Two locking frames are arranged in the base, and a main rotating shaft and an auxiliary plate are arranged on each locking frame along the vertical direction; each main rotating shaft is hinged with a main support plate; the main carrier plate and the auxiliary plates are distributed in an alternating mode in the vertical direction, and the main carrier plate is connected with the related components.
The related assembly comprises two pairs of clamping columns which are arranged at the upper end of each main carrier plate; the lower ends of other main carrier plates except the main carrier plate at the lowest side are hinged with connecting plates, and the lower end of each connecting plate is provided with a clamping column which is hinged with a gap between the corresponding two pairs of auxiliary plates and is in sliding fit with the gap between the corresponding two pairs of auxiliary plates.
The upper end of each locking frame is provided with a lateral limiting block.
The lower end of the main carrier plate at the lowest side is abutted against the base, the upper end of the main carrier plate at the lowest side is abutted against the corresponding connecting plate, and the base is further provided with a hydraulic cylinder connected with the limiting plate.
In the invention, the right ends of the main carrier plates in the row on the left are tilted upwards under the influence of the gravity of each connecting plate, and the right ends of the rest main carrier plates in the row of main carrier plates except the lowest main carrier plate are flush with the right ends of the auxiliary plates in the left row.
Similarly, the left ends of the main carrier plates in the row on the right side are tilted upwards, and the left ends of the rest main carrier plates in the row of main carrier plates except the lowest main carrier plate are flush with the left ends of the auxiliary plates in the right row.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automatic support device is convenient and fast to use, and can guide the pair of main support plates on the upper side to rotate when each pair of main support plates are carried by utilizing gravity to control each pair of main support plates when the cement plates fall down on the basis of conveying the cement plates one by one through the conveying belt, so that the cement plates can be automatically supported one by one, and the effect of quickly and automatically storing the cement plates in a layered manner is achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention will be described more clearly and more completely with reference to the drawings in the following embodiments, and it is understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the present invention, rather than all of the present invention, and based on the embodiments, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive exercise are within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the automatic cement board storage device comprises a base 1, wherein a conveyor belt 2 is installed at the rear part of the base 1, and a limiting plate 3 is installed at the front part of the base 1.
Two locking frames 4 are installed in the base 1, and a main rotating shaft 5 and an auxiliary plate 6 are arranged on each locking frame 4 along the vertical direction; each main rotating shaft 5 is hinged with a main carrier plate 7; the main carrier plates 7 and the auxiliary plates 6 are distributed alternately in the vertical direction, and the main carrier plates 7 are connected with associated components.
The related assembly comprises two pairs of clamping columns 8 which are arranged at the upper end of each main carrier plate 7; the lower ends of the other main carrier plates 7 except the lowest main carrier plate 7 are hinged with connecting plates 9, and the lower end of each connecting plate 9 is provided with a clamping column 9a which is hinged with the gap between the corresponding two pairs of auxiliary plates 6 and is in sliding fit with the gap between the corresponding two pairs of auxiliary plates.
The upper end of each locking frame 4 is provided with a lateral limiting block 10.
The lower end of the main carrier plate 7 at the lowest side is abutted against the base 1, the upper end of the main carrier plate 7 at the lowest side is abutted against the corresponding connecting plate 9, and a hydraulic cylinder 11 connected with the limiting plate 3 is further mounted on the base 1.
In the present invention, the right ends of the main carriers 7 in the row on the left are tilted upward due to the influence of the gravity of each connecting board 9, and the positions of the right ends of the remaining main carriers 7 in the row of main carriers 7, except for the lowest main carrier 7, are flush with the positions of the right ends of the auxiliary boards 6 in the left row.
Similarly, the left end of the row of main carrier plates 7 on the right side tilts upward, and the left end positions of the remaining main carrier plates 7 in the row of main carrier plates 7 except the lowest main carrier plate 7 are flush with the left end position of the auxiliary plate 6 in the right row.
Two rows of main carrier plates 7 are paired in pairs in the horizontal direction.
When specifically using, the operator only needs to place the cement board after accomplishing the preparation on conveyer belt 2 one by one, and the cement board passes through conveyer belt 2 and carries one by one forward promptly, and first cement board is carried to when breaking away from mutually with conveyer belt 2, and its preceding, left and right three-terminal offsets with limiting plate 3 and two side direction stopper 10 respectively for this cement board can steadily vertically fall, loads on two main support plates 7 of downside down until this cement board. Under the heavy pressure of the cement board, the two main carrier boards 7 at the lowest side rotate to a horizontal state from an inclined state, and the main carrier boards 7 at the upper side are driven to rotate by a certain angle by the extrusion of the connecting board 9 in the rotating process, so that when the next cement board falls, the next cement board can be supported by the two main carrier boards 7 at the upper side. According to the mode, layered one-by-one loading of the cement boards can be realized.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
