Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cultivating micro seawater natural pearls by calcium carbonate powder stimulation, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing calcium carbonate powder and a dry powder spraying machine; selecting mature pearl oyster and opening the opening; respectively spraying calcium carbonate powder once to the adductor muscle part, the mantle surface and the digestive caecum part of the pearl oyster, and dissolving and absorbing through pearl mother liquor; then putting the treated pearl oyster into a seawater pond for recuperation; after recuperation, putting into seawater for culturing for 3 months, fishing out to remove dead pearl shells and cleaning attachments, and distinguishing and screening the pearl shells with the generated pearl sacs by using an X-ray machine; finally, the pearl shells with the generated pearl sacs are put into seawater to be suspended for 10-12 months, and the cultivation process is completed.
