The discharging limiting block 137 is arranged on the discharging connecting frame 132, and the discharging limiting block 137 is abutted to one end, far away from the feeding bottom plate 110, of the discharging support 131 so as to limit the position of the discharging connecting frame 132 and prevent the discharging connecting frame 132 from falling off from the discharging support 131 under the influence of gravity. The inclined surface of the adjusting block 152 is abutted against the arc-shaped surface of the discharging driving block 138. The height of the adjusting block 152 is smoothly reduced from the end close to the discharging cylinder 151 to the end far from the discharging cylinder 151, and specifically, the height of the adjusting block 152 is uniformly reduced from the end close to the discharging cylinder 151 to the end far from the discharging cylinder 151.
The discharge tray 134 is connected with the discharge link 132. The clamping cylinder 153 and the clamping connecting block 155 are connected with the discharging connecting frame 132. Each clamping connecting block 155 is provided with two clamping sliding holes 106, the clamping sliding holes 106 are matched with the clamping connecting rods 154, and the clamping air cylinder 153 drives the clamping connecting rods 154 to be sequentially inserted into the two clamping sliding holes 106 and to be respectively connected with the two clamping connecting blocks 155 in a sliding manner. Each clamping plate 156 is arranged on the clamping connecting rods 154, the clamping plates 156 on the two clamping connecting rods 154 are arranged in a crossed and adjacent mode, the surfaces, close to each other, of one clamping plate 156 on one clamping connecting rod 154 and one clamping plate 156 on the other clamping connecting rod 154 are provided with discharging clamping blocks 157, and the discharging clamping blocks 157 are matched with the discharging clamping grooves. The clamping cylinder 153 drives the clamping link rod 154 to drive the discharging clamping block 157 on each clamping plate 156 to be inserted into a discharging clamping groove.
The pushing mechanism 140 includes a pushing driving device 141, a pushing claw 142, and a pushing slide 143. The pushing driving device 141 and the pushing slide rail 143 are both connected to the feeding base plate 110, and the pushing driving device 141 is drivingly connected to the pushing claw 142. In this embodiment, the pushing drive device 141 is a screw motor. In another embodiment, the pusher driving device 141 is a driving cylinder. The material containing plate 123 is matched with the material pushing slide rail 143, and the material pushing driving device 141 drives a material containing plate 123 to move along the material pushing slide rail 143 by driving the material pushing claw 142. The pushing claw 142 comprises a driving plate 144, a connecting top plate 145 and a pushing plate 146, and the pushing driving device 141 is in driving connection with the driving plate 144. The driving plate 144 is vertically connected with the connecting top plate 145, the pushing plate 146 is vertically connected with the connecting top plate 145, and the moving through opening 107 is arranged between the driving plate 144 and the connecting top plate 145. The pushing plate 146 is matched with the blocking groove 102, and the pushing plate 146 is inserted into one blocking groove 102 and is blocked with one material containing plate 123. The end of the material containing plate 123 exposed out of the material containing groove 101 can pass through the movable through opening 107.
In the working process of the feeding device 100 of the automatic thimble arranging machine, the caliper with the thimble inserted therethrough is manually inserted into the discharging slot 104 formed in the discharging rod 136, so that the thimble on the caliper is inserted into the discharging rod 136. The clamping cylinders 153 in the two clamping assemblies 135 drive the clamping links 154 to drive the discharging fixture blocks 157 on each clamping plate 156 to be drawn out from a discharging slot, so that the ejector pins on the discharging rods 136 penetrate through the material containing rods 124, and then drive the clamping links 154 to drive the discharging fixture blocks 157 on each clamping plate 156 to be inserted into a discharging slot to clamp and fix a discharging rod 136. The feeding driving device 121 drives each material containing plate 123 to move by driving the material containing tray 122, so that the pushing plate 146 in the pushing claw 142 is inserted into one of the clamping grooves 102 and clamped with one of the material containing plates 123. The pushing driving device 141 drives a material containing plate 123 to move to a specific position along the pushing slide rail 143 by driving the pushing claw 142, so that the ejector pin automatic tray placing machine can take materials. When the ejector pins on the material containing rods 124 on the material containing plates 123 are used up, the material pushing driving device 141 drives the empty material containing plates 123 to the material containing tray 122, after the empty material containing plates 123 are placed in the material containing tray 122, the material feeding driving device 121 drives the material containing tray 122 to move, so that the full material containing plates 123 move to the material pushing claws 142 to form a clamping relation with the material pushing claws 142, and the material pushing driving device 141 drives the full material containing plates 123 to move to a specific position along the material pushing slide rails 143 by driving the material pushing claws 142, so that the automatic ejector pin tray arranging machine can continuously take materials.

In order to increase the working stability of the dial receiving mechanism 210, in one embodiment, the dial receiving frame 211 is provided with a plurality of sliding posts, the horizontal plate is provided with a plurality of sliding holes, the sliding posts are matched with the sliding holes, and each sliding post is inserted into one sliding hole and is connected with the horizontal plate in a sliding manner. Thus, the dial bearing plate 213 can be stably moved up and down along the sliding columns, thereby increasing the operational stability of the dial receiving mechanism 210.
The dial moving mechanism 220 includes a dial moving link 221, a dial moving device 222, a dial elevating device 223, a dial rotating device 224, and a dial adsorbing device 225. The dial moving device 222 is connected to the dial moving connecting frame 221, the dial moving device 222 is drivingly connected to the dial lifting device 223, and the dial lifting device 223 is drivingly connected to the dial rotating device 224, in this embodiment, the dial lifting device 223 is a lead screw motor. In another embodiment, the dial lifting device 223 is a telescopic cylinder. The dial rotating device 224 is drivingly connected with the dial adsorbing device 225. The dial adsorption device 225 includes a vacuum generator 226, a connection plate 227, and a number of vacuum suction cups 228. The dial turning device 224 is drivingly connected to the connecting disc 227. In this embodiment, the dial turning device 224 is a rotary cylinder. Further, the dial turning device 224 is a 180 degree rotary cylinder. The vacuum generator 226 communicates with each vacuum chuck 228, and each vacuum chuck 228 is connected to a face of the connecting plate 227 facing away from the dial rotating device 224. In this embodiment, the material taking device 200 of the automatic thimble arranging tray machine further includes a stable connecting frame 229, and the needle tray receiving frames 211 of the two needle tray receiving mechanisms 210 are connected by the stable connecting frame 229, so as to increase the structural stability of the material taking device 200 of the automatic thimble arranging tray machine. In order to increase the compactness of the dial suction device 225, in one embodiment, the vacuum generator 226 is disposed on a side of the connecting disc 227 close to the dial rotating device 224.
In the working process of the material taking device 200 of the automatic thimble arranging machine, one needle dial bearing mechanism 210 is used for bearing a pile of blank needle dials, and the other needle dial bearing mechanism 210 is used for bearing a pile of full-loaded needle dials; one dial moving mechanism 220 is used for placing a blank dial from one dial holding mechanism 210 onto the carrier dial 520, and the other dial moving mechanism 220 is used for placing a full dial on the carrier dial 520 onto the other dial holding mechanism 210. When a dial moving mechanism 220 removes a blank dial on the top of a stack of blank dials from the dial receiving mechanism 210, the dial driving device 212 in the dial moving mechanism 220 drives the dial bearing plate 213 to move upward by the thickness of one dial, so that the blank dial at the uppermost edge of the dial bearing plate 213 is adjusted to a suitable height for the dial moving mechanism 220 to pick up. In the dial moving mechanism 220, during the operation of picking up the blank dial, the dial moving device 222 moves the dial elevating device 223, the dial rotating device 224 and the dial adsorbing device 225 above the dial bearing plate 213, and the dial elevating device 223 drives the dial adsorbing device 225 to abut on the blank dial through the dial rotating device 224. The vacuum generator 226 sucks the empty dial by each vacuum chuck 228. The dial rotating device 224 may adjust the angle of the blank dial for ease of placement and placement. The principles of picking up a full-loaded dial and placing the full-loaded dial are the same as above.
