技术领域
本发明涉及使用了晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰的氧化物的制造方法、包含晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰的氧化反应用催化剂、以及高表面积二氧化锰的制造方法。
背景技术
木质纤维素、甘油三酯等可再生的生物质作为原油、煤、天然气等不可再生的化石资源的替代物而集中了大的关注。可以由这样的生物质制造生物燃料、通用化学制品、生物塑料等各种高附加价值制品。作为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的类似物的聚呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene furanoate,PEF)为具有阻气性、高的热稳定性、低温成型性等优异特性的可再循环的生物质衍生的聚合物。PEF能够应用于瓶、食品包装、电子材料等广泛的制品,预计其市场在不久的将来会大幅增长。
用于制造PEF的最重要的材料是作为来源于生物质的化学物质的2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)。FDCA通过在催化剂存在下,将5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)氧化而获得。此时,关于所使用的催化剂,从以前起就进行了大量报导,例如,报导了乙酸钴(专利文献1)、乙酸锰(专利文献1)、以钌、钴和铈作为主成分的催化剂(专利文献2)等。此外,最近,本发明人报导了以活化二氧化锰作为催化剂而从HMF有效率地制造FDCA的方法(非专利文献1),二氧化锰作为FDCA制造中的高活性的催化剂而被关注。
二氧化锰可以取得多种晶体结构,已知α型(α-MnO2)、β型(β-MnO2)、γ型(γ-MnO2)、δ型(δ-MnO2)、ε型(ε-MnO2)、λ型(λ-MnO2)等晶体结构。它们之中,作为β-MnO2的制造方法,报导了将硝酸锰在高压釜中加热分解的方法(非专利文献2)、使包含锰离子的水溶液为亚临界状态或超临界状态而使二氧化锰析出的方法(专利文献3)、将α型的二氧化锰浸渍于丙酮溶液后进行加热的方法(专利文献4)等。

发明所要解决的课题
以活化二氧化锰作为催化剂的非专利文献1所记载的方法虽然可以有效率地制造FDCA,但如果考虑今后预想的FDCA的需求的增大,则要求更有效率的FDCA的制造方法的开发。本发明是在这样的背景下作出的,其目的是提供显示更高催化活性的二氧化锰。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明人为了解决上述课题而反复进行了深入研究,结果发现,晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰(β-MnO2)的单位表面积的催化活性高。此外,通过现有方法合成的β-MnO2的比表面积一般较低,因此,单位质量的β-MnO2的催化活性不太高。本发明人还发现了具有高的比表面积的β-MnO2的合成法,能够实现β-MnO2的催化活性的进一步提高。
本发明基于以上认识而完成。
即,本发明提供以下的[1]~[13]。
[1]一种氧化物的制造方法,是将原料化合物在氧气的存在下进行氧化,来制造氧化物的方法,其特征在于,在晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰的存在下,将原料化合物进行氧化。
[2]根据[1]所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,在液相中进行原料化合物的氧化。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,二氧化锰的比表面积为50m2g-1以上。
[4]根据[3]所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,二氧化锰为通过包含以下工序(1)~工序(3)的方法制造的二氧化锰,

发明的效果
本发明提供使用了β-MnO2作为催化剂的氧化物的新的制造方法。通过该方法,能够有效率地制造FDCA等有用的氧化物。

具体实施方式
以下,详细地说明本发明。
(A)氧化物的制造方法
本发明的氧化物的制造方法,是将原料化合物在氧气的存在下进行氧化,来制造氧化物的方法,其特征在于,在晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰的存在下,将原料化合物进行氧化。
二氧化锰只要晶体结构为β型,就没有特别限定。晶体结构是否为β型可以由X射线衍射图案来判断。晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰可以按照公知的方法(例如,水热法、溶胶凝胶法)来制造,但优选按照后述的高表面积二氧化锰的制造方法来制造。因为通过该方法制造的二氧化锰具有高的比表面积,显示高的催化活性。这里所谓“高的比表面积”,通常是指50m2g-1以上,优选是指60m2g-1以上,更优选是指70m2g-1以上。比表面积的上限不特别存在,通常为200m2g-1以下。
原料化合物和制造的氧化物不限定于特定的化合物(例如,HMF和FDCA),只要是二氧化锰作为催化剂起作用的反应中的原料化合物和氧化物,就可以为任何化合物。原料化合物通常为有机物,但也可以为无机物。作为原料化合物和制造的氧化物的组合的具体例,除了HMF与FDCA以外,还可以举出醇类与醛/酮类、胺类与亚胺/腈类、硫醚类与亚砜类、硫醇类与磺酰胺类等,更具体而言,可以举出苄醇与苯甲醛、1-苯基乙醇与苯乙酮、苄基胺与苄腈、硫代茴香醚与甲基苯基亚砜、苯硫醇与苯磺基酰胺等。
氧气可以使用纯的氧气,此外,也可以使用包含氧气的气体(例如,空气)。
本发明的氧化物的制造方法通常利用于FDCA等有用的化合物的制造,但也可以利用于例如,脱臭方法那样的有害物质的除去。在该情况下,原料化合物为臭气物质等有害物质,所制造的氧化物不是特别有用的化合物。
本发明的氧化物的制造方法通常在液相、特别是水相中进行,但也能够在气相中进行。
在本发明的氧化物的制造方法中,虽然在氧气和二氧化锰的存在下将原料化合物进行氧化,但在原料化合物的氧化反应中,也可以存在除氧气和二氧化锰以外的物质。例如,在液相中进行反应的情况下,在溶剂(水、有机溶剂、或水与有机溶剂的混合溶剂)的存在下进行氧化反应。此外,氧化反应通常在碱的存在下进行。作为碱,可以举出NaHCO3、KHCO3、Na2CO3、K2CO3、NaOH、KOH、K3PO4等。它们之中,优选使用弱碱,特别优选使用NaHCO3。
所使用的二氧化锰的量根据原料化合物的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF的情况下,相对于HMF 1mmol,通常为0.05~1.0g,优选为0.1~0.5g。在原料化合物为苯硫醇类的情况下,相对于苯硫醇类1mmol,通常为0.02~0.5g,优选为0.05~0.2g。在原料化合物为苄醇类的情况下,相对于苄醇类1mmol,通常为0.02~0.5g,优选为0.05~0.2g。
所使用的碱的量根据原料化合物、碱的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF、碱为NaHCO3的情况下,相对于HMF 1mmol,通常为0.5~10mmol,优选为2~3mmol。
所使用的溶剂的量根据原料化合物的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF、溶剂为水的情况下,相对于HMF 1mmol,通常为5~100mL,优选为10~50mL。在原料化合物为苯硫醇类,溶剂为DMF与水的混合溶剂的情况下,相对于苯硫醇类1mmol,通常为0.2~5.0mL,优选为0.5~2mL。在原料化合物为苄醇类、溶剂为甲苯的情况下,相对于苄醇类1mmol,通常为0.5~10.0mL,优选为1.0~5.0mL。
氧气的分压根据原料化合物的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF的情况下,通常为0.1~10MPa,优选为0.5~5MPa。在原料化合物为苯硫醇类的情况下,通常为0.1~10MPa,优选为0.5~5MPa。在原料化合物为苄醇类的情况下,通常为0.01~1MPa,优选为0.05~0.5MPa。
氧化反应时的温度根据原料化合物的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF的情况下,通常为50~200℃,优选为80~120℃。在原料化合物为苯硫醇类的情况下,通常为50~200℃,优选为70~110℃。在原料化合物为苄醇类的情况下,通常为10~100℃,优选为30~80℃。
反应时间根据原料化合物的种类等来适当设定。在原料化合物为HMF的情况下,通常为6~48h,优选为12~36h。在原料化合物为苯硫醇类的情况下,通常为5~60h,优选为10~50h。在原料化合物为苄醇类的情况下,通常为6~48h,优选为12~36h。
可以在氧化反应结束后,通过公知的方法,根据需要进行后处理,取出目标的氧化物。即,可以在氧化反应结束后,根据需要单独进行过滤、洗涤、提取、pH调整、脱水、浓缩等后处理操作中的任一者、或将它们中的2种以上组合进行,可以通过浓缩、结晶化、再沉淀、柱色谱等而取出目标的氧化物。
(B)氧化反应用催化剂
本发明的氧化反应用催化剂,其特征在于,包含晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰。
本发明的氧化反应用催化剂通常仅由晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰构成,但也可以包含其它物质。
所使用的二氧化锰可以为与在上述本发明的氧化物的制造方法中使用的二氧化锰同样的物质。
(C)高表面积二氧化锰的制造方法
(C-1)第一种高表面积二氧化锰的制造方法
本发明的第一种二氧化锰的制造方法,其特征在于,包含下述工序(1)~(3)。通过该方法制造的二氧化锰的晶体结构为β型,此外,具有高的比表面积。另外,有时将通过该第一种二氧化锰的制造方法制造的二氧化锰称为“β-MnO2-HS-1”。
在工序(1)中,将高锰酸钠与锰离子(II)的强酸盐在水中混合,进行搅拌。
所谓锰离子(II)的强酸盐,例如为硫酸锰、硝酸锰。
所使用的水的量没有特别限定,但相对于高锰酸钠1mmol,通常为1~40mL,优选为5~20mL。
搅拌时间也没有特别限定,通常为1~40min,优选为10~30min。
通过该工序,生成无定形的二氧化锰。
在工序(2)中,在工序(1)之后,将沉淀进行回收。
回收可以通过过滤等来进行。被回收的沉淀通常用水等进行洗涤,接着,使其干燥,然后,供于接下来的工序。
在工序(3)中,将工序(2)中回收的沉淀进行烧成。
烧成温度没有特别限定,例如可以为200~600℃。
烧成时间也没有特别限定,例如可以为2~10h。
(C-2)第二种高表面积二氧化锰的制造方法
本发明的第二种二氧化锰的制造方法,其特征在于,包含下述工序(1)~(3)。通过该方法制造的二氧化锰也是晶体结构为β型,此外,具有高的比表面积。另外,有时将通过该第二种二氧化锰的制造方法制造的二氧化锰称为“β-MnO2-HS-2”。
在工序(1)中,在将高锰酸钠与锰离子(II)的弱酸盐在水中进行了混合后,加入强酸,然后进行搅拌。
所谓锰离子(II)的弱酸盐,例如为乙酸锰。此外,所谓强酸,例如为硫酸、硝酸。
所使用的水的量没有特别限定,但相对于高锰酸钠1mmol,通常为1~40mL,优选为5~20mL。
加入的强酸的量没有特别限定,通常,添加pH成为1.5以下那样的量,优选添加pH成为0.8以下那样的量。
搅拌时间也没有特别限定,通常为1~120min,优选为10~60min。
通过该工序,生成无定形的二氧化锰。
在工序(2)中,在工序(1)之后,将沉淀进行回收。
回收可以通过过滤等来进行。被回收的沉淀通常用水等进行洗涤,接着,使其干燥,然后,供于接下来的工序。
在工序(3)中,将工序(2)中回收的沉淀进行烧成。
烧成温度没有特别限定,例如可以为200~600℃。
烧成时间也没有特别限定,例如可以为2~10h。
实施例
以下,通过实施例进一步详细地说明本发明,但本发明不限定于该实施例。
[实施例1]
(A)实验方法
(1)实验设备
在具备高速一维检测器(D/teX Ultra,Rigaku)的衍射装置(Ultima IV,Rigaku;Cu Kα,40kV-40mA)中记录了XRD图案。衍射数据以20°min-1的扫描速度以0.02°步长在2θ=10-80°的范围收集。ICP-AES分析用Shimadzu ICPS-8100分光计进行。使用表面积分析器(Nova-4200e,Quantachrome)在77K下测定了氮吸附-脱附等温线。在测定前,将样品在真空下在423K下加热1小时而除去了物理吸附水。在0.05-0.30的相对压力(P/P0)的范围内估计了Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)表面积。使用扫描型电子显微镜(SEM;S-5500,Hitachi)调查了试样的形态。TG-DTA测定使用差示热分析装置(TG8120,Rigaku)进行。TG-DTA分析从室温到1273K在N2流下的条件下(200mL min-1)以10K min-1的加热速度进行。XPS分析使用10kV和25mA下的使用了Mg Kα射线(1253.6eV)的Shimadzu ESCA-3400HSE分光计进行。将样品进行压制而制成颗粒,固定于双面碳带。对结合能使用284.6eV的C1s带进行了校正。使用XPS Peak 4.1程序,将光谱进行拟合并进行了评价,但使用Shirley函数而减去了背景。MnO2的进行了解卷积的Mn 2p光谱显示与MnII、MnIII、MnIV和震激峰(Shake-uppeak)分别对应的具有640.8、641.8、642.8和644.5eV的结合能的3个峰。使用MettlerToledo Easy Pro Titrator System进行了碘滴定。将约10mg的MnO2加入到0.5M HCl水溶液(12mL)和2M KI水溶液(5mL)的混合物中,将所得的溶液用0.01M Na2S3O3水溶液进行了滴定。用具备导热率检测器(TCD)的BEL Japan BELCAT-A化学吸附分析器测定了H2-TPR图谱。将试样50mg加入到石英池中,接着在5%H2/Ar流下(50mL min-1)的条件下从323K以10Kmin-1的速度加热到923K。从553K到593K估计初始还原速度,其相当于小于通过H2被还原了的晶格氧原子的10%的范围,全部MnO2催化剂在该范围是稳定的。使用光电二极管阵列(PDA)和折射率(RI)检测器,在Aminex HPX-87H柱(7.8mm直径×300mm,Bio-RadLaboratories,Inc.Co.Ltd.;洗脱液(0.5mM H2SO4),流速(0.5mL/min),柱温度(308K))下,进行了高效液相色谱(HPLC;LC-2000,Jasco)分析。FDCA、HMFCA、FFCA、HMF和DFF的保留时间分别为20.9、27.3、29.4、41.7、和52.1分钟。晶体结构使用电子和结构解析(VESTA)程序的可视化来描绘。
(2)氧化反应的实验方法
氧化反应使用30mL带盖试管或具有13mLテフロン(注册商标)容器的高压釜反应容器进行。代表性的HMF的氧化反应按照以下步骤进行。HMF(0.2mmol)、MnO2(0.05g)、NaHCO3(0.6mmol)、纯水(5mL)、和O2(1MPa)导入到高压釜反应容器,在100℃下反应24h。在反应后,通过过滤而分离催化剂,滤液用纯水稀释到10倍并利用HPLC进行了分析。回收的催化剂用纯水(25mL)洗涤后在80℃下干燥,用于再使用实验。
(3)高表面积β-MnO2(β-MnO2-HS-1)的合成
β-MnO2-HS-1按照以下步骤合成。在剧烈搅拌了的NaMnO4(1.28g,4mmol)的水溶液(20mL)中滴加MnSO4·5H2O(1.45g,6mmol)的水溶液(20mL),在全部添加后搅拌10min。将沉淀通过过滤而回收,用纯水(300mL)洗涤后,在353K下干燥一晚。将干燥了的沉淀在400℃下烧成5h,从而获得了作为黑色粉末的β-MnO2-HS-1。收率:0.83g(96%)。
所得的β-MnO2-HS-1的表面积为73m2g-1,平均细孔径为3.5nm。
(4)采用水热法的β-MnO2的合成
β-MnO2按照以前报导的步骤(Y.Y.Gorbanev,S.Kegnaes,A.Riisager,Top.Catal.2011,54,1318-1324)合成。将NaMnO4(1.28g,4mmol)溶解于水(40mL),在该溶液中一边搅拌一边加入MnSO4·5H2O(2.89g,12mmol),进一步搅拌30分钟。将该混合物转移到具备テフロン(注册商标)内筒型密闭容器(TAF-SR type,Taiatsu Techno Corporation)的不锈钢制高压釜中。将混合物在433K下加热12h后,将沉淀集中,用水(300mL)洗涤,在353K下干燥一晚,获得了β-MnO2的黑色粉末。收量:1.66g(83%)。
(B)实验结果
(1)从HMF向FDCA的氧化反应中的MnO2晶体结构的效果
进行具有各种晶体结构的MnO2的合成和表征,对其氧化催化作用进行了研究。合成出α、β、γ、δ、ε、和λ-MnO2。由各样品的XRD分析,确认了正方晶α-MnO2、正方晶β-MnO2、斜方晶γ-MnO2、三方晶δ-MnO2、六方晶ε-MnO2、和立方晶λ-MnO2的生成。金属含量、含水量、和Mn种的平均氧化数(AOS)分别通过ICP-AES、TG-DTA、碘还原滴定而求出。将结果示于表1中。全部MnO2催化剂的Mn量为47.86-62.39wt%。β、γ、ε-MnO2的AOS为约4,与此相对,α、δ、和λ-MnO2的AOS由于K+离子的存在而通过电荷补偿的影响而为小值(3.70-3.81)。
将合成的MnO2的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像示于图1中。将形状和平均尺寸汇总于表1。α、β、和γ-MnO2为杆状粒子,粒径依赖于样品。δ和λ-MnO2为球状粒子,ε-MnO2为零散状粒子。由N2吸附等温线(77K)的BET曲线图计算出的MnO2的比表面积是,ε-MnO2(181m2g-1)的比表面积很大,与此相对α、β、γ、δ、和λ-MnO2的比表面积为中等程度到低值(14-67m2g-1)。这些结果与由SEM观察获得的平均粒径良好地一致。

关于在NaHCO3(相对于HMF为3equiv.)存在下,以O2(1MPa)作为氧化剂的HMF的氧化反应,根据各种晶体结构使用MnO2催化剂进行了研究。结果示于表2中。在全部情况下,HMF转化率在93-99%的范围。在研究的催化剂中活化MnO2、α-MnO2、和ε-MnO2显示59-74%的FDCA收率。另一方面,β、γ、δ、和λ-MnO2显示高的HMF转化率,但作为主生成物以60-69%生成FFCA,FDCA收率成为低值(5-28%)。为了确认MnO2催化剂的稳定性,测定了反应后催化剂的XRD图案和由ICP-AES分析得到的滤液中的金属量。在除ε-MnO2以外的全部催化剂中,未确认到Mn种向滤液中的溶出。在反应前后,α、β、和ε-MnO2的XRD峰的位置几乎没有变化,与此相对α和β-MnO2的峰强度略微增大了。对于γ-MnO2,确认到伴随由H插入引起的单元晶格膨胀的峰位移。另一方面,δ和λ-MnO2的XRD图案在反应前后大幅变化。对于δ-MnO2,归属于层状结构的(003)和(006)峰强度大幅减少,确认到55%的K+离子向滤液的溶出。进一步,对于反应后λ-MnO2的XRD图案,在反应前观察到的峰几乎都消失了。由这些结果暗示出,δ和λ-MnO2的结构在本反应条件下不稳定。

(2)采用活化MnO2催化剂的从HMF向FDCA的氧化反应中的反应机理
HMF向FDCA的氧化为复杂的逐次反应,因此难以评价MnO2催化剂的本质上的反应性。因此,通过速度论解析而确定活化MnO2催化剂在HMF氧化中的关键步骤。图2显示从HMF到FDCA的反应途径。通过HMF的羟基和甲酰基的氧化,分别提供DFF和5-羟基甲基-2-呋喃甲酸(HMFCA)。通过DFF和HMFCA的逐次氧化而获得5-甲酰基-2-呋喃甲酸(FFCA),FFCA最终向FDCA氧化。从HMF到FFCA的反应途径依赖于催化剂系,经由HMFCA的机理在Au、Pt、Ru、Pd担载催化剂/NaOH/O2反应体系中被报导,与此相对,经由DFF和HMFCA的机理在Pt/C催化剂/NaHCO3/O2反应体系中被报导。
假定全部步骤为速度常数(图2中的k1-k5)对底物一阶依赖的反应而由对时间变化的拟合进行估计,结果对于活化MnO2催化剂,k1=2.4×10-3,k2=2.0×10-4,k3=4.2×10-2,k4=1.2×10-3,和k5=4.6×10-4。由于k2比k1约小10倍,因此暗示出从HMF向FFCA为经由了DFF的机理。这也得到一般采用MnO2的醇的氧化比醛氧化快支持。由于与k1、k3和k4相比k5的值小,因此暗示出从FFCA向FDCA的氧化反应为本反应中的限速阶段。
(3)MnO2晶体结构对FFCA向FDCA的氧化造成的影响
基于速度论解析的结果,将作为从HMF向FDCA的氧化反应的限速阶段的从FFCA向FDCA的氧化反应速度(R0)进行比较,从而研究了采用MnO2催化剂的氧化反应的结构-反应性的相关(表3)。单位表面积的初始速度按照β-MnO2(16.4μmol h-1m-2)>λ-MnO2(12.2μmol h- 1m-2)>α-MnO2(7.6μmol h-1m-2)>γ-MnO2(7.4μmol h-1m-2)>δ-MnO2(5.3μmol h-1m-2)>ε-MnO2(2.3μmol h-1m-2)这样的顺序而减少了。

合成MnO2催化剂对FFCA向FDCA的氧化造成的影响a

在各种MnO2中为了确认β-MnO2的优异的FFCA氧化能力,进行了XPS测定。将各MnO2催化剂的光谱的峰分离结果示于表4中。作为表面种,观察Mn4+、Mn3+和Mn2+种,表面Mn价数估计为3.00-3.57。O1s峰能够分离成归属于晶格氧、吸附氧、和吸附水的3个峰。虽然报导了金属的价数或吸附氧种的状态在采用金属氧化物催化剂的氧化反应中发挥重要作用,但在反应性与表面Mn价数或吸附氧量之间未确认到相关。可以认为这些结果是,反应性仅通过上述2个因子不能说明,伴随晶体结构的氧原子的本质上的反应性的不同对本氧化反应发挥重要作用。

将MnO2的由H2升温还原法(H2-TPR)得到的分析结果示于图3中。全部MnO2催化剂的还原从410-470K开始,确认了归属于(i)从MnO2向Mn3O4(经由Mn2O3)的还原和(ii)从Mn3O4向MnO的还原的2个主要还原峰。峰顶温度在各结晶相中不同,峰顶温度与反应性之间未确认到良好的相关。报导了催化剂表面积的减少通过扩散阻力的增大而还原峰顶温度向高温移动,此外,氧化反应速度与初始还原速度具有相关。实际上,反应性不是依赖于还原峰顶温度而是依赖于初始还原速度,由H2-TPR估计的单位表面积的还原速度按照β-MnO2(174H2μmol h-1m-2)>δ-MnO2(161H2μmol h-1m-2)>λ-MnO2(95H2μmol h-1m-2)>α-MnO2(89H2μmol h-1m-2)>γ-MnO2(69H2μmol h-1m-2)>ε-MnO2(23H2μmol h-1m-2)的顺序减少了。将FFCA氧化的还原速度相对于反应速度的曲线图示于图4中。除不稳定的δ和λ-MnO2以外,确认到基本上直线的关系,可以认为支持底物的氧化通过MnO2中的氧原子而进行的反应机理。
虽然报导了采用水热法或溶胶凝胶法的β-MnO2的合成,但它们的比表面积一般为低值,对催化剂性能造成限制。本发明人成功地开发出β-MnO2的新的合成法,使比表面积从14m2g-1改善到73m2g-1。通过将由Na[MnO4]与Mn(SO4)以摩尔比2:3进行混合而获得的无定形前体进行烧成,从而获得了纯的高表面积β-MnO2(β-MnO2-HS-1)。用于β-MnO2-HS-1的XRD图案与正方晶β-MnO2的XRD图案良好地一致(图5(a)),SEM图像为由小的纳米板构成的零散状粒子(图5(b))。将β-MnO2-HS-1应用于采用HMF氧化的FDCA合成,结果24h的FDCA收率为88%,与通过水热法而合成的β-MnO2相比,被大幅改善(图6)。
[实施例2]
(1)磺酰胺合成反应
氧化反应使用具有13mLテフロン(注册商标)容器的高压釜反应容器进行。代表性的磺酰胺合成反应按照以下步骤进行。将苯硫醇(1.0mmol)、MnO2(0.1g)、28%NH3水溶液(5.0mmol)、DMF/H2O(0.6/0.4mL)、和O2(1MPa)导入到高压釜反应容器中,在90℃下反应20h。在反应后,催化剂通过过滤而分离,滤液中的生成物的离析/回收使用溶出位置控制自动设定中压制备液相色谱(EPCLC-AI-580S,山善株式会社制)进行。
将生成的苯磺酰胺类的收率示于下表中。

氧化反应使用30mL带盖试管进行。代表性的醇氧化反应按照以下步骤进行。将苄醇(1.0mmol)、MnO2(0.1g)、甲苯(2mL)、和O2(0.1MPa)导入到试管中,在50℃下反应24h。反应生成物的定性/定量使用气相色谱进行。

β-MnO2-HS-2按照以下步骤合成。在剧烈搅拌的NaMnO4·H2O(0.64g,4mmol)的水溶液(20mL)中滴加Mn(OAc)2·4H2O(1.47g,6mmol)的水溶液(20mL),加入0.5M H2SO4水溶液将pH调整为0.74后搅拌30min。将沉淀通过过滤而回收,用纯水(2L)洗涤后,在80℃下干燥一晚。将干燥了的沉淀在400℃下烧成5h,从而获得了作为黑色粉末的β-MnO2-HS-2。收率:0.8852g(82%)。
所得的β-MnO2-HS-2的表面积为129m2g-1,平均细孔径为5-7nm。

1.一种氧化物的制造方法,是将原料化合物在氧气的存在下进行氧化,来制造氧化物的方法,其特征在于,在晶体结构为β型的二氧化锰的存在下,将原料化合物进行氧化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,在液相中进行原料化合物的氧化。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,二氧化锰的比表面积为50m2g-1以上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的氧化物的制造方法,其特征在于,二氧化锰为通过包含以下工序(1)~工序(3)的方法制造的二氧化锰,
工序(1):将高锰酸钠与锰离子(II)的强酸盐在水中混合,进行搅拌的工序,
工序(2):在工序(1)之后,将沉淀进行回收的工序,

12.一种二氧化锰的制造方法,其特征在于,包含以下工序(1)~工序(3),
工序(1):将高锰酸钠与锰离子(II)的强酸盐在水中混合,进行搅拌的工序,
工序(2):在工序(1)之后,将沉淀进行回收的工序,
工序(3):将在工序(2)中回收的沉淀进行烧成的工序。
13.一种二氧化锰的制造方法,其特征在于,包含以下工序(1)~工序(3),
工序(1):将高锰酸钠与锰离子(II)的弱酸盐在水中进行了混合后,加入强酸,然后进行搅拌的工序,
工序(2):在工序(1)之后,将沉淀进行回收的工序,
工序(3):将工序(2)中回收的沉淀进行烧成的工序。
