The selected material is ecological and environment-friendly, can be obtained from local materials, has simple preparation process and simple and convenient construction operation, has long-term stable water repellency, and can meet the protection requirement of the slope surface of a common soil slope, and the growth of vegetation on the upper layer is not influenced by the water repellent soil on the bottom layer.

Description

Construction method of ecological protection structure of soil slope
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of slope protection engineering, and particularly relates to a construction method of an ecological protection structure of a soil slope in slope engineering.
Background
The strength parameter reduction and the water pressure and permeability increase caused by the soil moisture change are one of the important reasons for generating soil slope instability, and the seepage prevention requirement is higher. The traditional impermeable materials such as geomembranes, concrete impermeable walls and the like have the defects of high production cost, complex construction process, easy aging of materials and the like, are easy to damage the ecological environment and influence the engineering construction and operation. On the other hand, how to treat a large amount of spoil generated by engineering construction is also a troublesome problem in engineering. If the engineering waste soil can be artificially subjected to water repellency so that the engineering waste soil has stable water repellency, the waste can be changed into valuable, the engineering waste soil is used for protecting the slope surface of the soil slope, the influence of rainfall evaporation and the like on the water content of the soil on the slope is reduced, and the soil slope is further ensured to be in a long-term stable state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a construction method of an ecological protection structure of a soil slope, aiming at the current situations of high seepage-proofing cost, complicated construction process, poor long-term seepage-proofing performance and the like of the traditional soil slope protection structure.
A construction method of an ecological protection structure of a soil slope is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) leveling the surface layer of the soil slope, brushing the slope, and performing arc treatment on corners of a slope toe and a slope top;
(2) excavating and building a drainage system according to design requirements, and temporarily not pouring and forming;
(3) spreading and fixing the galvanized rhombic metal net or the high-strength plastic geotechnical net from top to bottom. The net surface of the rear edge of the slope top extends to the outer side of the intercepting ditch by not less than 2m, and the net surface of the front edge of the slope toe extends to the outer side of the intercepting ditch by not less than 1 m;
(4) stirring the artificial water repellent soil and water to prepare a fluid plastic mixture, and uniformly spraying the fluid plastic mixture on the whole net surface, wherein the thickness is not less than 3cm, and the compactness is not less than 80%;
(5) adopting cement mortar not lower than M3 or concrete not lower than C25 for pouring a drainage system, and performing arc treatment on corners;
(6) spraying the prepared foreign soil onto a water repellent soil layer, wherein the thickness is not less than 2cm, and the compactness is not less than 80%; the extension of the rear edge of the slope top and the front edge of the slope toe are not less than 1 m;
(7) stirring the seeds and slow release fertilizer and other materials into slurry, uniformly spraying the slurry on the surface of the foreign soil, and ensuring that the thickness of the whole water repellent soil on the slope surface is not less than 100 mm;
(8) the slope is maintained regularly until the engineering requirements are met.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (1), the surface layer of the slope is processed in a transverse slope brushing mode so as to ensure that the water repellent soil is tightly meshed with the slope surface.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the steps (2) and (5), the drainage system is designed and constructed according to the current technical code of building slope engineering.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (3), the net is spread from top to bottom during construction. The adjacent metal nets or the geotechnical nets are respectively connected by iron wires or U-shaped steel bars, and the joint of the two nets is overlapped and is not less than 5 cm; hard cushion blocks are uniformly arranged between the net and the slope surface at a certain interval, so that the net is suspended on the slope surface by not less than 2cm, and the covering thickness of the hydrophobic soil meets the engineering requirements.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (4), the artificial water repellent soil can be prepared by adopting the anionic amine salts, and the water content is required to enable the soil body to reach a soft plastic state, so that a good spraying effect is ensured; soft plastic means that the liquidity index of the mixture is between 0.75 and 1. Generally, the mass water content is equal to or more than 20%, and when the mass water content is within the range, the mixture has obvious water repellency and soft plastic state.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (6), the alien soil is mainly formed by mixing peat, humus soil, vegetation fiber, slow-release nutrient fertilizer and other materials with water in proportion, and is sprayed and sown on a water repellent soil layer after being stirred by a specific machine.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (7), according to the conditions of the soil dressing component, the climate condition, the construction factor and the like, proper vegetation type seeds are selected, and are stirred with the vegetation fiber, the adhesive, the water-retaining agent, the slow-release nutrient fertilizer, the water and the like in proportion to form slurry, and then the slurry is sprayed on the soil dressing layer.
Further, in the construction method of the ecological protection structure of the soil slope, in the step (8), materials such as non-woven fabrics and the like can be adopted to cover the spray-seeding surface, and watering and maintenance are carried out periodically until vegetation grows normally.
The invention has the advantages that the artificial water repellent soil is used for replacing the traditional slope impermeable material, and compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) the selected materials are easy to obtain, low in price, ecological and environment-friendly, and can be obtained and prepared from local materials;
2) the anti-seepage core layer is artificial water repellent soil, has strong environmental adaptability, can be constructed by adopting conventional methods and equipment, does not influence the field construction progress, and does not increase the construction cost.
