Traditional Chinese medicine composition for losing weight and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine weight-losing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Obesity refers to a physiological state resulting from a significant excess of fat, a significant excess of fat layers, and a significant accumulation of body fat, especially triglycerides.
The causes of obesity can be roughly classified into five types: 1. genetic factors, the major effect of genetic factors on obesity, is through the body's susceptibility to obesity. Obese people have a significant family history; 2. endocrine factors, endocrine-secreting glucocorticoids of the adrenal gland affecting obesity, including hypothalamic, pituitary disease, cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.; 3. poor lifestyle, a person's poor lifestyle can also cause obesity. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: excessive eating; secondly, the eating behavior is abnormal in a non-rhythm way (the times of eating, the types of foods are greasy, the time and the like); motion is little; fourthly, excessive drinking. 4. The medicinal factors, such as glucocorticoid, chlorpromazine, insulin and the like, which are used for a long time cause obesity, are iatrogenic obesity. 5. The discovery of adipocytokine, an endocrine function of adipocyte, is one of the great advances in the field of endocrinology in recent years. At present, most of adipocyte factors researched by medical scientists include adiponectin, resistin, lipid metabolism disorder and the occurrence mechanism of glycometabolism disorder, and are also one of the pathogenesis mechanisms of obesity.
The medical record of the past is very much discussed about obesity. The earliest record of this disease is described in Nei Jing, for example, in Nei Jing, there are descriptions of "Fei Gui ren" and "Wu Yang, weight, hearing and eye sight are unknown " (Su Wen. Yin Yang corresponding elephant treatise on the general treatise).
The existing weight-reducing method has the risk of gastrointestinal reaction, and the weight-reducing effect is not obvious and is easy to rebound.
The patent CN201610073460.6 discloses a composition with a weight-reducing effect and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein 3-30 parts by weight of epicatechin gallate, 8-35 parts by weight of poria peel extract, 5-35 parts by weight of cinnamon extract, 1-22 parts by weight of plantain seed extract, 1-25 parts by weight of bighead atractylodes rhizome extract and 4-23 parts by weight of parasitic loranthus extract have significant weight-reducing effect and significant blood fat-reducing effect, and are small in toxic and side effects and high in safety. But does not have intestinal discomfort caused by tuckahoe and cinnamon.
The patent CN201711428989.6 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine ointment formula for conditioning phlegm-dampness constitution and a processing method thereof, and the traditional Chinese medicine formula disclosed by the invention is used for conditioning the phlegm-dampness constitution, does not produce side effects, and does not solve the problem of weight loss.
Patent CN201710141721.8, a pharmaceutical composition containing orlistat with weight-reducing function, which contains orlistat, resveratrol and oligosaccharide. Wherein the weight ratio of orlistat to resveratrol to oligosaccharide is 1: 0.42-3.75: 0.1-0.6. The nutritional obese rat of the invention has obvious weight-losing effect, the weight-losing effect is superior to orlistat with conventional dose, the incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction is obviously lower than orlistat with conventional dose, and the problem of rough skin and pox caused by taking orlistat is not solved.
