The washing article comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-10% of sodium caseinate, 8-15% of auxiliary surfactant, 3-8% of humectant, 0.1-0.5% of chelating agent, 0.1-2% of conditioner, 0.1-1% of preservative, 0-5% of pearling agent, 0.1-0.5% of essence and the balance of water. The washing product of the invention takes the water-soluble protein sodium caseinate as a natural surfactant, a thickener and a humectant, and is compounded with the auxiliary surfactant, the humectant and other components, thereby ensuring deep cleaning of skin and hair and simultaneously having moisturizing effect, no toxic or side effect on human body, natural green, mild and no stimulation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a mild moisturizing washing article of natural casein.
Background
Skin cleansing cosmetics can be largely divided into two categories, one category being soap-based surfactant systems and one category being non-soap-based surfactant systems. For a long time, soap-based products occupy most of the market due to their good easy-to-rinse characteristics. However, soap-based products have high pH, strong irritation and degreasing capability, and the skin feel tight and uncomfortable after face cleaning, and the soap-based products are easy to damage the skin after long-term use.
Non-soap based washing products are a class of washing products that use non-soap based surfactants as the primary surfactant. In recent years, a plurality of large factories abroad put forward skin cleaning products formed by compounding non-soap-based surfactants. However, currently commercially available non-soap based detergents are mainly based on chemically synthesized surfactants, which are much softer than soap bases but still potentially harmful to the human body. Aiming at the existing market gap, the washing product with mild foam, moisturizing and cleaning effects and taking natural substances as main raw materials is particularly important. And the washing products are used as daily chemicals which are indispensable to modern people, and have wide market space.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides a natural casein mild moisturizing washing product which uses sodium caseinate as a main surfactant, is compounded with components such as a green mild surfactant, a humectant and the like, can realize deep cleaning of skin, moisturizes and protects the skin, is easy to wash, and has small skin irritation.
The specific scheme is as follows: a natural casein mild moisturizing washing article comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-10% of sodium caseinate, 8-15% of auxiliary surfactant, 3-8% of humectant, 0.1-0.5% of chelating agent, 0.1-2% of conditioner, 0.1-1% of preservative, 0-5% of pearling agent, 0.1-0.5% of essence and the balance of water.
The auxiliary surfactant is at least one of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroyl aminopropionate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium cocoyl glycinate and disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate monoester.
The humectant is at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate.
The chelating agent is at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.
The conditioner is at least one of jojoba oil, camellia seed oil and sweet orange oil.
The preservative is at least one of DMDM hydantoin, phenoxyethanol, ginkgo biloba extract and peony extract, and Usnea barbata extract.
The preparation method of the natural casein mild moisturizing washing product comprises the following steps:
s1, taking 100mL of prepared product as a reference, adding 50mL of water into a container, and heating to 60 ℃;
s2, adding sodium caseinate for dissolution, keeping the temperature for 30min, and stirring while heating to enable the sodium caseinate to be fully dissolved in water;
s3, sequentially adding auxiliary surfactant, humectant and conditioner according to a proportion. And cooling to 45 ℃, and adding the chelating agent, the preservative, the essence and the pearling agent.
S4, adding deionized water to a volume of 100mL, continuously stirring, fully and uniformly mixing the system, and keeping a stable state.
S5, cooling and standing the obtained mixture for 24-36h, and filling the mixture into a container which is sterilized in advance.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the skin deep cleaning agent takes sodium caseinate as a main surfactant, and is compounded with components such as a green mild surfactant, a humectant and the like, so that skin deep cleaning can be realized simultaneously, and meanwhile, the skin is not sticky and tight after washing due to the fact that the nonionic soap-based surfactant is compounded, washing is easy. In addition, because the sodium caseinate is a natural substance, the skin irritation is small, on the premise of ensuring that the skin and hair are soft and have no irritation, the skin can be deeply cleaned, sebum and cuticle fragments adhered to the surfaces of the skin and the scalp and residues of beauty cosmetics adhered to the cuticle fragments and the cuticle fragments are removed, and meanwhile, the effects of moisturizing and protecting the skin and nourishing the scalp are achieved, and the process is mild and safe and has no toxic or side effect on human bodies.
