood, moistening dryness, clearing heat and quenching thirst. The rhizoma atractylodis is roasted by sesame oil, dampness of the rhizoma atractylodis is discharged out of a body by relaxing bowels by the sesame oil, the dampness excess of the rhizoma atractylodis is relieved by detoxification of the sesame oil, and the effect of the rhizoma atractylodis in strengthening spleen is not influenced by the sesame oil.
According to the invention, the medicinal raw materials are prepared by using special processing methods such as salt fructus amomi, sesame oil roasted rhizoma atractylodis, mare milk prepared poria cocos and the like, so that the performance is improved, and the effects of tonifying spleen and benefiting lung are achieved.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the spleen-tonifying and lung-benefiting pill, which comprises the following steps:
(1) processing raw materials:
weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-225 g of codonopsis pilosula, 75-225 g of Chinese yam, 40-120 g of astragalus, 40-120 g of poria cocos processed with mare's milk, 15-45 g of fructus amomi preparata, 15-45 g of rhizoma atractylodis fried with sesame oil, 20-60 g of radix ophiopogonis, 30-90 g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15-45 g of schisandra chinensis, 20-60 g of lotus seed, 20-60 g of Chinese date and 10-30 g of liquorice. Crushing the raw materials of each component into fine powder by using a crusher respectively, sieving the fine powder by using a sieve of 100-200 meshes, and uniformly mixing the medicinal powder of each component for later use;
(2) processing auxiliary materials-refining honey:
pouring honey into a honey refining pot for refining honey, boiling the honey with strong fire, removing froth impurities, refining with slow fire until the honey is orange yellow;
(3) preparation of the pill:
A. blank preparation: weighing the weight of the mixed medicinal powder, and mixing the medicinal powder and the honey according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1: (1.1-1.5), slowly and discontinuously pouring the honey into the mixed medicinal powder while stirring, and when the dry medicinal powder is basically not seen, continuously mixing and stirring to fully and uniformly mix the honey and the medicinal powder, and pouring the honey into a clean container to knead the honey into blanks;

The oral dosage form of the Chinese medicinal composition of the invention is usually a pill.
The dosage form of the Chinese medicinal composition of the invention is not limited to the pill of the invention, but also includes oral liquid, tablet, capsule, suspension and the like. When different dosage forms are prepared, the traditional Chinese medicine composition also comprises carriers allowed to be used in pharmaceutics, such as excipient and auxiliary material, besides the medicinal ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

putting rhizoma Atractylodis in a stir-frying container, and heating with slow fire; taking sesame oil, and mixing the rhizoma atractylodis and the sesame oil according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 10: 1(kg/L), spraying oleum Sesami, parching until the surface is glossy, taking out, and cooling.
C. Preparing horse milk poria cocos:
taking the poria blocks, putting the poria blocks into a frying container, and heating the poria blocks by slow fire; taking horse milk, and mixing the raw materials according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of the poria cocos to the horse milk of 6: 1(kg/L), spraying horse milk while parching, mixing, taking out, and cooling.
Example 2 preparation of a powder of a Chinese medicinal composition for invigorating spleen and benefiting lung
Weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 g of codonopsis pilosula, 150 g of Chinese yam, 80 g of astragalus, 80 g of Indian buead processed with mare's milk, 30 g of villous amomum fruit, 30 g of rhizoma atractylodis fried with sesame oil, 40 g of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 60 g of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 30 g of Chinese magnoliavine fruit, 40 g of lotus seed, 40 g of Chinese date and 20 g of liquoric root, all the components are respectively ground into fine powder by a grinder, and the fine powder is sieved by a 150-mesh sieve and mixed uniformly to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition powder for tonifying spleen and lung; packaging into bags, each bag is 25 g, and the total amount is 30 bags.
The medication method comprises the following steps: it is administered with warm water 1 bag each time, 3 times daily.
Example 3 preparation of a spleen-invigorating and lung-benefiting pill
(1) Processing raw materials:
weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 g of codonopsis pilosula, 150 g of Chinese yam, 80 g of astragalus membranaceus, 80 g of Indian buead processed with mare's milk, 30 g of villous amomum fruit, 30 g of rhizoma atractylodis processed with sesame oil, 40 g of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 60 g of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 30 g of Chinese magnoliavine fruit, 40 g of lotus seed, 40 g of Chinese date and 20 g of liquorice, crushing the raw materials of the components into fine powder by using a crusher respectively, sieving the fine powder by a 150-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing the medicinal powder of the components for later use;
(2) processing auxiliary materials-refining honey:
pouring honey into a honey refining pot for refining honey, boiling the honey with strong fire, removing froth impurities, refining with slow fire until the honey is orange yellow;
(3) preparation of the pill:

Test example 1 acute toxicity test
Test materials:
animals: 36 mice are taken, each mouse weighs 18 g-22 g, and the male and female halves are respectively.
Medicine preparation: the invention relates to a pulverized traditional Chinese medicine composition powder.
Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups of 12 mice each, male and female halves. The drug powder was adjusted to a paste (maximum concentration) and each mouse was perfused with a maximum dose of the drug twice a day for 14 consecutive days and observed for the condition of the animals. In the observation period of 14 days, the mice were normal in appetite, activity, hair color, mental status, etc., developed normally, and had no death. The medicine of the present invention has high safety, no obvious side effect and very low acute toxicity.
Test example 2 drug efficacy test
The influence of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on the mouse cough model is as follows:
comparing the whole formula with the formula: the prescription removing group does not contain the Indian buead prepared from mare's milk, the villous amomum fruit and the stir-fried Chinese atractylodes rhizome with sesame oil, and the whole prescription group and the prescription removing group are applied in a stomach-filling mode by using traditional Chinese medicine composition powder.
Mice are randomly divided into model control groups, and a blank control group, a full formula high dose group, a full formula low dose group, a formula-disassembled high dose group and a full formula low dose group are arranged. The administration is carried out by intragastric administration for 3 days every day, and after the last administration for 1h, the mice are placed in a bell jar, and concentrated ammonia water is uniformly sprayed for 5s to stimulate the mice to cause cough, and the cough frequency of the mice within 2min is observed.

The experimental result shows that compared with a blank control group, the cough times of the high-dose group and the low-dose group of the whole formula have statistical significance, and the cough times of the high-dose group and the low-dose group of the formula are obviously different, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine components mainly comprising codonopsis pilosula, astragalus and the like have an inhibiting effect on the cough caused by strong ammonia water, but the formula of the Chinese medicine composition has a more obvious inhibiting effect on the cough caused by strong ammonia water, and the effect after the formula is removed is lower than that of the formula of the whole formula.
Test example 3 clinical test
General materials: 99 adult patients with spleen-lung qi deficiency diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine in last two years are selected as study objects, 42 young people of 18-29 years old are selected, 22 male people and 20 female people are selected, 57 middle-aged people of 30-60 years old are selected, and 28 male people and 28 female people simultaneously meet the requirements of low immune function, repeated respiratory tract infection and western medicine diagnosis.
Dividing the tested population into powder group, pill group and control group according to a random control grouping method, wherein each group comprises 33 patients, and the sex and age of each patient are uniformly distributed. The common data of the three groups of patients, such as the disease causes, the past history, the family environment and the like, are compared, have no significant difference (P is more than 0.05), and have comparability. The clinical efficacy changes of the powder group, the pill group and the control group after treatment are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, the syndrome score of the treatment group (powder group and pill group) is reduced by 12 points before and after treatment (12.56 points for powder group and 12.16 points for pill group), which is significantly higher than 8.34 points for the control group, and the treatment efficacy of the treatment group reaches 96.97%, and is also significantly better than 84.85% of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious effect on the treatment effect of tonifying spleen and benefiting lung.
According to the invention, the medicinal materials are processed by using special methods such as salt fructus amomi, sesame oil roasted rhizoma atractylodis, mare milk prepared poria cocos and the like, so that the performance of the medicinal materials is improved, and the effects of tonifying spleen and benefiting lung are achieved.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the codonopsis pilosula and the Chinese yam have the effects of tonifying spleen and benefiting lung; astragalus root, radix astragali, etc. has the effects of invigorating qi and benefiting lung. Other flavors are all effective supplements for the spleen-tonifying and lung-benefiting effects. The formula is reasonable, accords with the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide formula of traditional Chinese medicine, and has the unique effects of tonifying spleen, tonifying qi and benefiting lung. The three specially prepared raw materials, namely the Indian buead prepared from mare's milk, the villous amomum fruit salt and the rhizoma atractylodis fried with sesame oil, have unique effects of strengthening spleen and tonifying spleen in the formula.

10. A method for preparing a traditional Chinese medicine pill for tonifying spleen and benefiting lung according to claim 9, which comprises the following steps:
(1) processing raw materials:
weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-225 g of codonopsis pilosula, 75-225 g of Chinese yam, 40-120 g of astragalus, 40-120 g of poria cocos processed with mare's milk, 15-45 g of fructus amomi preparata, 15-45 g of rhizoma atractylodis fried with sesame oil, 20-60 g of radix ophiopogonis, 30-90 g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15-45 g of schisandra chinensis, 20-60 g of lotus seed, 20-60 g of Chinese date and 10-30 g of liquorice. Crushing the raw materials of each component into fine powder by using a crusher respectively, sieving the fine powder by using a sieve of 100-200 meshes, and uniformly mixing the medicinal powder of each component for later use;
(2) processing auxiliary materials-refining honey:
pouring honey into a honey refining pot for refining honey, boiling the honey with strong fire, removing froth impurities, refining with slow fire until the honey is orange yellow;
(3) preparation of the pill:
A. blank preparation: weighing the weight of the mixed medicinal powder, and mixing the medicinal powder and the honey according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1: (1.1-1.5), slowly and discontinuously pouring the honey into the mixed medicinal powder while stirring, and when the dry medicinal powder is basically not seen, continuously mixing and stirring to fully and uniformly mix the honey and the medicinal powder, and pouring the honey into a clean container to knead the honey into blanks;
