Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a total mixed ration for improving the digestion and absorption of goat nutrients and a preparation method thereof, and the invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
The total mixed ration for improving the digestive absorption of goat nutrients provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises, by mass, 20-25 parts of silage corn, 40-55 parts of silage pineapple dregs, 15-25 parts of flax cake, 5-15 parts of wheat bran, 6-12 parts of grape seed meal, 4-8 parts of palm oil, 3-7 parts of plant extracts and 1-3 parts of minerals.
The mineral provided by the embodiment of the invention is a mixture consisting of 0.1-0.3 part of zinc, 0.2-0.4 part of iron, 0.1-0.15 part of manganese, 0.01-0.02 part of sulfur, 0.0008-0.0010 part of selenium and 0.0008-0.0012 part of cobalt in each kilogram.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the total mixed ration for improving the digestive absorption of goat nutrients provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, harvesting the silage corns growing and developing to a two-thirds milk line period, crushing the silage corns to 1.0cm, placing the silage corns in a sealed plastic bag, vacuumizing, and fermenting for 45 days to obtain the silage corns;
s102, collecting waste pineapple residues, adding a complex enzyme preparation and a yeast solution into the pineapple residues to obtain silage pineapple residues;
s103, preparing grape seed meal; crushing the flax cake, mixing the crushed flax cake with wheat bran, sieving the mixture by using a 8-12-mesh sieve, crushing the mixture which is not sieved, and sieving the mixture again to obtain a mixed feed;
s104, preparing a mixed extract by using hawthorn, rice sprout and medicated leaven, preparing an alfalfa extract by using alfalfa, and mixing the mixed extract and the alfalfa extract to obtain a plant extract;
s105, heating and cooling palm oil, crystallizing and crushing the palm oil to prepare fatty acid powder;
s106, adding the silage corn, the silage pineapple dregs, the grape seed meal and the mixed feed into a stirrer, adjusting the water content after uniformly stirring, cooling to room temperature, adding the plant extract, the fatty acid powder and the mineral substances, and uniformly stirring again to obtain the fully mixed ration for improving the digestive absorption of the goat nutrient substances.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S102, the method for preparing the pineapple bran includes:
s201, collecting waste pineapple residues, and crushing the pineapple residues;
s202: preparing a complex enzyme preparation by using neutral protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase and glucoamylase;
s203: and adding the complex enzyme preparation and the yeast solution into the pineapple residue to obtain the silage pineapple residue.
In step S202 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the complex enzyme preparation comprises the following components by mass: neutral protease: amylase: cellulase: lipase: 15-25 of saccharifying enzyme: 3-7: 20-35: 1-3: 2-5.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S103, the preparation method of the grape seed meal according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, crushing grape seeds, adding soft water 12-16 times of the weight of the grape seeds, adding pumpkin seed powder 0.5-0.7% of the weight of the grape seeds, mixing, and performing ultrasonic extraction;
s302, after extraction, adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5, adding mixed enzyme with the dosage of 2500-;
s303, filtering the enzymolysis solution, and then carrying out spray drying or freeze drying to obtain the grape seed meal.
In step S301 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasonic extraction method includes: placing the mixture of grape seed and semen Cucurbitae powder in ultrasonic power of 500w at ultrasonic temperature of 30 deg.C, reflux extracting with ultrasonic wave for 30-60min, stopping ultrasonic treatment for 2-3min every 3-5min, and performing next ultrasonic treatment.
In step S303 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization conditions are as follows: treating the enzymolysis solution at 95 deg.C for 2-4 min.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S104, a method for preparing a mixed extract using hawthorn, rice sprout, and medicated leaven according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, cleaning and fully soaking hawthorn, rice sprout and medicated leaven, heating the soaked liquid and the soaked liquid, and filtering to obtain a first decoction;
s402, fully drying the filter residue after filtration, grinding, adding water, decocting again, standing the decoction, and removing bottom sediment to obtain a second decoction;
and S403, mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, and heating and concentrating to obtain a mixed extract.
In the step S402 provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the decoction is carried out again, the gelatin powder is added into the decoction liquid, the adding amount is 0.08-0.12g/L, the mixture is fully stirred and is filtered after standing for 3-4 h.
In step S104 provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a method for preparing an alfalfa extract using alfalfa includes:
(1) placing the alfalfa in a drying box for drying; crushing the dried alfalfa to obtain alfalfa powder;
(2) placing the alfalfa powder in a reflux extraction device, and adding ethanol for extraction to obtain an extracting solution;
(3) recovering ethanol in the extract; heating and concentrating the extracting solution to obtain the alfalfa extract.
In the step (1) provided by the embodiment of the invention, the conditions for drying the alfalfa in the drying box are as follows: setting the drying temperature at 60-65 deg.C and the drying time at 20-25 min.
As shown in fig. 5, in step S105 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing fatty acid powder includes:
s501, heating palm oil to 80-85 ℃, and standing for 10-25 min;
s502, placing the palm oil in a cooling box, setting the cooling rate to be 8 ℃/min for rapid cooling, and cooling to 25 ℃;
s503, setting the cooling rate to be 2 ℃/min, slowly cooling to 16-20 ℃, and standing for 1-2h to obtain crystals;
s504, collecting the crystals, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 30-40 mesh sieve to obtain fatty acid powder.
In step S106 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the water content is adjusted by heating, and the water content is adjusted to 20 to 30%.

step one, preparing silage corns: harvesting the silage corns growing and developing to two thirds of the milk line period, crushing the silage corns to 1.0cm, placing the silage corns in a sealed plastic bag, vacuumizing, and fermenting for 45 days to obtain the silage corns;
step two, preparation of the silage pineapple dregs: collecting waste pineapple residues, and crushing the pineapple residues; preparing a complex enzyme preparation by using neutral protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase and glucoamylase; adding the complex enzyme preparation and the yeast solution into the pineapple residue to obtain silage pineapple residue;
step three, preparing grape seed meal: pulverizing grape seed, adding soft water 12-16 times of grape seed weight, adding semen Cucurbitae powder 0.5-0.7% of grape seed weight, mixing, and ultrasonic extracting; adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5 after extraction, adding mixed enzyme with the dosage of 2500-; filtering the enzymolysis solution, and spray drying or freeze drying to obtain grape seed meal;
step four, preparing the mixed extract: preparing mixed extracts by using hawthorn, rice sprout and medicated leaven: cleaning fructus crataegi, fructus Setariae Germinatus, and Massa Medicata Fermentata, soaking, heating together with the soaking solution, and filtering to obtain first decoction; fully drying the filter residue, grinding, adding water, decocting again, standing the decoction, and removing bottom precipitate to obtain a second decoction; mixing the first decoction and the second decoction, heating and concentrating to obtain mixed extract;
step five, preparing the alfalfa extract: preparation of alfalfa extract using alfalfa: placing the alfalfa in a drying box for drying; crushing the dried alfalfa to obtain alfalfa powder; placing the alfalfa powder in a reflux extraction device, and adding ethanol for extraction to obtain an extracting solution; recovering ethanol in the extract; heating and concentrating the extracting solution to obtain an alfalfa extract;
step six, preparing fatty acid powder: heating palm oil, standing, placing the palm oil in a cooling box, setting the cooling rate at 8 ℃/min, rapidly cooling to 25 ℃; setting the cooling rate to be 2 ℃/min, slowly cooling to 16-20 ℃, and standing for 1-2h to obtain crystals; collecting crystals, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 30-40 mesh sieve to obtain fatty acid powder;
step seven, crushing the flax cakes, mixing the crushed flax cakes with wheat bran, sieving the mixture by using a 8-12-mesh sieve, crushing the mixture which is not sieved, and sieving the mixture again to obtain mixed feed; mixing the mixed extract with alfalfa extract to obtain a plant extract; adding the silage corn, the silage pineapple dregs, the grape seed meal and the mixed feed into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a water content; adding the plant extract, the fatty acid powder and the mineral substances, and uniformly stirring again to obtain the total mixed ration for improving the digestive absorption of the goat nutrient substances.

The preparation method of the total mixed ration for improving the digestion and absorption of goat nutrients as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, the composite enzyme preparation comprises the following components in percentage by mass: neutral protease: amylase: cellulase: lipase: 15-25 of saccharifying enzyme: 3-7: 20-35: 1-3: 2-5.

8. The method for preparing the total mixed ration for improving the digestive absorption of the goat nutrients as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the seventh step, the water content is adjusted by heating, and the water content is adjusted to 20-30%.
