技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据在权利要求1的前序部分中详细定义的类型的用于在车辆中操纵制动器和油门/加速器的设备。
背景技术
在自动化车辆中存在两种驾驶状态。在一种状态中,驾驶员以传统的方式操作方向盘、油门踏板和制动踏板,由此完全主动地驾驶车辆。此外,存在车辆通过计算机控制并且因此自主运动的驾驶状态。
如果驾驶员在自主驾驶时放松并且为此例如想要在其座位上占据躺卧位置,则需要驾驶员可以放置其腿的元件。
由文献FR 3 010 974 A1已知,在自主驾驶时通过搭腿垫板覆盖油门踏板和制动踏板,驾驶员可以将他的腿放置到该搭腿垫板上。在文献JP2018-116383A中公开了类似的构造。
还已知的是,将搭腿支垫元件集成到驾驶员座椅中。
然而,在已知解决方案中的缺点在于,在自主驾驶时,脚托架元件提高了花费并且需要额外的结构空间,在驾驶员的放脚空间区域中并非总是提供该额外的结构空间的所需尺寸。
此外已知的是,使用所谓的“线控”系统来代替从油门踏板和制动踏板机械地传递力。在此,代替踏板而使用两个压板,其中,行程模拟器吸收驾驶员到压板上的操纵能量。该行程模拟器具有踏板力和踏板行程标识。功能的操控通过电导线和伺服电机或机电执行器来实现。在此,用于油门操纵和制动操纵的两个压板共同布置在操纵单元中。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于在车辆中操纵制动器和油门的设备,该设备与“线控”系统相结合地在自主驾驶时能以简单的方式并在无需特别的附加结构空间的情况下为驾驶员实现搭腿支垫/下肢托架。
根据本发明,该目的通过在权利要求1中所述的特征来实现。
代替附加的或单独的搭腿支垫,根据本发明,操纵单元现在在自主驾驶时用作驾驶员的腿的支垫。为此,根据本发明,该操纵单元被调节到至少近似水平的位置中,其中,用于制动器和油门的操纵元件被相应地去激活。
以简单的方式将操纵单元以能围绕水平轴线摆动的方式布置在基础壳体、例如支承单元上,由此可以使操纵单元从其主动/起作用的、“正常”位置摆动到至少近似水平的位置中,以便支承驾驶员的腿。
根据本发明,用于制动器和油门的操纵元件可以以已知的方式构造为布置在操纵单元中的压板。
然而,同样地,为此可以设置传感器元件,该传感器元件在主动驾驶时通过传感装置传递行程和压力强度以用于操纵制动器和油门。

具体实施方式
根据图1,为驾驶员设置有操纵单元1以操纵油门和制动器,该操纵单元通过转动铰链2可摆动地布置在作为基础壳体3的支承单元上。支承单元3固定在车辆的车身件4上。在正常运行工况中通过驾驶员的腿5操纵制动元件6和油门元件7,该操纵元件和油门元件构造为压板6和7(见图3至图5中的图示)。
图2示出操纵单元1在自主驾驶时作为搭腿支垫的位置。如可以看到的那样,操纵单元1在此摆动到水平位置中,由此驾驶员可以在躺卧位置中将其腿5放到操纵单元1上。
由图3和图4在放大图中可以看到操纵单元1的设计方案。从操纵单元1的表面中突出作为制动元件的用于制动器的压板6和作为油门元件的用于油门的压板7。当驾驶员自己驾驶时,两个压板6和7通过未详细示出的信号发生器以已知的方式在其功能方面被控制。
图4示出根据图3的操纵单元1的一个设计方案,该操纵单元作为搭腿支垫处于通过转动铰链2水平摆动或翻转的位置中。在操纵单元1的这个位置中,两个压板6和7作为油门和制动信号发生器的功能通过软件被去激活。
操纵单元1可以由于转动铰链2的激活通过气体弹簧8(参见图4)或通过电动主轴而被置于相应所期望的位置中。
为了在自主驾驶方式中产生操纵单元1的平坦表面作为搭腿支垫,可以将两个压板6和7以能下沉的方式布置在操纵单元1中,由此,这两个压板在该位置中与所述表面齐平并且不构成干扰边缘。
图5局部地以原理图示出通过机械的铰链传动机构8对操纵单元1的调节,通过该铰链传动机构,操纵单元1从主动的位置摆动到作为搭腿支垫的水平位置中,同时还发生水平移动。
从图6中可以看到,代替压板6和7,在操纵单元1中设置有传感器元件10作为制动元件和油门元件,通过该传感器元件,在该传感器元件激活时在正常驾驶状态和自主驾驶状态中传递用于其功能的相应的控制信号。在此,在主动运行工况中,传感器元件10、如压板6和7突出于操纵单元1的表面。在自主运行工况中,传感器元件下沉并且与操纵单元1的表面齐平。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于在车辆中操纵制动器和油门的设备,其中,制动元件(6)和油门元件(7)布置在操纵单元(1)中,

操纵单元(1)在自主驾驶时能从主动的驾驶位置被调节到至少近似水平的位置中以形成搭腿支垫,此时制动元件(6)和油门元件(7)被去激活。

操纵单元(1)以能翻转的方式布置在基础壳体(3)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,

基础壳体(3)构造为支承单元,操纵单元(1)通过转动铰链(2)铰接在该支承单元上。

其特征在于,
制动元件(6)和油门元件(7)以能下沉的方式布置在操纵单元(1)中,其中,当操纵单元(1)处于至少近似水平的位置中时,制动元件(6)和油门元件(7)以能下沉的方式布置成,使得该制动元件和油门元件与操纵单元(1)的表面至少近似齐平。
