Claims (10)

1. An integrated medicine cartridge, comprising:
the medicine tank is of a U-shaped groove structure with a bottom plate and two side baffles and is used for placing medicines, and the medicine tank is provided with a medicine box master control plate, an adjustable clamping strip, a transmission belt and a pushing block which is fastened on the transmission belt and pushes the medicines to advance;
the driving device comprises a driving support, a first motor and a driving wheel, the driving support is fixedly arranged at one end of the medicine groove, the driving wheel is rotatably clamped on the driving support, and the first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate through a transmission mechanism;
the medicine discharging device comprises a medicine discharging support, at least one driven wheel, a second motor and a medicine pulling wheel, the medicine discharging support is fixedly arranged at the other end of the medicine groove, the driven wheel is rotatably clamped on the driving support, and the second motor drives the medicine pulling wheel through a transmission mechanism;
the medicine box control unit comprises a medicine box master control board, and a driving control board and a medicine discharging control board which are electrically connected with the medicine box master control board; the medicine box master control board is fixedly arranged on the bottom board of the medicine groove, the driving control board is arranged on the driving device, and the medicine discharging control board is arranged on the medicine discharging device.

The integrated medicine box of claim 1, wherein the main control board of the medicine box is provided with a control chip, the control chip is connected with designated electric components such as an inductor, an indicator light and a motor which are installed on the integrated medicine box through corresponding interfaces, the operation state and data of each electric component are detected and processed and analyzed, and control instructions are issued to the driving control board and the medicine discharging control board.

The integrated medicine cartridge of claim 1, wherein the drive control board comprises an indicator light interface, a first motor interface, a first in-position detection interface, and a switch interface; the indicator light interface is used for connecting an indicator light for displaying the running state of the integrated medicine box, so that the indicator light can display different colors according to the instruction of the drive control board; the first motor interface is used for connecting the first motor so as to enable the first motor to rotate according to the instruction of the drive control board; the first in-place detection interface is used for connecting a first in-place detector for detecting whether the pushing block backs in place after pushing medicine is finished so as to send a detection signal of the first in-place detector to the driving control board; the switch interface is used for controlling the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the first motor through a manual button under the specified condition; the drive control panel still is provided with binding post, binding post is used for inserting external power to carry out information communication with the host computer.

The integrated medicine box of claim 1, wherein the medicine discharging control board is a correlation type photoelectric sensing switch assembly, and comprises a second in-position detector and a counting sensor, the second in-position detector is used for detecting whether the pushing block pushes the medicine to a specified position, the counting sensor is used for counting and detecting the medicine pushed out of the medicine slot, the medicine discharging control board further comprises a transmitting board and a receiving board, and the transmitting board and the receiving board are respectively and correspondingly fixedly installed on two sides of the medicine discharging device.

The integrated medicine cartridge of claim 1, wherein the adjustable clamping strip comprises a first clamping strip, a second clamping strip and at least one adjustment cassette, the first clamping strip and the second clamping strip are correspondingly arranged at two sides of the medicine groove, the adjusting clamping seat is fixedly arranged on the baffle plates at two sides of the medicine groove, the adjusting clamping seat comprises an adjusting nut and an adjusting screw, the adjusting nut is fixedly arranged on the first clamping strip and the second clamping strip, the screw head of the adjusting screw is rotatably nested in the adjusting clamping seat, the adjusting nut and the adjusting screw are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the adjusting screw is screwed into the adjusting nut and is used for adjusting the distance between the first clamping strip and the second clamping strip, so that medicines of different package sizes pass between the first clamping strip and the second clamping strip.

The integrated cartridge of claim 1, wherein the driven wheel is mounted coaxially with the drug drawing wheel; the tangent plane of the highest point of the excircle of the medicine pulling wheel along the direction of pushing the medicines is higher than the plane of the medicines placed in the medicine groove, so that when the medicine groove does not work, the medicine pulling wheel can block the medicines in the medicine groove so as not to enable the medicines to fall off; the rotating speed of the medicine pulling wheel is higher than that of the driven wheel, so that when the medicine tank works, the medicine pulling wheel accelerates the medicine to be pushed out of the medicine tank, and therefore the medicine is pushed out of the medicine tank more easily and adhesion between the medicines is prevented.
7. The integrated medicine box of claim 1, wherein the transmission belt is sleeved between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the driving wheel drives the transmission belt to move so as to drive the pushing block to move forward to push the medicine out of the medicine groove.

The integrated medicine box of claim 1, wherein the driving device further comprises a wheel sleeve, one end of the wheel sleeve is rotatably embedded in the driving wheel, the first motor is clamped in the wheel sleeve, one end of the driving wheel is clamped on the driving support, the other end of the wheel sleeve is clamped on the driving support, and the first motor, the wheel sleeve and the driving wheel are coaxially arranged, so that the driving device is compact in structure and attractive in appearance.

The integrated medicine box of claim 7, wherein the driving device further comprises a tension screw and a tension wheel, the tension screw is respectively embedded at two sides of the driving bracket, two ends of the tension wheel are placed on the tension screw, the transmission belt passes through the tension wheel, and the tension degree of the transmission belt is adjusted by adjusting the height of the tension screw.

The integrated cartridge of claim 9, wherein said pusher comprises a button seat, a pressing block, a tightening screw and a pushing piece, said button seat and said pressing block are tightly clamped on said conveyor belt by said tightening screw, said pushing piece is clamped on said pressing block; the push sheet can be taken down independently so as to conveniently charge the medicine groove.
