本发明提供一种铝箔上胶机,包括有机架、从左至右地设于所述机架上的放卷机构、龙门架、剪切机构及设于剪切机构右侧的成品出料台,所述龙门架下方设有一打孔机构对铝箔进行打孔,及一压平机构把铝箔上的针孔压平,所述龙门架左端设有上胶机构,在龙门架的上方设有风干机构,在龙门架的右端设有牵引铝箔前行的牵引机构,铝箔从所述放卷机构引出,通过导向辊进入打孔机构进行打孔,打孔后进入压平机构压平针孔,再进入到上胶机构进行上胶,上胶后通过风干机构进行风干,风干后再经过牵引机构进入到剪切机构进行切断,切断后进入成品出料台。本发明实现打孔、压平、上胶、烘干和剪切连续作业,上胶效率高,上胶效果好。

本发明涉及上胶机技术领域,特指一种铝箔上胶机。
背景技术
铝蜂窝芯在家装及建筑行业应用广泛,在生产铝蜂窝芯时会使用到铝箔,贴在其表面以使用,铝箔使用前需要上胶,传统的上胶机无法满足铝箔的上胶要求,上胶不均匀,自动化程度低,导致工人工作量大,返工率高,而铝箔因材质原因,返工容易造成损坏,导致产品不良率上升,严重影响生产效率与生产成本,因此有必要进行更多的改进。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种铝箔上胶机,打孔、压平、上胶、烘干和剪切连续作业,上胶效率高,上胶效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种铝箔上胶机,包括有机架、从左至右地设于所述机架上的放卷机构、龙门架、剪切机构及设于剪切机构右侧的成品出料台,所述龙门架下方设有一打孔机构对铝箔进行打孔,及一压平机构把铝箔上的针孔压平,所述龙门架左端设有上胶机构,在龙门架的上方设有风干机构,在龙门架的右端设有牵引铝箔前行的牵引机构,铝箔从所述放卷机构引出,通过导向辊进入打孔机构进行打孔,打孔后进入压平机构压平针孔,再进入到上胶机构进行上胶,上胶后通过风干机构进行风干,风干后再经过牵引机构进入到剪切机构进行切断,切断后进入成品出料台。
优选地,所述上胶机构包括有胶槽、刮胶机构和压胶机构,所述胶槽通过两导杆沿竖直方向滑动于所述龙门架,每根所述导杆同一侧具有直齿条,所述龙门架上可转动地安装有胶槽螺杆,所述龙门架上可转动地连接有一胶槽联动杆,该胶槽联动杆上固定有两胶槽升降齿轮,所述胶槽升降齿轮与所述直齿条啮合,所述胶槽联动杆末端固定有一与所述胶槽螺杆配合的胶槽从动齿轮,通过转动胶槽螺杆可以调节胶槽的高度;所述刮胶机构包括有可转动连接于龙门架上的刮刀机架,所述刮刀机架上螺纹连接有刮刀升降螺杆,所述刮刀升降螺杆末端连接有一刮刀,所述刮刀机架末端固定有一刮刀齿轮,所述龙门架上可转动地安装有一刮刀摆动螺杆,该刮刀摆动螺杆与所述刮刀齿轮啮合;所述压胶机构包括有下、上设置并相互贴合的上胶辊与压胶辊,所述刮刀靠近所述上胶辊,所述上胶辊在所述胶槽上方,通过转动刮刀摆动螺杆可以摆动所述刮刀使其贴在所述上胶辊上,所述上胶辊由安装于所述龙门架上的上胶电机驱动。
优选地,所述风干机构包括有风箱及设于风箱侧面的两风机,铝箔从风箱内穿过。
优选地,所述剪切机构包括有剪切机架、两上下设置地安装在所述剪切机架上的定位辊,固定于剪切机架上的剪切板,及由剪切压力缸控制其升降的剪切刀,位于上方的所述定位辊由位于剪切机架顶部的气缸驱动其上下移动,所述剪切刀与所述剪切板配合对铝箔进行剪切。
优选地,所述放卷机构包括有放卷架,放卷架上可转动地安装铝箔卷,还包括有设于放卷架一侧的放卷电机用于控制铝箔卷的转动,及设于放卷架另一侧的制动手轮用于制动铝箔卷。
优选地,所述打孔机构包括有打孔机架,所述打孔机架上、下设置有针辊及胶辊,所述打孔机架上方还设有两气缸用于驱动针辊上下移动,该气缸工作端连接有轴承座,所述针辊通过轴承安装在所述轴承座上。
优选地,所述压平机构为水平设置并相互贴合的固定压辊和移动压辊构成,其中固定压辊可转动连接于所述机架,而移动压辊由气缸驱动其移动使其与所述固定压辊相互贴合,气缸安装在机架上,该气缸工作端连接有轴承座,移动压辊通过轴承安装于轴承座上。
优选地,所述牵引机构包括有牵引辊及从动辊,所述牵引辊有牵引电机驱动,所述从动辊滑动设于龙门架上,由两气缸驱动其贴紧牵引辊。
本发明有益效果:
本发明实现打孔、压平、上胶、烘干和剪切连续作业,使得铝箔卷出来后就是已经上好胶并剪切好的铝箔,供下一步工序使用,铝箔的上胶效率高,采用打孔机构进行打孔,使得铝箔打的孔均匀,通孔容易储存胶水,打孔后进行压平,使得针孔两端平整,再进行上胶作业,可以根据胶槽的胶水量来适当调节胶槽的高度,使得上胶辊。

如图1至图9所示,本发明所述的一种铝箔上胶机,包括有机架100、从左至右地设于所述机架100上的放卷机构1、龙门架2、剪切机构3及设于剪切机构3右侧的成品出料台4,所述龙门架2下方设有一打孔机构5对铝箔进行打孔,及一压平机构6把铝箔上的针孔压平,所述龙门架2左端设有上胶机构7,在龙门架2的上方设有风干机构8,在龙门架2的右端设有牵引铝箔前行的牵引机构9。
具体的,所述上胶机构7包括有胶槽71、刮胶机构72和压胶机构73,所述胶槽71通过两导杆711沿竖直方向滑动于所述龙门架2,每根所述导杆711同一侧具有直齿条,所述龙门架2上可转动地安装有胶槽螺杆712,所述龙门架2上可转动地连接有一胶槽联动杆713,该胶槽联动杆713上固定有两胶槽升降齿轮714,所述胶槽升降齿轮714与直齿条啮合,所述胶槽联动杆713末端固定有一与所述胶槽螺杆712配合的胶槽从动齿轮715,通过转动胶槽螺杆712,带动胶槽联动杆713转动,再带动两胶槽升降齿轮714转动,从而带动导杆711升降,从而达到升降胶槽71的目的。所述刮胶机构72包括有可转动连接于龙门架2上的刮刀机架721,所述刮刀机架721上螺纹连接有刮刀升降螺杆722,所述刮刀升降螺杆722末端连接有一刮刀723,升降螺杆与刮刀723之间是可转动地连接,两根刮刀升降螺杆722同时转动时,可以带动刮刀723升降,所述刮刀机架721末端固定有一刮刀齿轮724,所述龙门架2上可转动地安装有一刮刀摆动螺杆725,该刮刀摆动螺杆725与所述刮刀齿轮724啮合,当转动刮刀摆动螺杆725时,带动刮刀机架721沿着其转动轴转动。

具体的,所述风干机构8包括有风箱81及设于风箱81侧面的两风机82,铝箔从风箱81内穿过,风箱81设于龙门架2顶部并水平设置,左侧一部风机82吹热风,后面一部风机82吹冷风,这样最适合胶水的风干温度。
具体的,所述剪切机构3包括有剪切机架31、两上下设置地安装在所述剪切机架31上的定位辊32,固定于剪切机架31上的剪切板33,及由剪切压力缸34控制其升降的剪切刀35,所述剪切机架31固定于机架100上,位于下方的所述定位辊32可转动地安装在所述剪切机架31上,位于下方的定位辊32由电机驱动其转动,位于上方的所述定位辊32由位于剪切机架31顶部的气缸驱动其上下移动,所述剪切刀35与所述剪切板33配合对铝箔进行剪切,两定位辊32相互贴合时可以压住铝箔并进行剪切,这样确保剪切铝箔时不走位。
具体的,所述放卷机构1包括有放卷架11,放卷架11上可转动地安装铝箔卷,还包括有设于放卷架11一侧的放卷电机12用于控制铝箔卷的转动,便于铝箔放料,及设于放卷架11另一侧的制动手轮13用于制动铝箔卷,制动手轮13螺纹连接有一制动螺杆14,该制动螺杆14顶部连接于铝箔卷的转轴用于制动铝箔卷。
具体的,所述打孔机构5包括有打孔机架51,打孔机架51固定连接于所述机架100,所述打孔机架51上、下设置有针辊52及胶辊53,胶辊53可转动地设置在打孔机架51上,所述打孔机架51上方还设有两气缸用于驱动针辊52上下移动,该气缸工作端连接有轴承座,所述针辊52通过轴承安装在所述轴承座上。
具体的,所述压平机构6为相互贴合的固定压辊61和移动压辊62构成,固定压辊61和移动压辊62水平设置,其中固定压辊61可转动连接于所述机架100,而移动压辊62由气缸驱动其移动使其与所述固定压辊61相互贴合,气缸安装在机架100上,该气缸工作端连接有轴承座,移动压辊62通过轴承安装于轴承座上。

本发明工作时:铝箔从所述放卷机构1引出,通过导向辊进入打孔机构5进行打孔,打孔后进入压平机构6压平针孔,再进入到上胶机构7进行上胶,上胶后通过风干机构8进行风干,风干后再经过牵引机构9进入到剪切机构3进行切断,切断后进入成品出料台4。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝箔上胶机,其特征在于:所述压平机构为水平设置并相互贴合的固定压辊和移动压辊构成,其中固定压辊可转动连接于所述机架,而移动压辊由气缸驱动其移动使其与所述固定压辊相互贴合,气缸安装在机架上,该气缸工作端连接有轴承座,移动压辊通过轴承安装于轴承座上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝箔上胶机,其特征在于:所述牵引机构包括有牵引辊及从动辊,所述牵引辊有牵引电机驱动,所述从动辊滑动设于龙门架上,由两气缸驱动其贴紧牵引辊。
