本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体公开了一种清热解毒的饮品,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗4‑12Kg、罗汉果0.8‑4Kg、含羞草0.2‑0.8Kg、柳树根1‑7Kg、水4‑25Kg。本发明利用柳树根所具有的清热利湿、祛风除湿配合甘蔗的解热止渴、助脾健胃、利尿滋养等功效,可缓解口干舌燥、津液不足、小便不利、大便秘结、发烧口渴等症状,而且利用罗汉果的清热润肺、润肠通便和提高免疫力配合含羞草的清热、安神、消积解毒等功效,将上述的各成分按照一定比例配合熬制成饮品,使得该饮品具备清热解毒、通常顺便、润肺去火等功效,也能对于皮肤干燥、有痘等状况进行改善,达到美容美颜的效果,而且也能提高身体机能,达到减肥效果。

饮品,指经加工制成的适于供人或牲畜饮用的液体,尤指用来解渴、提供营养或提神的液体,如水、奶,酒、饮料(饮料和饮品不是同一物体),随着现代人生活水平提高,经常出现饮食过度,造成身体消化系统等负担过重,出现内火旺盛等情况,严重的会引起各种与上火有关的疾病,例如:低热、盗汗、口干、小便短赤、便秘、皮肤干燥,易生疮疖等症状,多数遇到这种情况,都是去医院看病,遵医嘱吃药,及时诊治,这样不仅造成的经济费用高,而且吃药调理较为繁琐,因此多数人希望可以通过食疗的方法予以改善,达到清热解毒,调理身体等效果,因此一些带有药理功效的饮品逐渐流入市场。
但是现有市场上的药理性饮品其功效多数不够完善,要么对身体症状的调理性差,不能很好的解决患者的身体症状,要么周期太长,也会导致费用较高,同时其成分较多导致成本较高,制备步骤繁琐。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种清热解毒的饮品,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:该清热解毒的饮品的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、将甘蔗去皮、清洗后,利用榨汁机将甘蔗榨汁处理,将榨出的汁液经过过滤处理,得甘蔗汁,备用;
S2、再将上述榨汁后的甘蔗渣取出,用纱布包裹成小包状,备用;
S3、将罗汉果清洗干燥后,将其利用粉碎机粉碎,得罗汉果粉,备用;
S4、将含羞草利用清水清洗、晾干后,通过粉碎机粉碎成粉,过30-50目筛,得含羞草粉,备用;
S5、将柳树根去杂、清洗、干燥后,利用粉碎机粉碎,得柳树根粉,备用;
S6、将上述所得的罗汉果粉、含羞草粉和柳树根粉放入混合罐内,于30-50℃的恒温下,均匀搅拌15-30min,转速为1500-2000r/min,得混合粉体;
S7、将上述所得混合粉体放入煮锅内,并加入一定量的水,均匀搅拌下,然后将所得甘蔗汁加入煮锅内,再将包裹的甘蔗渣放入煮锅内,利用大火将煮锅内的水煮至沸腾,然后小火继续熬制1-3h;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计的清热解毒饮品,在实际饮用过程中,利用柳树根所具有的清热利湿、祛风除湿等特效,配合甘蔗的解热止渴、生津润燥、助脾健胃、利尿滋养的功效,可缓解口干舌燥、津液不足、小便不利、大便秘结、消化不良、发烧口渴等症状,而且利用罗汉果的清热润肺、润肠通便和提高免疫力配合含羞草的清热、安神、消积解毒等功效,将上述的各成分按照一定比例配合熬制成饮品,可以使得该饮品具备清热解毒、通常顺便、润肺去火等功效,同时也能对于皮肤干燥、有痘等状况进行改善,达到美容美颜的效果,而且也能提高身体机能,达到减肥效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例中,一种清热解毒的饮品,该清热解毒的饮品的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、将甘蔗去皮、清洗后,利用榨汁机将甘蔗榨汁处理,将榨出的汁液经过过滤处理,得甘蔗汁,备用;
S2、再将上述榨汁后的甘蔗渣取出,用纱布包裹成小包状,备用;
S3、将罗汉果清洗干燥后,将其利用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过100-200目筛,得罗汉果粉,备用;
S4、将含羞草利用清水清洗、晾干后,通过粉碎机粉碎成粉,过30-50目筛,得含羞草粉,备用;
S5、将柳树根去杂、清洗、干燥后,利用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过300目筛,得柳树根粉,备用;
S6、将上述所得的罗汉果粉、含羞草粉和柳树根粉放入混合罐内,于30-50℃的恒温下,均匀搅拌15-30min,转速为1500-2000r/min,得混合粉体;
S7、将上述所得混合粉体放入煮锅内,并加入一定量的水,均匀搅拌下,然后将所得甘蔗汁加入煮锅内,再将包裹的甘蔗渣放入煮锅内,利用大火将煮锅内的水煮至沸腾,然后小火继续熬制1-3h,其中大火煮沸温度控制在80-100℃,煮沸时间为10-15min;
S8、熬制完成后,将煮锅内的熬煮液冷却至室温,取出包裹的甘蔗渣,并将煮锅内的熬煮液取出过滤,然后对滤液进行灭菌处理后,即可制得清热解毒的饮品;
其中,灭菌处理采用高温高压灭菌,其中灭菌温度为120-130℃,灭菌时间在30-50s;
其中,该饮品各成分的药理作用如下:
柳树(翠柳)根又名柳树须,水柳须、青龙须,其性寒味甘、苦、无毒,归肝经、0.2肾经,具有疏风散热、清热利湿、祛风除湿、消肿止痛的功效,含有水杨酸、蛋白质、粗纤维、灰分、碘、鞣质等成分;
甘蔗:含有丰富的糖分、水分,各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁、蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、碳水化合物、天门冬、天门冬氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、丝氨酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、磷等物质;
甘蔗可为机体补充充足的热能,对防治低血糖、消除疲劳、中暑等有较好的疗效,健脾利尿:甘蔗有解热止渴;生津润燥:和中宽膈、下气止呕、助脾健胃、利尿滋养的功效;润肠通便:甘蔗可缓解口干舌燥、津液不足、小便不利、大便秘结、反胃呕吐、消化不良、发烧口渴等症状;
罗汉果:味道清甜、性微凉、去火清热、润燥,主要成分有三萜皂苷、黄酮、蛋白质、脂肪酸、维生素等;
作用:清热润肺、利咽开音、润肠通便、提高免疫力,保护肝脏、镇咳、祛痰,可治疗咽痛失音、肺热燥咳、百日咳、咽喉炎、肠燥便秘;
含羞草:清热、安神、消积解毒,味:甘、涩、凉。
实施例1
一种清热解毒的饮品,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗4-12Kg、罗汉果0.8-4Kg、含羞草0.2-0.8Kg、柳树根1-7Kg、水4-25Kg。
实施例2
一种清热解毒的饮品,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗5-10Kg、罗汉果1-2Kg、含羞草0.25-0.5Kg、柳树根2-5Kg、水6-20Kg。
实施例3
一种清热解毒的饮品,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗5Kg、罗汉果1Kg、含羞草0.25Kg、柳树根2Kg、水6Kg。
对比实施例1
选用市场上的清热解毒饮品。
实验操作:
①随机抽取400名患者做实验,其中,女性200名,男性200名,400名患者的症状为:口鼻腔干燥、口舌生疮、咽炎、口腔溃疡、小便黄、便秘、脸上有痘;实验前,对400名患者进行连续观察一周,记录症状变化;
②将400名分为4组,每组100人,男女均衡,然后分别引用实施例1-3和对比实施例1的饮品,饮用方法为:早晚各一次,记录7天、10天、15天后各患者的症状变化;
③评价标准:对患者进行观察检测,与之前记录症状特征进行对比,并让患者陈述自身感觉;显效:口鼻腔干燥减轻,口腔溃疡缓解或者治愈,小便不黄,大便通畅,皮肤润滑、脸上无痘,无效:症状无变化。
具体实验结果如下表:
由上表面可知,本发明设计的清热解毒饮品在患者饮用后,并无不适症状和副作用,而且饮品的口感好、口味甘甜,同时相比市场上的清热解毒饮品,本发明的饮品清热解毒效果更好,对于皮肤干燥、有痘的状况都可以得到很好的改善,达到美容美颜的效果,而且也能提高身体机能,使得大便通畅,小便清爽,具有清热消毒、消除体内内火,身体舒畅、食欲改善等功效,除此之外,本发明的饮品不仅可以热饮,也可冷饮。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (7)
1.一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗4-12Kg、罗汉果0.8-4Kg、含羞草0.2-0.8Kg、柳树根1-7Kg、水4-25Kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗5-10Kg、罗汉果1-2Kg、含羞草0.25-0.5Kg、柳树根2-5Kg、水6-20Kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,该饮品其成分按重量份组分为:甘蔗5Kg、罗汉果1Kg、含羞草0.25Kg、柳树根2Kg、水6Kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,该清热解毒的饮品的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、将甘蔗去皮、清洗后,利用榨汁机将甘蔗榨汁处理,将榨出的汁液经过过滤处理,得甘蔗汁,备用;
S2、再将上述榨汁后的甘蔗渣取出,用纱布包裹成小包状,备用;
S3、将罗汉果清洗干燥后,将其利用粉碎机粉碎,得罗汉果粉,备用;
S4、将含羞草利用清水清洗、晾干后,通过粉碎机粉碎成粉,过30-50目筛,得含羞草粉,备用;
S5、将柳树根去杂、清洗、干燥后,利用粉碎机粉碎,得柳树根粉,备用;
S6、将上述所得的罗汉果粉、含羞草粉和柳树根粉放入混合罐内,于30-50℃的恒温下,均匀搅拌15-30min,转速为1500-2000r/min,得混合粉体;
S7、将上述所得混合粉体放入煮锅内,并加入一定量的水,均匀搅拌下,然后将所得甘蔗汁加入煮锅内,再将包裹的甘蔗渣放入煮锅内,利用大火将煮锅内的水煮至沸腾,然后小火继续熬制1-3h;
S8、熬制完成后,将煮锅内的熬煮液冷却至室温,取出包裹的甘蔗渣,并将煮锅内的熬煮液取出过滤,然后对滤液进行灭菌处理后,即可制得清热解毒的饮品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,所述S3中罗汉果粉碎后过100-200目筛,所述柳树根粉碎后过300目筛。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,所述S6中大火煮沸温度控制在80-100℃,煮沸时间为10-15min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的饮品,其特征在于,所述S8中灭菌处理采用高温高压灭菌,其中灭菌温度为120-130℃,灭菌时间在30-50s。
