The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the machine works, the motor 31 is used as matched power, the first belt wheel 32 is connected with the motor shaft, and the power is transmitted to the second belt wheel 33 through belt transmission; one end of the third transmission shaft 34 is connected with the second belt wheel 33, the other end of the third transmission shaft is provided with a third belt wheel 35, power is transmitted to a fourth belt wheel 36 through the third belt transmission belt wheel 35, the fourth belt wheel 36 and the first chain wheel 37 are fixed on the first transmission shaft 113, and therefore the discharging press roller 116 on the first transmission shaft 113 is driven to rotate; the second chain wheel 38 is arranged on the second transmission shaft 126 of the press roll mechanism 12, and power is transmitted through the first chain wheel 37 so as to drive the feeding press roll 124 on the second transmission shaft 126 to rotate; the other end of the first transmission shaft 113 is provided with a gear 39, and the roller shaft 119 drives the roller 118 to rotate through gear engagement, so that the bamboo shoot peeling device 1 is driven to work.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the bamboo shoot 7 enters from the feeding port, under the cooperation of the feeding compression roller 124 and the blade 127, the partial bamboo shoot shell 71 on the upper layer of the bamboo shoot 7 is cut off, and then the friction force of the conveying belt 117 drives the bamboo shoot shell to move downwards continuously, so that the spring pressing plate 122 is arranged for limiting to prevent the tip of the bamboo shoot from tilting; since the drum 118 and the discharging press roller 116 are turned oppositely, when the bamboo shoots 7 reach above the discharging press roller 116, the residual bamboo shoot shells 71 are pressed against the bamboo shoot shells 71 of the bamboo shoot tips by the drum 118 and the discharging press roller 116, so that the residual bamboo shoot shells 71 are completely peeled off and fall from the separating plate 52 of the bamboo shoot shells 71, and a small amount of the bamboo shoot shells 71 and the bamboo shoot meat 72 cut by the knife are separated by the sorting device 4. The machine simulates the manual bamboo shoot peeling process, namely, the bamboo shoot shell 71 is manually scratched by using a cutter, and then the bamboo shoot shell 71 is wound by fingers until the bamboo shoot shell is peeled off.
