本发明为一种轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,尤其是指一种可对破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的空气压缩机上的串接软管的止逆接头,该止逆接头可与同样具备止逆效果的汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接,以防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合后具有止逆效果的止逆接头结构的技术设计。
背景技术
汽车轮胎的气嘴已是相当广泛且普通的技术构造,其作用不外是让轮胎充气、泄气的应用技术,且目前市面上也发展出一种可随时让破损轮胎进行补充化学胶液来修补轮胎并同时予以充气的汽车轮胎急救装置,该装置可结合于有一空气压缩机,补轮胎用途的胶罐,该胶罐可结合于空气压缩机的出气阀门处,压缩空气可由阀门控制让补胶液伴随压缩空气由软管外末端接头输出,若软管接头与汽车轮胎的气芯相结合稳当,输出的补胎液和压缩空气能顺利地进入破损轮胎内,且予以充气至正常胎压的使用状态,相当便捷,唯一让设计者所应考虑的是如何不让补胶罐内的化学胶液从软管的外末端接头爆冲溢出,此种会爆冲溢出的接头设计定然容易波及使用者或是其它物品,有鉴于一般阀门的理念在学理上已是一种公开的技艺知识,发明人依学理及其多年工艺上设计的经验累积,乃发明出一种汽车轮胎的气嘴可和软管相结合且可防止补胶罐中的化学胶液在使用时不会有爆冲射出的现象,一种可让消费者、使用者放心使用的实用物品。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,尤其是指一种可对破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的空气压缩机上的串接软管的止逆接头,该止逆接头可与同样具备止逆效果的汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接,以防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的方案为,一种轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,整组空气压缩机装置包含有:一盒体,其内部装设有一可借由电源启动而产生空气压力的空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管;一串接软管,其一端具有一第一端头,另一端则为第二端头,该第一端头连结于前述补胶罐的出胶端管,第二端头则可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:第二端头连结有一止逆接头,该止逆接头具有一套盖,该套盖一端为具有阴螺纹的螺合孔,而套盖另端则有一通孔,于邻近通孔的内部形成有一口径大于通孔口径的凸环垣,该螺合孔与通孔相连通;一圆筒形基座,该基座具有一圆筒室,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端内里面亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道,该圆筒室的内口径大于通道的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台;一弹簧一端可置入于基座的圆筒室并抵于平台上;一长条柱体的阀栓,其一端设有一顶触件;前述阀栓由阀栓的另一端穿越过基座的圆筒室、链接端的通道,且该顶触件抵触于前述弹簧的另一端,而阀栓另一端显露于基座的连结端外,并套设固定有一阻塞环;借由前述弹簧的弹性张力,可使阀栓结合的阻塞环抵触于基座的连结端末端并封闭住链接端的通道,为一具有止逆效果而可防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
其中,该套盖内具有一内室,前述螺合孔、内室、通孔为相连通;于圆筒室靠近外侧段的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相邻于连结端的基座外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使基座的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶。
其中,一顶触垫可套设于前述基座的环槽;将结合有顶触垫、弹簧、阻塞环的阀栓的基座的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的通孔,该凸环垣可抵触于基座的抵触阶。
其中,该阀栓的顶触件外周面具有至少一缺槽,而阀栓另一端具有一外端头,在与外端头存有相间隔距离的阀栓上设有一外扩斜壁,该外扩斜壁的最大外径等于前述基座的通道的内口径,而外扩斜壁与外端头之间具有一颈段,该阀栓的颈段及外端头显露于基座的连结端外;前述阻塞环套设于阀栓的颈段处,该阻塞环一端抵靠于阀栓的外扩斜壁,而另一端由一卡固件抵触定位。
其中,前述基座在外露出套盖的连结端上可套结串接软管的第二端头,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与止逆接头完全固定结合。
其中,该轮胎的气嘴内设有一气芯组件,该气芯组件包含有一前接座,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,且前接座内存有一流通孔;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另一端则设有一气门座;一气芯中心针,该气芯中心针为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼;一气芯弹簧可套进气芯中心针柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针的凸翼上;该套有气芯弹簧的气芯中心针可由外卡垣端置入中空套筒内,使气芯弹簧的另一端抵触于气门座,且气芯弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一气门阻塞环,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧、气芯中心针、气门阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,即前接座是利用卡制垣卡扣于中空套筒的外卡垣,而气芯中心针另一端穿伸出前接座的流通孔,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针的气门阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的气门座。
采用上述技术方案后,止逆接头可与同样具备止逆效果的汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接,以防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。

具体实施方式
发明请参考图1及图2所示,本发明中的空气压缩机装置,其整组装置包含有一盒体1、一补胶罐2、一串接软管4,于盒体1上设有一按压式的开关11及凹陷状的嵌接口12,该盒体1内部则设有一空气压缩机(图中未示出)。串接软管4的一端连结有一第一端头41,另一端的第二端头42则连结有一止逆接头5。补胶罐2以开口端21向下且底壁22朝上的型态被置设于盒体1的嵌接口12上,串接软管4的第一端头41卡扣于补胶罐2的出胶端管23,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,串接软管4的第二端头42的止逆接头5可螺合于轮胎99的气嘴9,该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机产生空气并迫挤补胶罐2内的化学胶液由串接软管4处进入破损轮胎99内,即可达到修补轮胎99及充气等目的,轮胎99广义上可涵括大、小型汽车的轮胎、机车的轮胎、脚踏车的轮胎,在本申请案中以汽车轮胎99做为陈述。
请参考图2至图5,本发明的主要特征即是具有可防止化学胶液产生暴冲射出的动作,亦即本发明在串接软管4上的第二端头42设有一止逆效用的止逆接头5,该止逆接头5的止逆构造具有一筒柱形套盖6(可同时参考图3),该套盖6内具有一内室60,该套盖6一端设一个具有阴螺纹的螺合孔61,而套盖6另端则有一通孔620,于邻近通孔620的内部形成有一口径大于通孔620口径的凸环垣62,前述螺合孔61、内室60、通孔620为相连通。一圆筒形基座7(可参考图4),该基座7具有一圆筒室70,于圆筒室70靠近外侧段的基座7的外周壁上另设有一环槽71,而相背于圆筒室70的基座7的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端72,于连结端72内里面亦形成有一与圆筒室70相连通的通道73,该圆筒室70的内口径大于通道73的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台74,而相邻于连结端72的基座7外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段75,使基座7的外径大于凹环段75的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶76;一顶触垫77可套设于前述基座7的环槽71;一弹簧51可置放于基座7的圆筒室70并抵于平台74上;一长条柱体的阀栓52,其一端设有一顶触件53,该顶触件53外周面具有至少一缺槽531,而另一端具有一外端头54,在与外端头54存有相间隔距离的阀栓52上设有一外扩斜壁55,该外扩斜壁55的最大外径等于基座7的通道73的内口径,而外扩斜壁55与外端头54之间具有一颈段56;前述阀栓52由阀栓52的外端头54端穿越过基座7的圆筒室70、链接端72的通道73,且该顶触件53抵触于前述弹簧51的另一端,如图5所示,而阀栓52的颈段56及外端头54则显露于基座7的连结端72外;一阻塞环57套设于阀栓52的颈段56处,该阻塞环57一端抵靠于阀栓52的外扩斜壁55,而另一端由一卡固件58抵触定位,此时借由前述弹簧51的弹性张力,可使阀栓52结合的阻塞环57抵触于基座7的连结端72末端并封闭住链接端72的通道73;将结合有顶触垫77、弹簧51、阻塞环57的阀栓52的基座7的连结端72由套盖6的螺合孔61置于内室60并穿过凸环垣62的通孔620,该凸环垣62可抵触于基座7的抵触阶76,该外露于套盖6的基座7的连结端72可套结串接软管4的第二端头42,并可借由一固定环40将串接软管4与止逆接头5完全固定结合,如图5所示。止逆接头5在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用弹簧51的弹性张力使阀栓52结合的阻塞环57抵触于基座7的连结端72末端并封闭住链接端72的通道73。
请参考图5所示的止逆接头5,不论是盒体1的开关11处于On(可同时参考图1)且化学胶液已被空气压力迫挤流动的状态下,由于阀栓52所结合的阻塞环57完全紧密接触于基座7的连结端72末端,使流通的化学胶液无法通过链接端72的通道73,形成一个可防止化学胶液暴冲的保护机构。
请参阅图6及图7所示,该轮胎99的气嘴9内设有一气芯组件91,该气芯组件91包含有一前接座92,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣921,且前接座92内存有一流通孔922;一中空套筒93,其一端设有一外卡垣931,而另一端则设有一气门座932;一气芯中心针94,该气芯中心针94为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼941;一气芯弹簧95可套进气芯中心针94柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针94的凸翼941上;该套有气芯弹簧95的气芯中心针94可由外卡垣931端置入中空套筒93内,使气芯弹簧95的另一端抵触于气门座932,且气芯弹簧95外围可被中空套筒93所框围住;一气门阻塞环96,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针94柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧95、气芯中心针94、气门阻塞环96的中空套筒93与前接座92相结合,即前接座92利用卡制垣921卡扣于中空套筒93的外卡垣931,而气芯中心针94另一端穿伸出前接座92的流通孔922,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧95的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针94的气门阻塞环96紧密地关闭中空套筒93的气门座932。
请参考图1及图6,当使用者将止逆接头5的螺合孔61与汽车轮胎99的气嘴9进行螺合时,该止逆接头5的阀栓52会先顶触并移动轮胎99气嘴9内的气芯中心针94,使气芯中心针94的气门阻塞环96离开原本所阻塞接触的中空套筒93的气门座932(可同时参考图7),而当使用者将止逆接头5的螺合孔61完全螺合于汽车轮胎99的气嘴9上,由于阀栓52受到气嘴9的气芯中心针94的碰触作用,该阀栓52右移压缩弹簧51导致阻塞环57离开原本所阻塞接触的基座7的连结端72末端,链接端72的通道73形成可流通的通路状态,此时被空气所推动的化学胶液可经由基座7的通道73进入圆筒室70内,再行经阀栓52的顶触件53的缺槽531、套盖6的内室60及螺合孔61,最后再经由气嘴9内的前接座92的流通孔922、中空套筒93及中空套筒93的气门座932而进入破损轮胎99内,如此即可达到灌胶进入轮胎99内进行补胎的动作,当然,压缩空气仍然可持续进入扁平轮胎99内进行充气至正常的胎压为止。
综观前论,本发明提供一种轮胎99气嘴9与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的止逆接头5构造,其具有防止使用者在不正确的操作步骤下所导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的缺失,亦甚具进步性,显然允合发明专利的要件。
Claims (6)
1.一种轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,整组空气压缩机装置包含有:一盒体,其内部装设有一可借由电源启动而产生空气压力的空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管;一串接软管,其一端具有一第一端头,另一端则为第二端头,该第一端头连结于前述补胶罐的出胶端管,第二端头则可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:第二端头连结有一止逆接头,该止逆接头具有一套盖,该套盖一端为具有阴螺纹的螺合孔,而套盖另端则有一通孔,于邻近通孔的内部形成有一口径大于通孔口径的凸环垣,该螺合孔与通孔相连通;一圆筒形基座,该基座具有一圆筒室,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端内里面亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道,该圆筒室的内口径大于通道的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台;一弹簧一端可置入于基座的圆筒室并抵于平台上;一长条柱体的阀栓,其一端设有一顶触件;前述阀栓由阀栓的另一端穿越过基座的圆筒室、链接端的通道,且该顶触件抵触于前述弹簧的另一端,而阀栓另一端显露于基座的连结端外,并套设固定有一阻塞环;借由前述弹簧的弹性张力,可使阀栓结合的阻塞环抵触于基座的连结端末端并封闭住链接端的通道,为一具有止逆效果而可防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,其特征在于,该套盖内具有一内室,前述螺合孔、内室、通孔为相连通;于圆筒室靠近外侧段的基座的外周壁上另设有一环槽,而相邻于连结端的基座外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使基座的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶。
3.如权利要求2所述的轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,其特征在于,一顶触垫可套设于前述基座的环槽;将结合有顶触垫、弹簧、阻塞环的阀栓的基座的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的通孔,该凸环垣可抵触于基座的抵触阶。
4.如权利要求3所述的轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,其特征在于,该阀栓的顶触件外周面具有至少一缺槽,而阀栓另一端具有一外端头,在与外端头存有相间隔距离的阀栓上设有一外扩斜壁,该外扩斜壁的最大外径等于前述基座的通道的内口径,而外扩斜壁与外端头之间具有一颈段,该阀栓的颈段及外端头显露于基座的连结端外;前述阻塞环套设于阀栓的颈段处,该阻塞环一端抵靠于阀栓的外扩斜壁,而另一端由一卡固件抵触定位。
5.如权利要求2所述的轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,其特征在于,前述基座在外露出套盖的连结端上可套结串接软管的第二端头,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与止逆接头完全固定结合。
6.如权利要求1所述的轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管相结合的止逆接头结构,其特征在于,该轮胎的气嘴内设有一气芯组件,该气芯组件包含有一前接座,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,且前接座内存有一流通孔;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另一端则设有一气门座;一气芯中心针,该气芯中心针为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼;一气芯弹簧可套进气芯中心针柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针的凸翼上;该套有气芯弹簧的气芯中心针可由外卡垣端置入中空套筒内,使气芯弹簧的另一端抵触于气门座,且气芯弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一气门阻塞环,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧、气芯中心针、气门阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,即前接座是利用卡制垣卡扣于中空套筒的外卡垣,而气芯中心针另一端穿伸出前接座的流通孔,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针的气门阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的气门座。
