Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to BB cream and a preparation method thereof.

Background

BB cream is a type of color cosmetic, and "BB" is an abbreviation for Blemish Balm and is named after it is meant to repair blemishes (spots, blemishes). In recent years, BB cream has been popular among consumers because it has the effects of concealing, adjusting skin color, sun-blocking, and making up bare, as a whole skin cream having a foundation effect. However, as the main raw materials of the BB cream are chemically synthesized components, the skin is easy to generate irritant reaction after long-term use, and meanwhile, most of the existing BB cream only has covering capacity and is difficult to play a role in whitening and protecting the skin in the true sense; therefore, it is very important to provide a BB cream with whitening and skin care effects, to achieve the unity of the concealing and skin care effects of the BB cream, and to achieve the technical purpose of integrating makeup and care.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide BB cream and a preparation method thereof, which can conceal and protect skin and realize the integration of make-up and nourishing of the BB cream.

One of the technical schemes of the invention is BB cream which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3-10 parts of a skin care agent, 8-16 parts of a colorant, 10-40 parts of an emollient, 3-6 parts of an emulsifier, 4-8 parts of a thickener, 5-15 parts of a humectant and 0.5-10 parts of an additive;

wherein the skin care agent is a mixture aqueous extract of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle, a red date leavening, and aloe juice according to the ratio of (3-5): (1-2): (2-4) in a mass ratio.

cyclopenta dimethyl silicone polymer, low viscosity volatile grease, provides good refreshing skin feel, and simultaneously the volatile effect makes the makeup easier to form a film; octyl polymethylsiloxane can reduce the surface tension of various oils and has good compatibility with various oils and fats; the phenyl trimethicone has the functions of defoaming, antistatic, softening and moistening, and reducing the surface tension, so that the product is fresh and good to apply and is not sticky; methyl ester of hydrogenated pinolenic acid, plant-derived rosin extract, has good luster, good moisture and no oil, and has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects.

Further, the emulsifier is lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silylethyl methicone or cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone;

lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane is a water-in-oil and silicon-in-water emulsifier, can obtain light skin feel, and has good compatibility with silicone oil and organic oil; the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane serving as a water-in-oil emulsifier has good compatibility with various oils and has good stability.

Further, the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite or a dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer;

disteardimonium hectorite as thickener can stabilize the formula system and make the whole body get fresh skin feeling; the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer can provide silky skin feel while thickening the system.

Further, the humectant is one or more of glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, dipropyl alcohol, sorbitol, hexanol and polyethylene glycol;

further, the additive is one or more of an emulsion stabilizer, a dispersion stabilizer, a film forming agent, an antioxidant and a perfume.

Further, the preparation method of the mixed aqueous extract of coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense, mung beans, liquorice and honeysuckle comprises the following steps:

taking 3-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 1-3 parts of phellodendron, 1-3 parts of mung bean, 3-5 parts of liquorice and 5-10 parts of honeysuckle, cleaning, putting the mixture into water with the mass 5-10 times of the total mass of the mixture, heating the mixture to 70-90 ℃, extracting the mixture for 1-5 hours by water, filtering and concentrating the mixture, and freeze-drying the mixture to obtain extract powder, namely the water extract of the mixture of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle.

The water extraction is carried out at 70-90 ℃, so that the effective components can be fully dissolved out on the premise of ensuring the stability and no decomposition of the effective components; the skin care effect of the product is better.

Further, the preparation method of the red date fermentation product comprises the following steps: diluting fructus Jujubae extract with water to sugar concentration of 1-8%, sterilizing, inoculating microbial agent, standing at 37 deg.C for 24-48 hr, centrifuging to obtain fructus Jujubae fermentation broth, and freeze drying to obtain fructus Jujubae fermented product.

The red dates are rich in polysaccharides such as fructose, sucrose and glucose, organic acids such as malic acid, gluconic acid, cucurbitic acid and glycolic acid, and mineral substances such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, and not only have the anti-allergic effect, but also can effectively remove skin cutin, so that the red dates have natural effects of maintaining beauty, keeping young and resisting aging; through the microbial fermentation process, the rich nutrient substances are naturally decomposed by the microbes and the enzymes secreted by the microbes to generate new organic matters, and the effective part of the high molecular structure is decomposed into a low molecular structure, so that the skin permeation effect is greatly increased, the effect of the effective part is maximized, and the beautifying and face nourishing effects are further enhanced.

Further, the microbial agent is prepared by compounding lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis and saccharomycetes according to the mass ratio of 1:2:1, and the addition amount of the microbial agent is 3-5 g/1000 mL.

Further, the preparation method of the red date extracting solution comprises the following steps: cleaning and pitting red dates, and then, carrying out the following steps: (5-10) mixing the red date extract with water, extracting for 30-60min at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ and under the pressure of 3-5MPa, and filtering to obtain the red date extract.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the BB cream, which comprises the following steps:

(2) adding water into humectant and skin care agent, stirring to dissolve water phase;

(2) uniformly grinding the emollient and the colorant to obtain a pigment;

(3) uniformly mixing the obtained pigment, an emulsifier and a thickening agent, and homogenizing to obtain an oil phase;

(4) and (3) placing the obtained water phase into the oil phase, stirring and emulsifying, homogenizing, and adding an additive to obtain the BB cream.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the BB cream provided by the invention contains natural skin care ingredients such as coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle mixture water extract, red date fermentation product and aloe juice, wherein the coptis chinensis, the phellodendron amurense, the mung bean, the liquorice and the honeysuckle mixture water extract are rich in various polysaccharides, alkaloids and other ingredients with whitening, wrinkle removing and anti-aging effects, and when the water extract is acted on the skin, the skin problems such as skin pigmentation, aging, elasticity reduction, dryness and the like can be effectively improved, so that the BB cream has the effects of skin care and skin care while covering blemishes; the effective component in the red date is decomposed into low molecular structure after being fermented by microorganism, so that the skin permeation effect of the effective component is greatly increased, and the effect of the effective component can be maximized. On the other hand, the red date fermentation product can effectively inhibit the migration and transfer process of dopamine to the skin cuticle and block the skin melanin deposition, thereby improving the whitening effect of the product. Example 1

Preparing a skin care agent: taking 5 parts of coptis chinensis, 3 parts of phellodendron, 3 parts of mung bean, 4 parts of liquorice and 8 parts of honeysuckle, cleaning, putting the mixture into water with the total mass being 10 times of the total mass of the mixture, heating the mixture to 80 ℃, extracting the mixture with water for 4 hours, filtering and concentrating the mixture, and freeze-drying the mixture to obtain extract powder, namely the water extract of the mixture of the coptis chinensis, the phellodendron, the mung bean, the liquorice and the honeysuckle.

Example 2

Preparing a red date fermented product: cleaning and pitting red dates, and then, carrying out the following steps: 10, mixing with water, extracting at 120 ℃ and 5MPa for 60min, and filtering to obtain red date extract; adding water to adjust sugar degree to 8%, and sterilizing;

commercial lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis and saccharomycetes are taken to be compounded according to the mass ratio of 1:2:1, then inoculated (5g/1000mL) to red date extract, kept stand and cultured for h at 37 ℃, centrifuged to obtain red date fermentation liquor, and freeze-dried to obtain red date fermentation.

Example 3

10 parts of skin care agent, 8 parts of colorant, 30 parts of emollient, 5 parts of emulsifier, 5 parts of thickener, 10 parts of humectant and 8 parts of additive;

wherein the skin care agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 2: 4, mixed liquid of water extract of mixture of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle, fermented red date and aloe juice;

the colorant is titanium dioxide; the emollient is cyclopentadimethylsiloxane; the emulsifier is lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane; the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite; the humectant is glycerol; the additive is spice;

the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into humectant and skin care agent, stirring to dissolve water phase;

(2) uniformly grinding the emollient and the colorant to obtain a pigment;

(3) uniformly mixing the obtained pigment, an emulsifier and a thickening agent, and homogenizing to obtain an oil phase;

(4) and (3) placing the obtained water phase into the oil phase, stirring and emulsifying, homogenizing, and adding an additive to obtain the BB cream.

Example 4

The skin care lotion is the same as in example 3 except that 3 parts of a skin care agent, 12 parts of a colorant, 10 parts of an emollient, 3 parts of an emulsifier, 4 parts of a thickener, 15 parts of a humectant and 5 parts of an additive are used.

Example 5

The skin care lotion is the same as in example 3 except that 8 parts of a skin care agent, 16 parts of a colorant, 40 parts of an emollient, 6 parts of an emulsifier, 8 parts of a thickener, 5 parts of a humectant and 0.8 part of an additive are used.

Example 6

The difference from example 3 is that the skin care agent is only an aqueous extract of a mixture of coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense, mung beans, liquorice and honeysuckle.

Example 7

The difference from example 3 is that the skin-care agent is only red date fermentation.

Example 8

The difference from example 3 is that the skin-care agent is only aloe vera sap.

Example 9

The skin care product is similar to the skin care product in example 3, except that the skin care product is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 5: 2: 4 mixture of water extract of mixture of coptis root, phellodendron bark, mung bean, licorice and honeysuckle flower, red jujube extract and aloe juice.

Example 10

The same as example 3, except that the aqueous extract of the mixture of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, licorice and honeysuckle in the skin care agent was changed to an alcohol extract under the same conditions.

Example 11

The difference from example 3 is that the microbial agent is only lactic acid bacteria during the preparation of the red date fermented product.

Example 12

The difference from example 3 is that the microbial agent in the preparation process of the red date leavening is only a microbial agent with a mass ratio of 2:1 of bacillus subtilis and saccharomycete mixture.

Effect test example 1

Selecting 110 volunteers, randomly dividing into 11 groups of 10 persons, cleaning the left arm of each experimenter 1-10 each day, respectively smearing BB cream products obtained in trial examples 3-12, trying once each day for 30 days; counting trial results, wherein the total using effect of each direction is 5 points, and the scoring standard is as follows:

score 5 is good;

the score of 4 is better;

3 points are acceptable;

2, bad score;

1 point is unacceptable

The statistical results are shown in table 1;

Effect test example 2

After 1 month, skin-mass comparisons were made for the subject's left and right arms; the specific contents are as follows:

measuring left and right arm color difference DeltaL by a Mentada CR-10 type color difference meter (Konika Mentada, Japan), wherein DeltaL is a positive value and indicates that the right arm is white compared with the left arm, and DeltaL is a negative value and indicates that the right arm is black compared with the left arm;

taking the difference value of the detection data before and after the experiment, and then calculating the average value, wherein all volunteers have no skin discomfort symptom in the experiment process, and the result is shown in a table 2;

Through the above embodiments, it can be proved that the BB cream product of the present invention has the effect of skin care while achieving the effect of concealing, and the effect of make-up and care of the BB cream is achieved, and when any formula component of the present invention is absent or omitted, the maintenance effect of the BB cream is affected to a certain extent.

Claims (7)

1. The BB cream is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3-10 parts of a skin care agent, 8-16 parts of a colorant, 10-40 parts of an emollient, 3-6 parts of an emulsifier, 4-8 parts of a thickener, 5-15 parts of a humectant and 0.5-10 parts of an additive;

wherein the skin care agent is a mixture aqueous extract of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle, a red date leavening, and aloe juice according to the ratio of (3-5): (1-2): (2-4) in a mass ratio.

2. The BB cream according to claim 1,

the colorant is one or a mixture of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and iron oxide;

the emollient is one or more of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, octyl methicone, phenyl trimethicone and methyl hydrogen rosinate;

the emulsifier is lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl methicone or cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone;

the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite or a dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer;

the humectant is one or more of glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, dipropyl alcohol, sorbitol, hexanol and polyethylene glycol;

the additive is one or more of emulsion stabilizer, dispersion stabilizer, film forming agent, antioxidant and perfume.

3. The BB cream according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the mixed aqueous extract of coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense, mung bean, licorice and honeysuckle comprises the following steps:

taking 3-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 1-3 parts of phellodendron, 1-3 parts of mung bean, 3-5 parts of liquorice and 5-10 parts of honeysuckle, cleaning, putting the mixture into water with the mass 5-10 times of the total mass of the mixture, heating the mixture to 70-90 ℃, extracting the mixture for 1-5 hours by water, filtering and concentrating the mixture, and freeze-drying the mixture to obtain extract powder, namely the water extract of the mixture of coptis chinensis, phellodendron, mung bean, liquorice and honeysuckle.

The BB cream according to claim 1, wherein a preparation method of the red date fermentation product comprises the following steps: diluting fructus Jujubae extract with water to sugar concentration of 1-8%, sterilizing, inoculating microbial agent, standing at 37 deg.C for 24-48 hr, centrifuging to obtain fructus Jujubae fermentation broth, and freeze drying to obtain fructus Jujubae fermented product.

5. The BB cream according to claim 4, wherein the microbial agent is prepared by compounding lactic acid bacteria, bacillus subtilis and saccharomycetes according to a mass ratio of 1:2:1, and the addition amount of the microbial agent is (3-5) g/1000 mL.

The BB cream according to claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the red date extracting solution comprises the following steps: cleaning and pitting red dates, and then, carrying out the following steps: (5-10) mixing the red date extract with water, extracting for 30-60min at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ and under the pressure of 3-5MPa, and filtering to obtain the red date extract.

7. A method of preparing the BB cream according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding water into humectant and skin care agent, stirring to dissolve water phase;

(2) uniformly grinding the emollient and the colorant to obtain a pigment;

(3) uniformly mixing the obtained pigment, an emulsifier and a thickening agent, and homogenizing to obtain an oil phase;

(4) and (3) placing the obtained water phase into the oil phase, stirring and emulsifying, homogenizing, and adding an additive to obtain the BB cream.
