Description

High-grade amber beeswax pearl and production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pearls, in particular to a high-grade amber beeswax pearl and a production method thereof.
Background
The cultivation of pearls is an important industry in the field of aquaculture. In order to form larger pearls with higher economic value, a nucleus-planting method is often used to form nucleated pearls. Most of the pearl nuclei of the prior nucleated pearls are made of shells, and the pearl nuclei for culturing the blister pearls are made of paraffin, plastics, rubber and the like, and are made into model pearl nuclei (called model nuclei for short) which are then implanted under the mantle membrane in the bodies of the freshwater mussels or nacre shells and then are placed back to a culturing water area for hanging culture, so as to form the shaped blister pearls. However, the existing materials can only be made into the nucleus of a shell-attached pearl, and cannot be made into the nucleus of a free nucleus pearl. And the original shell pearl nucleus has not high grade and single function, so the requirement of people on high-grade unique pearl products cannot be met. In addition, the existing methods for culturing pearls by implanting the pallium into the mantle are mostly used for culturing pearls by implanting the small pearl nucleus, and the problems of slow wound healing after nucleus implantation, low yield of high-quality pearls, high death rate of the operating mussels and the like exist due to the implantation of the large pearl nucleus.
Amber beeswax is a treasure in condensation, the unique material is the lightest in jewelry, and the characteristics of no cold in winter and no heat in summer, low tone and luxury, medicinal efficacy and health care and health preservation functions of amber beeswax make people become lost. However, never thought of using it to produce pearls, and even less thought of using biosecretory fused organic gems to produce pearls. And the natural fine materials or the processed crushed materials of the prior amber beeswax are used for preparing the pearl nuclei, so the amber beeswax is an innovative utilization of the fusion of very rod jewelry and meets the fashionable life requirement of beautiful and healthy jewelry.
The beeswax is one of the five traditional Chinese medicines, and the amber beeswax contains aromatic substances, can give out loose fragrance after being worn, calms the dysphoria of the brain, and can help the human body to relax the nervous mood. The succinic acid and the ether oil inside the amber beeswax after being worn can play a role in disinfection and very good blood circulation promotion, so that the pain of muscles is relieved, and the healing of wounds is promoted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and the defects, and provides a high-grade amber beeswax pearl which uses precious organic precious stone amber beeswax as a raw material to manufacture pearl nuclei for pearl cultivation, so that the formed pearl creates a unique effect of 'jewelry integration', reflects classical interest, is full of fashion charm and has medicinal efficacy and health care effect, and a production method thereof. The invention fills the blank that the pearls which are cultured by using shells as pearl nucleuses all the time in the world are common traditional round pearls and do not use biological secretion to fuse organic gems to produce higher-end special pearls.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention relates to a high-grade amber beeswax pearl, which is characterized by consisting of a core made of amber beeswax and a nacre outer layer wrapping the core.
The production method of the high-grade amber beeswax pearls is characterized by comprising the following steps of: freshwater mussel or marine shellfish is used as a parent body of the pearl culture; preparing pearl nucleus with amber beeswax, implanting the cell pieces and the pearl nucleus into the nucleus site of the pearl cultivating mother body, such as pallium or visceral mass, and culturing the pearl cultivating mother body in water to obtain high-grade amber beeswax pearl with amber beeswax as core and pearl matter coated to protect health.
When the pearl nucleus and the cell sheet are implanted into a pearl culturing matrix, a method of adopting a single-piece cell sheet and single pearl nucleus (short for single pearl nucleus) or a method of adopting a plurality of cell sheet and single pearl nuclei (short for multi-piece nucleus) can be adopted. In order to make the shape of pearl more diversified and unique, the invention can also adopt a method of a plurality of cell slices and a plurality of bead cores (short for a plurality of sheets and a plurality of cores) or a method of a single cell slice and a plurality of bead cores (short for a single sheet and a plurality of cores). The method of multi-slice and multi-core and single-slice is another important breakthrough of the invention, which enables the pearl to form shapes in different arrangements of the implanted nucleus slices (the pearl nucleus and the cell minitablets for short). The high-grade amber beeswax pearls can be irregular blocky amber beeswax pearls or irregular granular, flat-sheet amber beeswax pearls or strip amber beeswax pearls; and the oversize amber beeswax round pearls with the diameter of 10-30mm, which cannot be reached by the common technology, and the like. Because the nucleus implanting position can be selected to implant the nucleus and the cell slice with proper size and shape, the shape of the cultured irregular amber beeswax pearl (also called special amber beeswax pearl) can be changed, and the artificial amber beeswax pearl can be produced industrially according to the requirement, thereby overcoming the inherent thinking that people can only produce the round nucleated pearl industrially and can not produce the special pearl industrially. The special-shaped amber beeswax pearls are rare precious in the hands of designers, and the designers can design various jewelry works with different shapes by fully utilizing the shapes of the special-shaped pearls.
The monolithic cell patch can be in the shape of a long strip or a circle when a multi-bead nucleus (single-chip multi-core) is implanted. Preferably long strips, such as straight long strips, arc long strips, long strips with other special shapes, and the like. The preferred implantation method of the monolithic cell patch multi-bead core (monolithic multi-core) is: the implanted cell small pieces adopt long cell strips, a wound is arranged at the front end of a nucleus position after the nucleus position is selected on a pearl culturing parent body, the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted pearl nucleus, and the length and the width of the implanted cell small pieces and the number of the pearl nuclei are determined according to the size of the pearl culturing parent body and the shape of the required pearl; the cell long strips are put on the nucleus position by a sending device and are horizontally placed from inside to outside (generally vertically placed from inside to outside) or from top to bottom, the cell long strips can not be too close to the wound, the outer cell layer secreting the nacrum faces upwards, and then a plurality of pearl nuclei are implanted on the cell long strips or on the cell long strips and the peripheral positions of the cell long strips by the sending device in sequence. For a nuclear site, the description is generally flat from inside to outside. The outer cell layer secreting nacre is upward, and after the pearl nucleus is implanted, the small cell pieces can be tightly attached to the pearl nucleus, so that the secreted nacre is plated on the pearl nucleus; although lying flat, the cell pellet is secreted close enough to the nucleus of the pearl to form an uneven pearl along with the shape of the pearl. When a plurality of pearl nuclei are implanted by using the nucleus feeder, the implanted pearl nuclei need to be arranged according to modeling requirements so as to cultivate the pearl modeling which is to be formed in the future.
The implantation method of the multi-piece cell tablet and multi-bead nucleus (multi-piece and multi-core) comprises the following steps: the wound is cut on the pearl culturing parent body by a scalpel, the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted pearl nucleus, the number of the required implanted cell small pieces and the number of the required pearl nucleus are determined according to the size of the pearl culturing parent body and the required shape of the pearl, at least 2 pieces of 2 nuclei are used, and at most 10 pieces of nuclei are used. The method of sending the film first and then sending the core or sending the film first and then sending the film or sending the film simultaneously can be adopted, and the operation is flexibly carried out according to the method habit of each operator and the method of using the operation tool; when the pearl nuclei and the cell slices are implanted, attention is paid to arrangement, a plurality of groups are required to be completed group by group, and 1-6 groups can be implanted into each pearl-bearing parent body. When the cell chip and the pearl nucleus are implanted, one cell chip can be attached to each pearl nucleus; alternatively, a plurality of cell chips may be naturally combined and attached to each bead core in a disordered array to produce a 3D form. The plurality of pearl nuclei in each group are linked together or by the cell pellet of the group or/and are located at positions around the cell pellet of the group where the linking can be achieved by the nacres to avoid the formation of discrete pearls.
The processing method for preparing the amber beeswax into the pearl nuclei comprises the following steps: according to the shape of the fine material or crushed material of the amber beeswax, the amber beeswax is manufactured by the processing technology of chamfering, coarse removing and polishing.
The specific processing method for preparing the amber beeswax into the pearl nuclei comprises the following steps:
preparing a pearl nucleus: the natural fine material or the processed crushed material of the amber beeswax is used for preparing a pearl core raw material, and the specification is 1-30 mm;
(II) sorting or sorting and passing through a knife: sorting according to the shape of the raw materials and the requirement on the pearl nucleus shape, and taking the natural shape as much as possible; if the appearance is too poor, too thick or has inferior angles, the shapes need to be cut into grains, sliced and the inferior angles need to be removed, so that the basic requirements of the pearl nucleus are met for standby;
(III) chamfering: soaking the raw materials subjected to sorting or sorting and cutting in clear water for a period of time, and chamfering by using a chamfering machine to form coarse materials for later use;
and (IV) coarse removal: vibrating the chamfered coarse material by using a vibrating machine to remove coarse material, using a corundum abrasive in a vibrating barrel of the vibrating machine, vibrating by using the vibrating machine for a period of time, and then cleaning and drying the coarse material to form coarse material removal; preferred vibration time: shaking with No. 400 sand 6; changing 800 # sand and shaking for 6 hours; and then the 1200 # vibration is carried out for 6 hours.
(V) polishing: putting the coarse material into a polishing vibration barrel, adding a proper amount of wax oil for wetting vibration, and adding 1-2 times of wax oil in the middle of vibration; drying the wax oil, adding a proper amount of clear water, and continuously vibrating for a period of time to obtain the processed amber beeswax pearl nuclei. Typically, the front side of the wafer is subjected to vibration polishing for about 8 hours, the back side of the wafer is subjected to vibration polishing for 4 hours, and the whole polishing process requires 12 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
firstly, the amber beeswax is used as a pearl nucleus (also called a core) for pearl culture, and a pearl substance is secreted by a pearl breeding matrix to wrap the amber beeswax pearl nucleus, so that an organic gem is secreted and fused by organisms, and thus, the high-grade pearl with functional health elements and a unique effect of 'jewelry combination' is formed. The beauty of the amber beeswax pearl not only reflects classical breath, but also has the characteristics of fashion charm and low-tone luxury, and the medicinal efficacy and the health care and health preserving function of the amber beeswax to human bodies are utilized, so that the amber beeswax pearl accords with the high-end consumption requirement of the jewelry market and has wide development prospect.
Secondly, the pearl cultivated by the method of material selection, core type and bead cultivation with any type is diversified in shape, can be a novel high-end special pearl such as a blocky pearl with an irregular blocky pearl wall, an irregular granular pearl and a flat-sheet pearl, and can also be a regular pearl, and can meet the requirements of various artistic design creations and high-end jewelry; and because amber beeswax is the lightest organic gem in the world, the amber beeswax can be used for cultivating oversize round pearls with the diameter of 10-30 mm.
When the amber beeswax is used as the pearl nucleus, the amber beeswax is not only used for the pearl nucleus, but also has another important function, namely when the amber beeswax is implanted into a pearl breeding matrix for pearl breeding, because the amber beeswax contains aromatic substances, succinic acid, ether oil and other components, in the pearl breeding process, the fragrance emitted by the amber beeswax can sooth the mood of the pearl breeding matrix and effectively reduce the rejection reaction of organisms, and the succinic acid and ether oil have the functions of disinfecting and promoting wound healing, thereby being further beneficial to the pearl breeding and improving the high-quality and high-efficiency of pearls.
The material of the amber beeswax is the lightest in the jewel, has the least influence on the pearl cultivation of the pearl cultivation parent, and is the first choice for cultivating the top-grade pearl with the combination of the jewel. The jewelry combination means that the pearl and the jewel are combined into a whole to form a pearl which takes the jewel as a core and is wrapped by the nacre to form a wall. The appearance of the novel amber beeswax pearl of the invention is an innovative pole for the healthy and continuous development of pearl industry, which creates a brand new idea for the modern pearl industry for more than 100 years, and fuses organic gems by biological secretion, so that the novel amber beeswax pearl becomes a beautiful and healthy combination of jewelry and jade.
The invention skillfully utilizes the fine materials and the processed crushed materials of the amber beeswax as raw materials to cultivate high-grade pearls, thereby reducing the cost, making the cultivation impossible and laying a core foundation for cultivating novel pearls.
The inventive concept of the invention originates from three elements of beautiful, rare and durable jewelry, and the combination of fashion and health elements of the jewelry drives the invention to explore the creations of manufacturing pearl nuclei by using amber beeswax as a raw material to cultivate special pearls, and obtains a plurality of breakthroughs and achievements of the technology. The implementation of the technology can realize the cultivation of the world-largest and most beautiful high-grade special pearl in the free pearls in sea and fresh water, and the economic value and the economic benefit are unique. The pearl product produced by the invention meets the high-end consumption requirement of the jewelry market and has wide development prospect.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Selecting hyriopsis cumingii as pearl-breeding mussel. Cutting mantle tissue of hyriopsis cumingii to obtain cell pellet. After normal operation preparation, the pearl mussel is put on an operating table, and is opened by using a pair of mouth opening pliers and plugged with a plug. And (3) a wound is formed on the outer covering membrane by using a scalpel, and the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted pearl nucleus. The number of the implanted pearl nuclei and cell platelets is determined according to the size of the parent body of the pearl culture, and 2 nuclei are used in a small number, and more than 2 nuclei are used, and 10 nuclei are used in a large number. The method of sending the film first and then sending the core or sending the film first and then sending the film or sending the film simultaneously can be adopted, and the operation is flexibly carried out according to the method habit of each operator and the method of using the operation tool. When the nuclear sheets are implanted, the arrangement is needed to be done group by group, and 1-6 groups can be implanted into each clam. The shape of the pearl is achieved in the arrangement of the implanted nucleus. After the nucleus is planted, the opening of the shell of the operating mussel is slightly opened by using an opening clamp, the plug is taken out, the operating mussel is put back into the water area to breed pearls, and the pearls in the pearl breeding mussels are harvested two years later. The embodiment can also select hyriopsis cumingii which has grown pearl in internal organs for about one year as pearl-growing mussels to carry out secondary nucleus-planting and pearl-growing utilization, thereby improving the due pearl-growing capacity of each pearl-growing mussel and creating better ecological benefit and economic benefit. As shown in FIG. 3, a picture of a product produced by culturing amber beeswax pearls in a multi-core mode is shown.
Example two: nucleus planting production method of multiple single nuclei
The bead cores were prepared using the methods of the above examples. Cutting mantle tissue of hyriopsis cumingii to obtain cell pellet. The hyriopsis cumingii which is about two years old and has not been operated to breed the pearl is used as a parent body (also called a female mussel) of the pearl breeding, because a single nucleus has a large wound and the death rate of the operation is relatively high, the nucleus breeding is preferably carried out by using the female mussel which has not been operated. After normal operation preparation work, the female mussel is placed on an operating table, the opening is opened by using an opening clamp, a plug is tied, and a wound is formed on the mantle by using a scalpel, wherein the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted pearl nucleus. The method implants large pieces of amber beeswax pearl nucleus on the mantle, each group only needs 1 piece, and each mussel is generally implanted into 6 groups. In order to enable the pearls to form the pearls to be cultivated with special color and layering sense, the number of the implanted cell small pieces is increased, the number of the implanted cell small pieces is 2, the number of the implanted cell small pieces is more than 10, and the specific number of the implanted cell small pieces can be determined according to the layering sense and modeling requirements of the pearls. After the nucleus is planted, the operation mussels are put back into the water area to be cultured and grow pearls, and the amber beeswax pearls required by the scheme can be harvested after two years. When the method is implemented to harvest pearls, the method can also be used for re-planting the nucleus in the original pearl sac to culture the regenerated nucleated pearls by adopting a minimally invasive operation method.
Example three: method for producing single-chip multi-core plant core
A bead core was prepared using the method of example one. Cutting mantle tissue of hyriopsis cumingii to obtain cell pellet. The method comprises the steps of using two-year-old hyriopsis cumingii as a parent body (also called a female clam) for pearl cultivation, placing the female clam on an operating table through normal operation preparation work, opening by using an opening clamp, plugging a plug, and selecting any nuclear position of an internal organ group or an mantle for nucleus planting and pearl cultivation. When the nucleus is implanted, a wound is formed at the front end of the nucleus position by using a scalpel, and the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted nucleus. The cell chip implanted by the method is a specially-made long cell strip, the wound at the front end of the nucleus position is selected, the long cell strip is vertically placed on the nucleus position from inside to outside by using a cell feeder, the cell strip can not be too close to the wound, the outer cell layer secreting nacres faces upwards, and then the nucleus is implanted on the long cell strip by using the cell feeder, wherein the number of the implanted nucleus is generally 2-4, and can be more than 4. In order to obtain satisfactory pearl shape, the pearl nucleus with a special shape which is liked by the user can be used for implantation and intentional splicing and breeding of the pearl. After the nucleus is planted, the operation mussels are put back into the water area to hang and breed the pearls, and the ideal pearls can be harvested after two years. Fig. 4 shows a picture of an example product of a multi-core amber beeswax pearl cultured by a single-chip multi-core mode.
Example four: method for producing single-piece single-core nuclear planting
A bead core was prepared using the method of example one. Cutting mantle tissue of hyriopsis cumingii to obtain cell pellet. The hyriopsis cumingii which is planted with nucleus in the visceral mass and breeds pearl for about one year is used as a mother body for breeding pearl, and the next-instar mother mussel which is not operated can be used as a mother body for planting nucleus and breeding pearl. After normal operation preparation, the mother body is placed on an operating table, and is opened by a pair of mouth gag and plugged with a plug. The wound is orderly formed on the mantle by a scalpel, and the size of the wound is determined according to the size of the implanted pearl nucleus. The 'pearl nucleus and cell small piece' implanted by the method is 1 piece of 1 nucleus, and the pearl nucleus externally implanted at two sides of each pearl-breeding mussel is determined according to the sizes of the operation mussel and the pearl nucleus. When the nucleus is implanted in operation, the nucleus is generally implanted by simultaneously delivering the nucleus slices or delivering the nucleus slices first and then uniformly cutting the peripheric membranes at two sides, and then the nucleus slices are implanted into one group, wherein the number of the implanted nucleus slices is generally 3-16. The pearl produced is basically in the shape of the pearl nucleus of the amber beeswax, so that the ideal pearl nucleus pearl culture can be produced according to the business requirements. After the nucleus is planted, the operation mussels are put back into the water area to hang and breed the pearls, and the pearls with ideal shapes can be harvested after one year and a half.
In addition, the single-chip single-nucleus pearl planting method is also applied to selecting the freshwater mussels which grow fast and have large visceral masses and are not planted with nuclei for pearl culture, selecting a nucleus position in the visceral masses, and carrying out fine nucleus planting and pearl culture by utilizing the special large amber beeswax circular pearl nucleus to culture high-quality high-grade amber beeswax pearls with the diameter of more than 20 mm.
