Further, the transfer device 5 includes a transfer rail 51, a transfer driving assembly, a first moving frame 54, a second moving frame 55, a rotating assembly and a clamp picking and placing mechanism 7, the transfer rail 51 extends along a left-right direction, the first moving frame 54 is arranged on the transfer rail 51 and can move left and right along the transfer rail 51, the rotating assembly includes a rotating motor 56 and a rotating platform 57, the rotating motor 56 is arranged on the first moving frame 54, a driving end of the rotating motor 56 is connected with the rotating platform 57 and can drive the rotating platform 57 to rotate around an axis extending up and down, the second moving frame 55 is arranged on the rotating platform 57, the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7 is arranged on the second moving frame 55, and the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7 is used for drawing the tray clamp 6 out of the clamp seat 8 or the furnace chamber.
In some embodiments, the second moving frame 55 is further provided with an air cylinder, the driving end of the air cylinder is connected with the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7, so that the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7 can be driven to move up and down to adapt to ovens 31 with different heights, some ovens 31 are provided with multiple layers, and the tray clamping device 6 in ovens 31 with different heights can be picked and placed by driving the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7 to move up and down, so that the adaptability is better, and the use is more convenient.
In some embodiments, the second moving frame 55 is provided with a plurality of clamp picking and placing mechanisms 7, which can adapt to ovens 31 with different heights, and for ovens 31 with multiple layers, the tray clamping devices 6 in ovens 31 with different heights can be picked and placed by driving the clamp picking and placing mechanisms 7 to move up and down, so that the adaptability is better, and the use is more convenient.

It will be appreciated that the torsion is generated during the rotation of the second moving frame 55 by the rotating assembly, and thus, the torsion can be better resisted by providing the transfer supporting wheels 53 on the front and rear sides of the transfer rail 51, so that the second moving frame 55 rotates more stably.
Further, the number of the transferring support wheels 53 is four, two of which are located at the front side of the transferring rail 51, and the other two of which are located at the rear side of the transferring rail 51, it can be understood that two of which are located at the left side of the first moving frame 54, and the other two of which are located at the right side of the first moving frame 54, so that the effect of the support can be further improved.
Further, the ovens 31 are provided with a plurality of ovens 31, the ovens 31 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the transfer rail 51, and the ovens 31 are respectively arranged at two sides of the transfer rail 51 by taking the transfer rail 51 as a symmetry axis.

The discharging device 2 comprises a clamp taking and placing mechanism 7 and a cooling mechanism, wherein the clamp taking and placing mechanism 7 is used for disassembling the lithium battery in the tray clamp 6, and the cooling mechanism is used for cooling the baked lithium battery to avoid the lithium battery from being in a high-temperature state for a long time.
The buffer device 4 comprises a buffer frame, the buffer frame and the feeding device 1 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the transfer track 51, a plurality of buffer cavities for placing the tray clamping devices 6 are arranged on the buffer frame, and a second counting unit is arranged on the buffer frame and is electrically connected with the industrial personal computer.
Specifically, the first counting unit can count the number of the tray holders 6 entering the oven 31, when the number reaches the upper limit, the first counting unit transmits the corresponding electric signals to the industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer transmits the corresponding electric signals to the transfer device 5, the transfer device 5 transmits the subsequent lithium batteries to the buffer device 4, the second counting unit is used for counting the number of the tray holders 6 on the buffer frame, if the number of the tray holders 6 on the buffer frame reaches the upper limit, the number of the tray holders 6 in the oven 31 also reaches the upper limit, the industrial personal computer drives the transfer device 5 to stop transferring, and if the number of the tray holders 6 on the buffer frame does not reach the upper limit, the industrial personal computer drives the transfer device 5 to continuously transmit the tray holders 6 to the oven 31, the intelligent degree of the whole process is higher, and the working accuracy is higher.
Likewise, in some embodiments, the second counting unit may be a photoelectric switch, and the second counting unit may be disposed on a side surface of each buffer cavity, and the second counting unit can be triggered once when the tray clamping device 6 is put into the buffer cavity, the first trigger indicates that the tray clamping device 6 has been put into the buffer cavity, the second trigger indicates that the tray clamping device 6 has been taken out, and the second trigger indicates that the tray clamping device 6 has been taken out of the buffer cavity.
The first counting unit and the second counting unit are adopted to count the number of the tray fixtures 6 in the oven 31 and the cache rack, a linkage fit relationship is formed between the first counting unit and the second counting unit, the transfer device 5 can be better scheduled, the scheduling effect is better, the working precision is high, and the working efficiency is high.
In some embodiments, the tray clamp 6 includes a plurality of sub-clamps 61, and the plurality of sub-clamps 61 are stacked by detachable connection to form the tray clamp 6.
Specifically, the sub-clamp 61 includes a clamp body 611, a positioning sleeve 612 and a positioning post 613, the positioning sleeve 612 is disposed on the lower side of the clamp body 611, one end of the positioning post 613 is connected with the clamp body 611, and the other end of the positioning post 613 extends upwards and can be inserted into the positioning sleeve 612 of another sub-clamp 61.
In some embodiments, a receiving cavity for placing a lithium battery is provided in the clamp body 611, and a plurality of separators are further provided in the receiving cavity, and the lithium battery is placed between two adjacent separators.
In some embodiments, four positioning posts 613 are disposed on the upper side of the single clamp body 611, four positioning sleeves 612 are disposed on the lower side of the single clamp body 611, the four positioning posts 613 and the four positioning sleeves 612 are respectively distributed at four corners of the clamp body 611, two positioning sleeves 612 on one diagonal are provided with circular positioning holes matched with the positioning posts 613, and two positioning sleeves 612 on the other diagonal are provided with oval positioning holes slightly larger than the outer diameter of the positioning posts 613, which can be understood that the requirement of accuracy is properly reduced, so that one sub-clamp 61 can be better and faster lapped on the other sub-clamp 61.
In some embodiments, the clamp picking and placing mechanism 7 includes a first picking and placing base 71, a second picking and placing base 72, a disc disassembling component 74, a clamp picking and placing piece 73, a base linear driving unit and a picking and placing piece linear driving unit, the first picking and placing base 71 is provided with a first guide rail extending along the front-back direction, the second picking and placing base 72 is slidably connected to the first guide rail, the base linear driving unit is arranged on the first picking and placing base 71, the driving end of the base linear driving unit is connected with the second picking and placing base 72 and can drive the second picking and placing base 72 to move back and forth, the second picking and placing base 72 is provided with a second guide rail extending along the front-back direction, the clamp picking and placing piece 73 is slidably connected to the second guide rail, the pickup and placing piece linear driving unit is arranged on the second picking and placing base 72, the driving end of the pickup and placing piece linear driving unit is connected with the clamp picking and placing piece 73 and can drive the clamp picking and placing piece 73 to move back and forth, the disc disassembling component 74 is provided with the end of the second picking and placing base 72, the disc disassembling component 74 is used for separating two adjacent sub clamps 61, and the disc disassembling component 74 is separated, and the clamp taking and placing component 61 is separated, the clamp taking and placing component 61 is more convenient to move in the second picking and placing piece.
In some embodiments, the second picking and placing base 72 has a first end, the tray removing assembly 74 is disposed at the first end, the tray removing assembly 74 includes a first top block 741, a second top block 742, a tray removing guide rail 743, a first tray removing linear driving unit and a second tray removing linear driving unit, the tray removing guide rail 743 is disposed at the first end along a vertical direction, the first top block 741 is slidably connected to the tray removing guide rail 743, the second top block 742 is slidably connected to the tray removing guide rail 743 and is located above the first top block 741, the first tray removing linear driving unit and the second tray removing linear driving unit are both disposed at the second picking and placing base 72, the driving end of the first tray removing linear driving unit is connected to the first top block 741 and can drive the first top block 741 to move up and down, the driving end of the second tray removing linear driving unit is connected to the second top block 742 and can drive the second top block 742 to move up and down so as to change the distance between the second top block 742 and the first top block 741, the picking and placing member 73 is located between the first top block 741 and the second top block 742, the distance between the first top block and the second top block 741 can be changed, and the picking and placing member is more convenient to pick and place the base 61 is located between the two adjacent to the first top block and the second top block.

In some embodiments, the first disc removing linear driving unit and the second disc removing linear driving unit are hydraulic cylinders, so that the moving distance of the first top block 741 and the second top block 742 can be better controlled. It is understood that the first disc removing linear driving unit and the second disc removing linear driving unit may be components having a linear driving function, such as a cylinder or a linear motor.
In some embodiments, two disc-dismantling linear driving units are not required, only one disc-dismantling linear driving unit is required to drive the second top block 742 to move upwards, the disc-dismantling assembly 74 further comprises a distance-changing plate 744 and a cam follower 745, the distance-changing plate 744 is vertically arranged, the cam follower 745 is arranged on the first top block 741, the upper end of the distance-changing plate 744 is fixedly connected to the second top block 742, a groove-shaped hole 746 is formed in the lower end of the distance-changing plate 744 and is sleeved on the cam follower 745, the cam follower 745 can move up and down relatively in the groove-shaped hole 746, and in the process of moving the distance-changing plate 744 upwards, when the cam follower 745 moves up relatively to the lower end of the groove-shaped hole 746, the second top block 742 moves up to drive the first top block 741 to move upwards, so that the follow-up effect is achieved, namely, after the second top block 742 separates the sub-clamp 61 of the upper layer from the sub-clamp 61 of the middle layer, the sub-clamp 61 can be driven to separate from the sub-clamp 61 of the lower layer, and one lifting action can achieve higher work efficiency.
In some embodiments, the clamp picking and placing member 73 includes a picking and placing member body 731 and a clamp hook 732, the picking and placing member body 731 is slidably connected to the second guide rail, the clamp hook 732 is disposed on the picking and placing member body 731, and the linear driving unit of the picking and placing member can drive the picking and placing member body 731 to move along the second guide rail so as to drive the clamp hook 732 to move along the second guide rail, the clamp hook 732 can move to the bottom of the sub-clamp 61, a corresponding groove is disposed at the bottom of the sub-clamp 61, and the clamp hook 732 can hook the corresponding groove and drag the sub-clamp 61 into the second picking and placing base 72, thereby completing the tray disassembling operation and the operation of picking and placing the target sub-clamp 61.
In some embodiments, the second pick-and-place base 72 is provided with corresponding supporting pulleys to support the sub-clamps 61, so that the sub-clamps 61 can enter conveniently and simultaneously have good supporting effect.

In some embodiments, the fixture seat 8 includes a fixture base 81 and side plates 82, the side plates 82 are provided with two, the two side plates 82 are respectively provided at two sides of the fixture base 81, the two side plates 82 are provided with a plurality of rollers, the rollers are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, the sub-fixture 61 can be set up on the rollers, and the sub-fixture 61 can be conveniently pulled out by the fixture picking and placing mechanism 7 and can also have a good supporting effect.
In some embodiments, the clamp seat 8 further includes a clamp linear driving unit and a bottom plate 83, the bottom plate 83 is located between the two side plates 82, the clamp linear driving unit is disposed on the clamp base 81, the driving end of the clamp linear driving unit is connected with the bottom plate 83 and can drive the bottom plate 83 to move up and down, and the upper surface of the bottom plate 83 is used for placing the tray clamp 6.
In some embodiments, a sensor is provided within the holder base 8 for sensing the palletizing jig 6.
In some embodiments, the clamp linear drive unit is a cylinder. It is understood that the clamp linear driving unit may be a component having a linear driving function, such as a hydraulic cylinder or a linear motor.

More specifically, the first linear driving unit 801, the second linear driving unit 802, and the third linear driving unit 803 are linear motor devices, and the driving effect is better.
In one embodiment, the sub-clamp 61 further comprises a supporting block 614 and supporting pieces 615, the supporting blocks 614 are arranged on two sides of the clamp body 611, the supporting blocks 614 are fixedly connected with the clamp body 611, such as welding, the supporting pieces 615 are arranged on the supporting blocks 614, one ends of the supporting pieces 615 are connected with the supporting blocks 614, the other ends of the supporting pieces 615 extend downwards and are erected on the outer wall of the clamp body 611 adjacent to the lower side, and through the design, shaking between two adjacent sub-clamps 61 can be reduced, and the whole disc loading clamp 6 is stable and safe in moving.
Specifically, the supporting plate 615 is in a Z-shaped structure, the middle part of the supporting plate 615 is connected to the lower side surface of the supporting block 614, the upper end of the supporting plate 615 is connected to the outer side surface of the supporting block 614, the lower end of the supporting plate 615 is arranged on the outer wall of the clamp body 611 adjacent to the lower side, and through the design, the stability of the supporting plate 615 is better.
More specifically, the supporting piece 615 is made of sheet metal, and the structure is more stable.
In one embodiment, the fixture body 611 is further provided with a probe connector 616, the probe connector 616 is located at the rear side of the fixture body 611, i.e. the side far away from the fixture pick-and-place mechanism 7, and the probe for detection can move from the rear side of the fixture body 611 towards the fixture body 611 and be plugged into the probe connector 616, so that the use is more convenient.
In one embodiment, the rear side plate 82 of the clamp seat 8 is further provided with a drag chain for hiding and protecting the wiring, so that the protection effect is better.
In some embodiments, the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling tray, a cooling channel 21 and a cold air system 22, the cooling channel 21 comprises an upper channel and a lower channel, the upper channel and the lower channel are internally provided with conveyor belts, the cold air system 22 is communicated with the upper channel, the cooling tray is used for placing lithium batteries, the upper channel is used for cooling the lithium batteries, the lower channel is used for recycling the cooling tray, in particular, the blanking mechanism further comprises a blanking rack 23, a blanking manipulator and a blanking conveyor belt 24, the blanking manipulator is arranged on the blanking rack 23, after the clamp taking and placing mechanism 7 is used for separating the tray clamp 6 in layers, the unloading manipulator places the lithium cell on the cooling tray, and the upper channel is the cooling station, and the lower floor passageway is empty dish backward flow, and when the cooling tray passed through the upper strata, cold wind system 22 in the cooling channel 21 cooled down the cooling tray, cooled down the specification requirement with the lithium cell, then follow cooling channel 21 outflow, flowed to terminal another unloading manipulator station, and the unloading manipulator snatched the lithium cell from the cooling tray and put into unloading conveyer belt 24, presss from both sides the cooling tray to lower floor passageway backward flow through setting up tray manipulator.

Claims (10)
1. A lithium battery baking and drying method based on a stacking tray clamp is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the lithium battery is conveyed by adopting a feeding conveying mechanism (12), whether the lithium battery needs baking and drying or not is detected by using a detecting mechanism, the lithium battery is conveyed to a defective product conveying mechanism (13) or a clamp seat (8) by using a feeding mechanical arm (14), a stacked tray loading clamp (6) is arranged in the clamp seat (8), and the lithium battery positioned on the feeding mechanical arm (14) is tidied by using a clamp picking and placing mechanism (7) and is placed into the tray loading clamp (6);
the transfer device (5) is also provided with a clamp taking and placing mechanism (7), the clamp taking and placing mechanism (7) can split the tray clamp (6) into a plurality of sub-clamps (61), then the sub-clamps (61) with lithium batteries are taken, the sub-clamps (61) with the lithium batteries are conveyed to the oven (31) by using the transfer device (5), the oven (31) is provided with a first counting unit, the first counting unit is electrically connected with an industrial computer, the first counting unit can count the number of the sub-clamps (61) entering the oven (31), when the number reaches the upper limit, the first counting unit can transmit corresponding electric signals to the industrial computer, and the industrial computer transmits corresponding electric signals to the transfer device (5), so that the transfer device (5) transmits subsequent lithium batteries to the cache device (4);
The buffer device (4) comprises a buffer frame, a second counting unit is arranged on the buffer frame and is used for counting the number of the sub-clamps (61) on the buffer frame, if the number of the sub-clamps (61) on the buffer frame reaches the upper limit, and the number of the sub-clamps (61) in the oven (31) also reaches the upper limit, the industrial personal computer drives the transfer device (5) to stop transferring, and if the number of the sub-clamps (61) on the buffer frame reaches the upper limit, and the number of the sub-clamps (61) in the oven (31) does not reach the upper limit, the industrial personal computer drives the transfer device (5) to continuously transfer the sub-clamps (61) to the oven (31);
after baking and drying, the transferring device (5) transfers the sub-clamp (61) in the oven (31) to the blanking device (2);
and (3) taking out the lithium battery of the sub-clamp (61) for discharging, cooling the lithium battery to the specification requirement, and thus completing the baking and drying of the lithium battery.
2. The baking and drying method for lithium batteries based on stacked tray jigs according to claim 1, wherein the tray jigs (6) comprise a plurality of sub jigs (61), and the plurality of sub jigs (61) are stacked by being detachably connected to form the tray jigs (6).

The baking and drying method for lithium batteries based on stacked tray fixtures according to claim 2, wherein the sub-fixture (61) comprises a fixture body (611), a positioning sleeve (612) and a positioning column (613), the positioning sleeve (612) is arranged on the lower side of the fixture body (611), one end of the positioning column (613) is connected with the fixture body (611), and the other end of the positioning column (613) extends upwards and can be inserted into the positioning sleeve (612) of the other sub-fixture (61).

The method for baking and drying the lithium battery based on the stacked tray clamp according to claim 3, wherein the clamp taking and placing mechanism (7) comprises a first taking and placing base (71), a second taking and placing base (72), a tray disassembling component (74), a clamp taking and placing piece (73), a base linear driving unit and a taking and placing piece linear driving unit, a first guide rail extending along the front-back direction is arranged on the first taking and placing base (71), the second taking and placing base (72) is connected with the first guide rail in a sliding manner, the base linear driving unit is arranged on the first taking and placing base (71), the driving end of the base linear driving unit is connected with the second taking and placing base (72) and can drive the second taking and placing base (72) to move forwards and backwards, the second picking and placing base (72) is provided with a second guide rail extending along the front-back direction, the clamp picking and placing piece (73) is connected to the second guide rail in a sliding way, the picking and placing piece linear driving unit is arranged on the second picking and placing base (72), the driving end of the picking and placing piece linear driving unit is connected with the clamp picking and placing piece (73) and can drive the clamp picking and placing piece (73) to move back and forth, the disc disassembling component (74) is provided with the end part of the second picking and placing base (72), the disc disassembling component (74) is used for separating two adjacent sub clamps (61), after the disc disassembling component (74) separates the two sub clamps (61), the linear driving unit of the picking and placing part drives the clamp picking and placing part (73) to move so as to pull the sub-clamp (61) back into the second picking and placing base (72).

The method according to claim 4, wherein the second tray-loading jig-based lithium battery baking and drying method comprises a first end portion of the second tray-loading jig (72), a tray-unloading assembly (74) is disposed at the first end portion, the tray-unloading assembly (74) comprises a first jack (741), a second jack (742), a tray-unloading guide rail (743), a first tray-unloading linear driving unit and a second tray-unloading linear driving unit, the tray-unloading guide rail (743) is disposed at the first end portion along a vertical direction, the first jack (741) is slidably connected to the tray-unloading guide rail (743), the second jack (742) is slidably connected to the tray-unloading guide rail (743) and is disposed above the first jack (741), the first tray-unloading linear driving unit and the second tray linear driving unit are disposed at the second tray-unloading base (72), the driving end of the first tray-unloading linear driving unit is connected to the first jack (741) and can drive the first jack (742) to change the distance between the first jack (742) and the second jack (742) by changing the distance between the first jack (741) and the second jack (742) and the second jack (741), the adjacent two sub-jigs (61) can be disassembled.
