Abstract
A preparation method of a microbial fertilizer for leaf spraying relates to a preparation method of a fertilizer for leaf spraying. The invention provides an effective utilization method of the existing crop straws, starch dealcoholization fermentation liquor and molasses alcohol fermentation liquor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing crop straw fermentation liquor; secondly, preparing fresh grass fermentation liquor; thirdly, mixing the crop straw fermentation liquor, the fresh grass fermentation liquor, the trace elements and water to obtain the microbial fertilizer for leaf spraying; the advantages are that: the waste utilization is realized, and the greening planting is met; after microbial fermentation, the fertilizer is more beneficial to absorption and utilization of crops. The invention mainly prepares the microbial fertilizer for leaf spraying.

firstly, preparing a crop straw fermentation liquid:
firstly, collecting crop straws, and crushing the crop straws to obtain crop straw particles with the particle size of 5-15 mm; secondly, mixing the starch dealcoholization fermentation liquor, the molasses alcohol fermentation liquor and water to obtain mixed liquor; thirdly, soaking the crop straw particles in the mixed liquid, adding mixed bacterial liquid, fermenting for 15-30 d at the temperature of 45-55 ℃, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain crop straw fermentation liquid; the mixed bacterial liquid consists of 3-5 parts of bacillus subtilis liquid, 2-5 parts of trichoderma viride liquid, 2-3 parts of thermophilic bacillus licheniformis liquid and 1-2 parts of candida utilis yeast liquid in parts by weight;
secondly, preparing fresh grass fermentation liquor: firstly, collecting fresh grass, and crushing the fresh grass to obtain fresh grass particles with the particle size of 10-15 mm; collecting shell waste, and crushing the shell waste to obtain shell waste particles with the particle size of 3-5 mm; mixing the fresh grass particles, the shell waste particles and the animal wastes, fermenting for 10-15 days at the temperature of 25-40 ℃, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain fresh grass fermentation liquor;
thirdly, mixing: mixing crop straw fermentation liquor, fresh grass fermentation liquor, trace elements and water to obtain a microbial fertilizer for leaf spraying; the volume ratio of the crop straw fermentation liquid to the fresh grass fermentation liquid is (3-7) to 1; the volume ratio of the crop straw fermentation liquid to water is 1 (3-5); the mass ratio of the trace elements to the water is (0.1-0.5): 50.
The invention has the advantages that: firstly, crop straws are used as raw materials to be fermented, and mixed liquor formed by mixing starch dealcoholization fermentation liquor, molasses alcohol fermentation liquor and water is used for soaking and fermenting the crop straws, so that waste utilization is realized, and the method is in line with greening planting; secondly, landscaping waste is used as fresh grass, and shell waste and animal waste are added for fermentation to obtain fresh grass fermentation liquor, so that waste utilization is realized; and thirdly, the crop straw fermentation liquor and the fresh grass fermentation liquor are used as main components to prepare the microbial fertilizer for leaf spraying, and microelements are added, so that the microbial fertilizer not only contains abundant N, P and K, but also is more beneficial to absorption and utilization of crops after microbial fermentation.
