Example 2 sensory evaluation
Selecting 10 trained evaluators (5 men and 5 women) without special preference to form a sensory evaluation group, and performing sensory evaluation on the meal replacement powder, wherein the criteria are shown in table 1, and the evaluation indexes comprise color, smell, taste and brewing state. The evaluator evaluated the respective aspects according to the sensory evaluation table.

Example 3 effects of use
1. Blood glucose changes
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 12 subjects were all healthy and free of metabolic diseases, and were divided into two groups, one group drunk glucose water three times per person, the other group drunk meal replacement powder three times, each group took blood with sterile blood taking needles 0min, 15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min, 120min after meals, and blood glucose concentration was measured with a full-automatic blood biochemical analyzer.

The blood sugar values of the two experimental groups all have the trend of rising firstly and then falling after drinking, the blood sugar peak value is 30min after a meal, the blood sugar value fluctuation of the experimental group using the meal replacement powder is more stable than that of a glucose group, and the meal replacement powder group can slow down the blood sugar rising amplitude.
2. Weight loss effect
The experimental method comprises the following steps: selecting 20 human subjects, which are healthy and have no diseases, and measuring the weight change of the subjects before eating, in one eating period and in two eating periods respectively. The results are shown in the following table:

1. A series of diet-replacing, weight-losing, three-high-reducing and milkshake meal-replacing foods are characterized by comprising breakfast meal-replacing powder, lunch meal-replacing powder and dinner meal-replacing powder.
2. The milkshake meal replacement series of food products according to claim 1, wherein the breakfast meal replacement powder comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight:
1400 parts of soybean protein powder, 1400 parts of maltodextrin 1300-, 40-50 parts of coix seed powder, 50-57 parts of konjac flour, 40-50 parts of xanthan gum, 2-3 parts of taurine, 2-3 parts of vitamin C, 50-70 parts of edible essence, 30-40 parts of salt and 1-2 parts of lactic acid bacteria powder.
3. The milkshake meal replacement series of foods according to claim 1, wherein the lunch meal replacement powder comprises the following components in parts by weight:
