Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by the first person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a technical scheme that:
a bamboo high-position layering seedling raising method comprises the following steps:
selecting mother bamboos, selecting the mother bamboos which grow well, and selecting young stalks with small upper diameter grade and good growth quality of the middle-upper bamboo joints as propagation materials;
inducing rooting, coating the roots of the young stalks by a sealing device, filling a water absorbing material between the sealing device and the young stalks, and periodically supplementing nutrient solution into the water absorbing material to finish layering treatment;
selecting a cutting rod, after a period of layering treatment, selecting a young stalk growing from a young stalk layering position and having a plurality of root systems extending into the water absorbing material, taking down the sealing device, and cutting the young stalk from the connection position of the young stalk and the mother bamboo;
modifying and raising seedlings, trimming cut young stalks, removing redundant parts, and planting the trimmed young stalks in a culture room or directly planting the trimmed young stalks;
the whole seedling raising process is completed.
Wherein, the mother bamboo is 1-2 years old, the mother bamboo grows better, the young stalk is more active, and the relative survival rate is higher.
The young stalks have no plant diseases and insect pests, only one strong main branch is reserved, and the rest small branches are constructed and removed, so that the nutritional requirements of the young stalks are reduced, and the success rate and the efficiency of induction are improved.
The sealing device is of a transparent structure, the shading structure is sleeved outside the sealing device, and the shading structure can cover and uncover the sealing device, so that the growth condition of the root system at the layering position of the young stalks can be observed conveniently, and the branches can be cut in time.
The shading structure is the shading cover of shading material preparation, can completely cut off the temperature on the one hand, can give the root system necessary condition of growing on the other hand.
The sealing device is fixed on the young stalk and is connected with the mother bamboo through the supporting device, and the mother bamboo is used for bearing the weight of the sealing device, so that the burden of the young stalk is reduced.
The sealing device is a transparent film, and two ends of the sealing device are in sealing fit with the young stalks to keep sealing.
The water absorbing material is sphagnum or soil to be transplanted to ensure the growth of root system, and when the soil to be transplanted is adopted, the root system may be made to adapt to soil environment in advance to raise survival rate.
The layering time is not less than 15 days, generally, layering is more than 15 days, the young stalks can survive by using the root system depending on new growth, the dependence of baituo on the mother bamboos is avoided, and the survival rate of transplantation is improved.
The layering position of the young stalk is provided with at least 5 main root systems, so that the transplanting survival rate is higher.
