As a further preferable aspect, the apparatus further comprises a spacing adjustment assembly, wherein the spacing adjustment assembly comprises: the second rack is arranged on the placing plate; the fourth rotating rods are arranged on two sides of the sliding frame; the second rotating handle is rotatably arranged on the sliding frame; the third bevel gear is arranged on the second rotating handle and a fourth rotating rod on one side, and the third bevel gear is meshed with the third bevel gear; the fifth rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the sliding frame; the second belt pulley set is arranged between the fifth rotating rod and the fourth rotating rod; the fourth gear is arranged on the fifth rotating rod and the fourth rotating rod on the other side, and the fourth gears are meshed with each other; and the fifth gears are arranged on the fourth rotating rod and are all meshed with the second racks on the same side.
As a further preferred option, the wheels are universal wheels.
As a further preferable scheme, a handle is arranged on the frame, so that a user can push the device to move conveniently.
The invention has the following advantages: 1. the unloading assembly is used for pushing the plates on the truck to the placing plate, and meanwhile, the placing plate can descend, so that the unloading device can unload a plurality of plates, and the unloading device can be pushed to a proper position through the wheels to take down the plates;
2. the distance adjusting assembly can adjust the distance between the placing plates, so that the discharging device is more stable and safer when different plates are discharged.

The discharging assembly 3 comprises an installation table 31, a sliding plate 32, a wedge block 33 and an air cylinder 34, the installation table 31 is arranged on the upper portion of the lifting assembly 4, the sliding plate 32 is arranged on the left side of the installation table 31 in a sliding mode, the wedge block 33 is arranged on the lower side of the left portion of the sliding plate 32 in a rotating mode, the air cylinder 34 is fixedly connected onto the installation table 31 through bolts, and the telescopic end of the air cylinder 34 is connected with the sliding plate 32.
When the device removes to suitable position, alright control cylinder 34 begins work, cylinder 34 can drive sliding plate 32 and wedge 33 and move to the left side, after wedge 33 moves to and contacts with panel, just can upwards rotate, when wedge 33 moves to not contacting with panel, just can reset under the effect of gravity, control cylinder 34 begins to reset afterwards, make sliding plate 32 and wedge 33 reset, after wedge 33 moves to and contacts with panel, wedge 33 can not rotate to the opposite direction this moment, thereby push lifting unit 4 with panel on, after the panel that is equipped with suitable quantity on lifting unit 4, alright control cylinder 34 stop work.
The lifting component 4 comprises a guide post 41, a screw rod 42, a sliding frame 43, a placing plate 44, a first rotating rod 45, a first rack 46, a first gear 47, a second rotating rod 48, a third rotating rod 49, a second gear 410, a first belt pulley group 411, a third gear 412, a first bevel gear 413, a first rotating handle 414 and a second bevel gear 415, wherein the guide post 41 is welded on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the frame 1, the mounting table 31 is installed between the tops of the guide posts 41, the screw rod 42 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the frame 1, the sliding frame 43 is connected on the upper part of the screw rod 42 through a thread, the placing plate 44 is slidably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left part of the sliding frame 43, the first rotating rod 45 is rotatably arranged on the left side inside the mounting table 31, the first rack 46 is connected on the right side of the lower part of the sliding plate 32, the first gear 47 is arranged in the middle part of the first, the right side of the inside of the mounting table 31 is rotatably connected with a third rotating rod 49, the front side of the second rotating rod 48 is in key connection with a second gear 410, a first belt pulley group 411 is arranged between the first rotating rod 45 and the second rotating rod 48, the front side of the third rotating rod 49 is in key connection with a third gear 412, the third gear 412 is meshed with the second gear 410, the top of the screw rod 42 and the front side of the third rotating rod 49 are in key connection with a first bevel gear 413, the first bevel gear 413 is mutually meshed, the right side rear part of the mounting table 31 is rotatably connected with a first rotating handle 414, the left side of the first rotating handle 414 and the rear side of the third rotating rod 49 are in key connection with a second bevel gear 415, and the second bevel gears 415 are mutually meshed.
When the sliding plate 32 moves to the left, the sliding plate will drive the first rack 46 to move, after the first rack 46 is meshed with the first gear 47, the first gear 47 will idle under the effect of the overrunning clutch, when the sliding plate 32 and the wedge block 33 are reset, the sheet will be pushed onto the placing plate 44 by the wedge block 33, at the same time, the sliding plate 32 will reset to drive the first rack 46 to reset, when the first rack 46 is reset, the first gear 47 will drive the first rotating rod 45 to rotate, so as to drive the second gear 410 to rotate through the first belt pulley set 411 and the second rotating rod 48, the second gear 410 will drive the first bevel gear 413 to rotate through the third gear 412 and the third rotating rod 49, so as to rotate the screw rod 42, the rotation of the screw rod 42 will make the sliding frame 43 and the placing plate 44 move downwards, so that more sheets can be placed on the placing plate 44, when the plate material on the placing plate 44 is removed, the first rotating handle 414 is controlled to rotate, so that the third rotating rod 49 is reversely rotated by the second bevel gear 415, and thus the lifting assembly 4 is reset.

In addition to the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, the distance adjusting assembly 5 further includes a distance adjusting assembly 5, the distance adjusting assembly 5 includes a second rack 51, a fourth rotating rod 52, a second rotating handle 53, a third bevel gear 54, a fifth rotating rod 55, a second belt pulley set 56, a fourth gear 57 and a fifth gear 58, the second rack 51 is connected to the right side of the placing plate 44, the fourth rotating rods 52 are rotatably arranged at the front and rear sides inside the carriage 43, the second rotating handle 53 is rotatably arranged at the rear side of the right side of the carriage 43, the third bevel gear 54 is connected to the lower portion of the second rotating handle 53 and the rear side of the fourth rotating rod 52, the third bevel gears 54 are engaged with each other, the fifth rotating rod 55 is rotatably arranged at the front side inside the carriage 43, the second belt pulley set 56 is arranged between the fifth rotating rod 55 and the fourth rotating rod 52, the fourth gear 57 is connected to the lower portion of the fifth rotating rod 55 and the front side of the fourth rotating rod 52, the fourth gears 57 are meshed with each other, the upper parts of the fourth rotating rods 52 are in key connection with fifth gears 58, and the fifth gears 58 are meshed with the second racks 51 on the same side.
When the different panels are unloaded, the second rotating handle 53 can be controlled to rotate, so that the third bevel gear 54 drives the fourth rotating rod 52 on the rear side to rotate, the fourth rotating rod 52 on the rear side rotates to enable the fifth rotating rod 55 to rotate through the second belt pulley set 56, so that the fourth rotating rod 52 on the front side reversely rotates through the fourth gear 57, and when the fourth rotating rod 52 rotates, the distance between the second racks 51 can be adjusted through the fifth gear 58, so that the distance between the plates 44 is controlled to be placed, therefore, unloading work can be carried out on different panels, and the unloading device is more stable and safer when unloading.
