Compared with the prior art, the automatic medicine selling machine with the integrated medicine box has the following advantages:
(1) The medicine tank, the driving device, the medicine discharging device, the control and sensing parts of the medicine box and the like are formed into an integrated medicine box which runs independently, the medicine storage cabinet of the automatic medicine selling machine is only a device frame integrated with the medicine box, the problems of faults and maintenance are basically avoided, and the on-site maintenance difficulty and the maintenance frequency of the automatic medicine selling machine are effectively reduced;
(2) The medicine box can be integrally taken out from the automatic medicine selling machine and filled with medicines outside, and the medicines are completely filled and then integrally put into the automatic medicine selling machine, so that the medicines can be remotely filled in a medicine warehouse or a safe place, the site filling is faster, and the safety of the medicines is ensured;
(3) By setting the unique medicine box ID for the integrated medicine box, the medicine information and the medicine box ID are automatically bound, so that the medicine is prevented from being misplaced, the medicine safety of an automatic medicine selling machine is improved, the integrated medicine box can be randomly placed in a medicine storage cabinet, a worker is not required to search a corresponding medicine groove according to the medicine, and the labor intensity of the worker is greatly reduced;

(6) Each integrated medicine box can detect medicine information and quantity of discharged medicines, is more convenient for the background to check and manage, improves the intelligent degree of the automatic medicine selling machine, and improves the medicine use safety.
As one embodiment of the present invention, when the integrated medicine cassette 02 is loaded into the medicine storage cabinet 01, the server 03 binds the medicine information, the medicine cassette ID and the medicine cassette channel number, so that the automatic medicine vending machine can complete the workflow of pushing the medicine to be dispensed by acquiring the medicine information to be dispensed and the integrated medicine cassette 02 with the corresponding medicine cassette ID through the instruction of the medicine cassette interface 101 of the medicine cassette channel number corresponding to the medicine information.

s2: when the integrated medicine box 02 is filled with medicines, the server binds the acquired medicine information with the medicine box ID of the integrated medicine box 02;
s3: after the medicine is filled, the integrated medicine box 02 is loaded into a goods shelf of the medicine storage cabinet 100, information of the integrated medicine box 02 connected with the medicine box interface 101 by the medicine box adapter plate 10 is sent to the server 03, and the information sent to the server 03 by the medicine box adapter plate 10 comprises: the medicine channel number of the medicine box interface 101 connected with the integrated medicine box 02, the medicine box ID of the integrated medicine box 02 and the medicine information filled in the integrated medicine box 02;
s4: the server 03 updates the binding information of the medicine information and the medicine box ID in the step S2 according to the corresponding information of the medicine information, the medicine box ID and the medicine box channel number received in the step S3, and generates new medicine information, medicine box ID and medicine box channel number binding information;
s5: the automatic medicine selling machine instructs the integrated medicine box 02 with the corresponding medicine box ID to complete the work flow of pushing the medicine to be sent through the medicine box interface 101 of the medicine box channel number corresponding to the medicine information according to the obtained medicine taking information.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the cartridge adapter plate 10 is further provided with a connector 8, the connector 8 includes a terminal male seat 81 and a terminal female seat 82, the terminal male seat 81 is connected with the cartridge interface 101, and the terminal female seat 82 is connected with the cartridge control unit, so that the communication connection between the integrated cartridge 02 and the cartridge adapter plate 10 is realized.

the driven wheel 49 is coaxially arranged with the medicine pulling wheel 45; the highest point of the outer circle of the medicine pulling wheel 45 is higher than the plane for placing the medicine 6 in the medicine tank 2 along the direction of pushing the medicine 6, so that the medicine pulling wheel 45 can block the medicine 6 in the medicine tank 2 so as not to drop the medicine 6 when the medicine tank 2 does not work; the rotation speed of the medicine pulling wheel 45 is higher than that of the driven wheel 49, so that when the medicine tank 2 works, the medicine pulling wheel 45 accelerates the medicine 6 to be pushed out of the medicine tank 2, thereby enabling the medicine 6 to be pushed out of the medicine tank 2 more easily and preventing adhesion among the medicines 6;
the driving belt 21 is sleeved between the driving wheel 33 and the driven wheel 49, and the driving wheel 33 drives the driving belt to run so as to drive the pushing block 5 to move forwards to push the medicine 6 out of the medicine groove 2;
the driving device 3 further comprises a wheel sleeve 34, one end of the wheel sleeve 34 is rotatably embedded in the driving wheel 33, the first motor 31 is clamped in the wheel sleeve 34, one end of the driving wheel 33 is clamped on the driving support 32, the other end of the wheel sleeve 34 is clamped on the driving support 32, and the first motor 31, the wheel sleeve 34 and the driving wheel 33 are coaxially arranged, so that the driving device 3 is compact and attractive in structure;
the driving device 3 further comprises a tension screw 35 and tension wheels 36, the tension screws 35 are respectively embedded at two sides of the driving bracket 32, two ends of the tension wheels 36 are arranged on the tension screw 35, the driving belt 21 passes through the tension wheels 36, and the tension degree of the driving belt 21 is adjusted by adjusting the height of the tension screws 35.

Claims (8)

1. An automatic medicine vending machine with integrated medicine cassettes, comprising:
the medicine storage cabinet is internally provided with at least one layer of goods shelf;
at least one integrated cartridge, said integrated cartridge being placed on said shelf;
the medicine cabinet main control board is arranged in the medicine storage cabinet and is used for communicating and connecting the medicine storage cabinet with the server through an upper computer of the automatic medicine selling machine;
the medicine box adapter plate is used for communicating and connecting the integrated medicine box with the medicine cabinet main control board;
the server is used for deploying a background management system and storing and processing various data of the automatic medicine vending machine;
the medicine groove is of a U-shaped groove structure with a bottom plate and two side baffles and is used for accommodating medicines, and a medicine box master control plate, an adjustable clamping strip, a driving belt and a pushing block fastened on the driving belt for pushing the medicines to advance are arranged on the medicine groove;
the driving device comprises a driving bracket, a first motor and a driving wheel, wherein the driving bracket is fixedly arranged at one end of the medicine tank, the driving wheel is rotatably clamped on the driving bracket, and the first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate through a transmission mechanism;
the medicine discharging device comprises a medicine discharging bracket, at least one driven wheel, a second motor and a medicine pulling wheel, wherein the medicine discharging bracket is fixedly arranged at the other end of the medicine groove, the driven wheel is rotatably clamped on the driving bracket, and the second motor drives the medicine pulling wheel through a transmission mechanism;
the medicine box control unit comprises a medicine box master control board, a driving control board and a medicine outlet control board, wherein the driving control board and the medicine outlet control board are electrically connected with the medicine box master control board; the medicine box main control board is fixedly arranged on the bottom board of the medicine groove, the driving control board is arranged on the driving device, and the medicine outlet control board is arranged on the medicine outlet device;
the medicine box master control board is provided with a control chip, the control chip is connected with an inductor, an indicator light and power utilization components designated by a motor which are arranged on the integrated medicine box through corresponding interfaces, the running state and data of each power utilization component are detected, the data are processed and analyzed, and a control instruction is issued to the driving control board and the medicine outlet control board;
the driving control board comprises an indicator light interface, a first motor interface, a first in-place detection interface and a switch interface; the indicator light interface is used for being connected with indicator lights for displaying the running state of the integrated medicine box, so that the indicator lights display different colors according to the instruction of the drive control panel; the first motor interface is used for connecting the first motor so that the first motor rotates according to the instruction of the drive control board; the first in-place detection interface is used for connecting a first in-place detector for detecting whether the push block is in place after the push block is pushed, so as to send a detection signal of the first in-place detector to the drive control board; the switch interface is used for controlling forward rotation or reverse rotation of the first motor through a manual button under the specified condition; the drive control board is also provided with a wiring terminal which is used for accessing an external power supply and carrying out information communication with the upper computer;
the medicine outlet control board is a correlation photoelectric sensing switch assembly and comprises a second in-place detector and a counting sensor, the second in-place detector is used for detecting whether the pushing block pushes medicines to a designated position, the counting sensor is used for counting and detecting medicines pushed out of the medicine groove, the medicine outlet control board further comprises a transmitting plate and a receiving plate, and the transmitting plate and the receiving plate are respectively and correspondingly fixedly installed on two sides of the medicine outlet device.
2. The automatic medicine vending machine with integrated medicine boxes according to claim 1, wherein the medicine box master control board is provided with a control chip, and unique identity code information is burnt on the control chip as medicine box ID of the integrated medicine box.

The automated drug vending machine with integrated drug cassettes of claim 2, wherein the integrated drug cassettes comprise a drug cassette code; the medicine box code is a unique code mark which is endowed to the medicine box by enterprises according to the needs and is a full digital code or a digital and character combination code; the cartridge code is the same as the cartridge ID.

An automatic vending machine with integrated medicine cassettes according to claim 3, wherein said cassette adapter plate is provided with a cassette interface for connecting said integrated medicine cassettes, said cassette interface being expandable into a plurality according to an increase in the number of said integrated medicine cassettes, said server defining a unique cassette track number for each of said cassette interfaces.

The automatic vending machine with integrated medicine cassettes according to claim 4, wherein the server binds medicine information, the medicine cassette ID and the medicine cassette channel number when the integrated medicine cassettes are loaded into the medicine storage cabinet, so that the automatic vending machine completes a workflow of pushing a medicine to be dispensed by acquiring the medicine information to be dispensed through the integrated medicine cassette with the corresponding medicine cassette ID by an instruction of the medicine cassette interface of the medicine cassette channel number corresponding to the medicine information.

The automatic medicine vending machine with integrated medicine cartridge according to claim 4, wherein the medicine cartridge adapter plate is further provided with a connector, the connector comprises a terminal male seat and a terminal female seat, the terminal male seat is connected with the medicine cartridge interface, and the terminal female seat is connected with the medicine cartridge control unit, so that the integrated medicine cartridge is in communication connection with the medicine cartridge adapter plate.
7. The automatic medicine vending machine with medicine boxes according to claim 6, wherein the medicine box adapter plate and the medicine cabinet main control board are connected through a CAN field bus for receiving and transmitting signals and data.
8. The automatic medicine vending machine with integrated medicine boxes according to claim 1, wherein the wiring terminals adopt a USB connector or a magnetic connector for quick-pulling and inserting.
