(1) the added active probiotic powder bacillus coagulans BC99 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, acid resistance, cholate resistance and the like. The bacillus coagulans BC99 can tolerate the high temperature of more than 100 ℃, the optimal growth temperature of general probiotics such as lactobacillus and bifidobacterium is similar to the normal temperature of human intestinal tracts, the temperature is about 38 ℃, and the upper temperature resistance limit of a few of high-temperature-resistant probiotics is not more than 60 ℃. Parameter detection of bagged nutritional meal replacement powder
1. Total viable bacteria count detection
The total number of the live bacteria of the bagged blueberry-flavor nutritional meal replacement powder, the strawberry-flavor nutritional meal replacement powder and the banana-flavor nutritional meal replacement powder is detected, and the results are as follows: the total viable count of Bacillus coagulans BC99 was 120 billion CFU/bag.
2. Nutrient content detection
Appropriate amounts of the blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder prepared in example 1, the strawberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder prepared in example 2 and the banana-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder prepared in example 3 were taken, and the blueberry-flavored, strawberry-flavored and banana-flavored nutritional meal replacement powders were subjected to component detection according to the requirements of the national standard (GB28050), and the results are shown in tables 1 to 3.

As can be seen from table 1, the protein content of the blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder and the strawberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder reaches 41.6%, and the dietary fiber content is 25%; the protein content of the banana-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder reaches 39.2 percent, the dietary fiber content is 30.7 percent, and the banana-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder meets the requirements of GB28050 on foods with high protein content and high dietary fiber content;
the nutritional meal replacement powder contains 11 vitamins, 4 mineral substances and dietary fiber, and has beneficial effects on reducing fat and promoting intestinal health.
According to the reference intake of dietary nutrients (2013 edition) of Chinese residents, the energy needed to be taken by light physical exercisers 18-49 years old in 1 day is as follows: 2250 kcal for men and 1800 kcal for women, wherein the ratio of energy intake for breakfast, Chinese meal and dinner is 20:40: 40. 3. Stability detection
1) Thermal stability upon reconstitution
1 bag of the blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder prepared in the example 1 is added into 300mL of warm water at about 50 ℃, stirred uniformly and measured for viable count.
And (3) displaying a detection result: the viable count of the product before brewing is 120 hundred million CFU/bag, and the viable count of the product after brewing is still 120 hundred million CFU/bag, namely the viable count of the meal replacement powder is not lost during brewing. The nutritional meal replacement powder provided by the invention can tolerate higher temperature, and after high-temperature brewing, the probiotic bacillus coagulans still has better colony activity, so that the probiotic effect can be effectively ensured.
2) Shelf life stability
The blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement bags prepared in example 1 were stored at 25 ℃ for 24 months, and sensory indicators (appearance and flavor), viable count, moisture, mold and bacteria and pathogenic bacteria of the blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder were measured every 3 months, and the results are shown in table 3.

The initial viable count of the blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder is not less than 120 hundred million CFU/bag.
The blueberry-flavored nutritional meal replacement powder prepared in the embodiment 1 is stored for 24 months at 25 ℃, the appearance and the taste of the product are not obviously changed, the overproof phenomenon of microorganisms is not caused, and the survival rate of viable bacteria reaches 80%. The nutritional meal replacement powder provided by the invention has good shelf life storage characteristics, and can keep higher bacterial colony activity in shelf life.

The nutritional meal replacement powder containing active probiotics according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 31.77 parts of concentrated milk protein, 15 parts of soybean protein isolate, 6 parts of membrane casein isolate, 15 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 13 parts of resistant dextrin, 4 parts of enzymolysis oat flour, 6 parts of Plantago ovata seed husk, 1 part of konjac flour, 6 parts of fruit powder, bacillus coagulans BC990.4, 1.5 parts of composite nutrition enhancer, 0.03 part of sucralose and 0.3 part of edible essence.
5. The active probiotic-containing nutritional meal replacement powder of claim 3, wherein the fruit powder is selected from one or more of strawberry powder, blueberry powder, cranberry powder, mango powder and banana powder.
6. The active probiotic-containing nutritional meal replacement powder of claim 3, wherein the flavoring essence is selected from one or more of strawberry flavor, blueberry flavor, cranberry flavor, mango flavor, and banana flavor.
7. The nutritional meal replacement powder containing active probiotics according to claim 3, wherein the total viable count of the bacillus coagulans BC99 is not less than 1 x 1010CFU/30g。
8. The method of preparing a nutritional meal replacement powder containing active probiotics according to any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising the steps of:
