Abstract
The invention discloses a microbial fermentation chicken feed and a preparation method thereof, wherein microbial fermentation bacteria are put into a recovery container to form recovery bacteria liquid; adding the corn flour and the traditional Chinese medicine mixture into a first fermentation tank, and then sequentially adding water and a first preset amount of the resuscitation bacteria liquid to form a first mixture; adding the soybean meal, the mulberry leaf powder, the chaff, the silkworm excrement and the trace elements into a second fermentation tank to obtain a second mixture; adding the first mixture and the second mixture into a third fermentation tank, uniformly mixing, adding the rest resuscitation bacteria liquid, and sealing and fermenting to obtain a third mixture; drying the third mixture; and (3) crushing and granulating the dried third mixture to obtain the microbial fermentation chicken feed, so that the prepared feed has more energy and protein, can supplement more energy and protein for the chicken feeding stage, and lays a foundation for the later egg laying stage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed processing, in particular to a microbial fermentation chicken feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, the chick stage is very important in the chick raising process, and enough energy and protein are supplemented in the chick stage to lay a foundation for the egg laying stage, so that the energy and the protein are two main factors of the feed in the daily chick feed formula and are very important, and therefore, the preparation of the feed capable of supplementing more energy and protein for the chick is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a microbial fermentation chicken feed and a preparation method thereof, and aims to supplement more energy and protein for a chick feeding stage and lay a foundation for a later egg laying stage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the microbial fermentation chicken feed adopted by the invention is prepared by fermenting the following raw materials in parts by mass:
10-30 parts of corn flour, 5-15 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine mixture, 10-30 parts of soybean meal, 5-15 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 10-16 parts of rice husk, 8-12 parts of EM (effective microorganisms) bacteria, 5-15 parts of silkworm excrement, 4-8 parts of trace elements and 10-16 parts of microbial fermentation bacteria.
Wherein the traditional Chinese medicine mixture is prepared by mixing one or more of liquorice, isatis root, dried orange peel, honeysuckle and houttuynia cordata.
Wherein the microbial fermentation bacteria comprise bacillus licheniformis, bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, streptococcus lactis and saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Wherein the microelements comprise 600mg/kg of Fe, 4mg/kg of Cu, 50mg/kg of Zn, 40mg/kg of Mn, 1.6mg/kg of Co, 0.6mg/kg of Se, 200000iu/kg of VA, 6000iu/kg of VD, 3800iu/kg of VE, 1.8g/kg of VK, 10.9g/kg of VB21.8g/kg of VBE, 3g/kg of nicotinic acid, 0.8g/kg of folic acid and 0.9g/kg of calcium pantothenate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the microbial fermentation chicken feed, which comprises the following steps:
putting the microbial fermentation tubes into a recovery container, adding warm water at the temperature of 30-34 ℃, and sealing and standing for 10-12 hours to form recovery bacteria liquid;
adding the corn flour and the traditional Chinese medicine mixture into a first fermentation tank according to the mass ratio, then sequentially adding water and a first preset amount of the resuscitation bacteria liquid, fully stirring, and sealing and fermenting to form a first mixture;
adding the soybean meal, the mulberry leaf powder, the chaff, the silkworm excrement and the trace elements into a second fermentation tank according to the mass ratio, sequentially adding water and the EM bacteria, and performing sealed fermentation to obtain a second mixture;
adding the first mixture and the second mixture into a third fermentation tank, uniformly mixing, adding the rest resuscitation bacteria liquid, and sealing and fermenting to obtain a third mixture;
feeding the third mixture into a dryer for drying;
and (4) crushing and granulating the dried third mixture to obtain the microbial fermented chicken feed.
Wherein, in the step of forming the resuscitation bacteria liquid: the amount of the warm water added is 1.5-2.5 times of the amount of the microbial fermentation tubes.
Wherein the step of obtaining the first mixture specifically comprises: adding the corn flour and the traditional Chinese medicine mixture into a first fermentation tank, then adding water, fully stirring at a stirring speed of 100-250 r/min for 1-2 h, then adding a first preset amount of the resuscitation bacteria liquid, and fully stirring at a stirring speed of 150-300 r/min for 1-2 h; and after fully stirring, sealing and fermenting for 3-5 days to form a first mixture.
Wherein the step of obtaining the second mixture specifically comprises: adding the soybean meal, the mulberry leaf powder, the chaff, the silkworm excrement and the trace elements into a second fermentation tank, then sequentially adding water, fully stirring at a stirring speed of 100-250 r/min for 1-2 h, then adding the EM bacteria, and fully stirring at a stirring speed of 150-300 r/min for 1-2 h; and after fully stirring, sealing and fermenting for 5-7 d to obtain a second mixture.
Wherein the step of obtaining the third mixture specifically comprises: adding the first mixture and the second mixture into a third fermentation tank, fully stirring at a stirring speed of 100-250 r/min for 1-2 h, then adding the rest resuscitation bacteria liquid, and fully stirring at a stirring speed of 150-300 r/min for 1-2 h; and after fully stirring, sealing and fermenting for 8-10 days to obtain a third mixture.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: putting the microbial fermentation tubes into a recovery container, adding warm water at 30-34 ℃, and sealing and standing for 10-12 hours to form recovery bacteria liquid; adding the corn flour and the traditional Chinese medicine mixture into a first fermentation tank according to the mass ratio, then sequentially adding water and a first preset amount of the resuscitation bacteria liquid, fully stirring, and sealing and fermenting to form a first mixture; adding the soybean meal, the mulberry leaf powder, the chaff, the silkworm excrement and the trace elements into a second fermentation tank according to the mass ratio, sequentially adding water and the EM bacteria, and performing sealed fermentation to obtain a second mixture; adding the first mixture and the second mixture into a third fermentation tank, uniformly mixing, adding the rest resuscitation bacteria liquid, and sealing and fermenting to obtain a third mixture; feeding the third mixture into a dryer for drying; and (3) crushing and granulating the dried third mixture to obtain the microbial fermentation chicken feed, so that the prepared feed has more energy and protein, can supplement more energy and protein for the chicken feeding stage, and lays a foundation for the later egg laying stage.
