一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)调整旋轮的相对位置至目标减薄量,将芯棒插入管坯中,装于机架上,调整进给推板位置,使管坯贴紧旋轮,随后旋轮开始绕着管坯周向旋转;2)随着管坯被进给推板推着不断进给,在旋轮以较快的转速下,生产出一段可供夹持的管坯已加工段;3)用拉拔夹钳夹住管坯的已加工段,并降低旋轮周向转速,同时提升管坯进给速度,开始进行横向碾轧工作。本发明结合了旋压加工工艺与拉拔工艺的优点,为难变形金属的加工,提供了新的思路。

一种横向碾轧管工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,属于金属加工工艺技术领域。
背景技术
针对管件加工,常见的有拉拔、强力旋压、热轧等加工工艺。其中,拉拔与旋压都可对管件性能有较大改良,而拉拔主要针对塑性好、易变形的金属,旋压加工可加工材料范围较广,但其效率较低。因此,为了保证加工管件时的效率以及可加工范围,有必要对加工方式进行适当改良与创新。
将拉拔与旋压工艺结合,不仅可以提升效率,还可扩展可加工材料的范围,此外也可以提升成品管件的组织与力学性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种横向碾轧管工艺方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1、调整旋轮的相对位置,即调整至目标减薄量,将芯棒插入管坯中,装于机架上,调整进给推板位置,使管坯贴紧旋轮,随后旋轮开始绕着管坯周向旋转;
2、随着管坯被进给推板推着不断进给,在旋轮以较快的转速下,生产出一段可供夹持的管坯已加工段;
3、用拉拔夹钳夹住管坯的已加工段,并降低旋轮周向转速,同时提升管坯进给速度,开始进行横向碾轧工作。
进一步的,所述拉拔夹钳,除了可调整张口幅度之外,还可以沿管坯的轴线方向往复移动。
进一步的,所述芯棒与机架的螺纹孔连接,可拆卸,工作时位置保持不变。
进一步的,所述旋轮绕着管坯周向布置;在工作时,旋轮绕着管坯周向旋转;此外,旋轮也可调整相对位置,即调整减薄量,最终实现管坯多批次、多尺寸的加工。
有益效果
1、本发明结合旋压、挤压和拉拔加工工艺,二者结合在提高加工效率的同时,还可保证金属塑性成形性能,特别是可以针对难变形金属进行塑性加工,提供了新的思路,扩展了金属加工方式;
2、该加工方式在加工过程中基本不产生废料,且该进程中的金属塑性流动与挤压,使得管件成品组织与力学性能也能显著提升。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明优选实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1,本发明提供的一种横向碾轧管工艺方法:其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1、调整旋轮4的相对位置,即调整至目标减薄量,将芯棒2插入管坯5中,装于机架上,调整进给推板3位置,使管坯5贴紧旋轮4,随后旋轮4开始绕着管坯5周向旋转;
2、随着管坯5被进给推板3推着不断进给,在旋轮4以较快的转速下,生产出一段可供夹持的已加工段5′;
3、用拉拔夹钳1夹住管坯的已加工段5′,并降低旋轮4周向转速,同时提升管坯5进给速度,开始进行横向碾轧工作。
参照图1,所述拉拔夹钳1,除了可调整张口幅度之外,还可以沿管坯5的轴线方向移动。
参照图1,所述芯棒2与机架的螺纹孔连接,可拆卸,工作时位置保持不变。
参照图2,所述旋轮4绕着管坯5周向布置;在工作时,旋轮4绕着管坯5周向旋转;此外,旋轮也可调整相对位置,即调整减薄量,最终实现管坯多批次、多尺寸的加工。
具体地,以外径φ17mm,内径φ13mm的不锈钢管坯为加工原材料,首先调整旋轮4的相对位置,即调整至目标减薄量;然后将拆卸下来的φ13mm的芯棒2插入管坯5内,二者通过螺纹孔装到机架上;调整进给推板3位置,使管坯5贴紧至旋轮4外侧;随后旋轮4开始以转速n1=400r/min转动,进给推板3推着管坯5以v1=0.5mm/s进给而实现初步加工;加工出一段成品5′之后,调整拉拔夹钳1位置,并使拉拔夹钳1夹住管件的已加工段5′,此时调整旋轮转速n2=(0.6 0.8)n1,并调整拉拔夹钳与推板速度,最终使管坯以v2=2v1的速度进给,此时开始横向碾轧管坯未加工段5"。

Claims (4)

1.一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)调整旋轮(4)的相对位置,即调整至目标减薄量,将芯棒(2)插入管坯(5)中,装于机架上,调整进给推板(3)位置,使管坯(5)贴紧旋轮(4),随后旋轮(4)开始绕着管坯(5)周向旋转;
2)随着管坯(5)被进给推板(3)推着不断进给,在旋轮(4)以较快的转速下,生产出一段可供夹持的管坯已加工段(5′);
3)用拉拔夹钳(1)夹住管坯的已加工段(5′),并降低旋轮(4)周向转速,同时提升管坯(5)进给速度,开始进行横向碾轧工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,所述拉拔夹钳(1),除了可调整张口幅度之外,还可以沿管坯(5)的轴线方向往复移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,所述芯棒(2)与机架的螺纹孔连接,可拆卸,工作时位置保持不变。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向碾轧管工艺方法,其特征在于,旋轮(4)绕着管坯(5)周向布置;在工作时,管坯(5)不主动转动,而旋轮(4)绕着管坯(5)外缘周向旋转;此外,旋轮(4)也可调整相对位置,即调整减薄量,最终实现管坯多批次、多尺寸的加工。
