Head detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of washing and caring articles, and particularly relates to a head detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The head is a place with more sebaceous glands, the sebaceous glands of the skin secrete sebum which is a normal physiological function, but if the sebaceous glands secrete excessive sebum, the sebum is excessively discharged and accumulated on the skin, and chronic skin inflammation can occur at the accumulated part to cause seborrhoeic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis is manifested by a erythematous scalp which is covered with an off-white bran-like scale accompanied by itching. The vigorous secretion of sebaceous glands leads to the massive proliferation of propionibacterium acnes, which further stimulates the release of inflammatory factors, aggravates the inflammatory response, leads to excessive dandruff, or scalp psoriasis.
Coal Tar (Coal Tar), one of the products generated by pyrolyzing Coal, is black or brown, is viscous liquid and slightly soluble in water, and has special pungent smell. The wide clinical application shows that the coal tar can inhibit epidermal hyperplasia in some proliferative diseases and has quick and obvious antiparasitic, antifungal and antibacterial effects. Due to the good effects of promoting cutin, resisting acanthosis and vasoconstriction, the effects of cooling blood, removing fat, relieving itching and astringing are achieved. The coal tar has low cost and low systemic toxicity, and is a better component for resisting bacteria and relieving inflammation. The head washing liquid containing coal tar as main component has effects of slowing down reproduction of fungus cells, inhibiting dandruff and pruritus caused by seborrheic dermatitis, reducing mitosis activity of hyperplastic epidermis by inhibiting metabolism of enzyme, recovering proliferation of epidermal cells, improving scalp environment, and inhibiting dandruff recurrence.

According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a head detergent, including the following components in percentage by weight, based on the total weight of the head detergent as 100%:
Figure BDA0002897921950000041
according to the head washing agent provided by the first aspect of the application, the coal tar extract with the weight percentage content of 4.0-6.5% is used as an effective component of the washing agent, wherein the mint extract component is added in a synergistic manner, so that the mint extract component and the mint extract act in a synergistic manner to improve seborrheic dermatitis due to the fact that the addition amount of the coal tar extract is reduced, and the head washing agent has a good inhibiting effect on scalp pruritus caused by seborrheic dermatitis; meanwhile, the plant essential oil is added to have a synergistic effect with the plant essential oil, so that the head detergent is ensured not to have strong characteristic smell of coal tar, and the obtained detergent is easy to be accepted by consumers; the detergent further comprises a surfactant and an auxiliary agent, and the surfactant and the auxiliary agent are added to further improve the performance of the head detergent; the obtained head detergent has the effect of obviously inhibiting propionibacterium acnes, has better effect on seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff excess caused by the seborrheic dermatitis and seborrheic scalp psoriasis, simultaneously reduces irritation to skin and pungent smell of coal tar, has itching relieving, cooling and good physical stability, and is beneficial to wide application.
Specifically, the head washing agent comprises 4.0-6.5 wt% of coal tar extract, wherein the total weight of the head washing agent is 100%. The addition amount of the coal tar extract is controlled, so that the addition amount of the coal tar extract is small, on one hand, the obtained head detergent is ensured to have small irritation to skin, the skin is ensured not to be damaged, and meanwhile, the obtained head detergent is ensured to have mild smell and is easier to be accepted by consumers; on the other hand, the weight percentage content of the coal tar extract is controlled to be moderate, so that the obtained head detergent can soften cutin, prevent formed plaques from continuously growing, and reduce the formation of large-area red plaques; meanwhile, the Chinese medicinal preparation has an inhibiting effect on the growth of fungi and relieves inflammatory reaction, thereby achieving the effect of relieving itching. If the addition amount of the coal tar extract is too small, the obtained head detergent has poor treatment effect on the skin and cannot improve the microenvironment of the scalp; if the addition amount of the coal tar extract is too large, the irritation of the head detergent is too large, the pungent smell is too strong, and the wide application of the product is not facilitated.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the weight percentage of the coal tar extract in the head wash is 4.0%, 4.1%, 4.2%, 4.3%, 4.4%, 4.5%, 4.6%, 4.7%, 4.8%, 4.9%, 5.0%, 5.1%, 5.2%, 5.3%, 5.4%, 5.5%, 5.6%, 5.7%, 5.8%, 5.9%, 6.0%, 6.1%, 6.2%, 6.3%, 6.4%, 6.5%.
Because the coal tar is one of the products generated by pyrolyzing coal, the coal tar contains aromatic hydrocarbon, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon mixture containing nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; due to the complex components, most of the prior art uses coal tar stock solution as raw material, and the direct use of the coal tar stock solution can cause the concentration of coal tar in the product to be too high, thereby causing damage to skin. In the application, the coal tar extract is added as a main component, so that the effective components are enough and cannot damage the skin in the using process.
In some embodiments, the coal tar extract is selected from an ethanol solution extract of coal tar. The coal tar ethanol solution is brown or light brown liquid, has similar viscosity to water, is easy to pour and is easy to be uniformly mixed with the aqueous matrix. The smell of the coal tar ethanol solution is obviously reduced compared with that of the coal tar stock solution, the smell stimulation to production operators and the smell pollution to production environment are greatly avoided by using the coal tar ethanol solution as the raw material for producing the coal tar products, and the defects of difficult storage, difficult operation and the like by directly using the coal tar stock solution as the raw material are also avoided. In a specific implementation of the present application, an ethanol solution extract of coal tar is provided that meets the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).
Wherein the preparation method of the ethanol solution extract of the coal tar comprises the following steps: mixing coal tar stock solution with sandstone, adding polysorbate and ethanol, and soaking for 7 days to obtain ethanol solution extract of coal tar.
Furthermore, the mass percentage concentration of the coal tar extract is 15-25%. The mass percentage concentration of the coal tar extract is controlled, so that the high solubility of the coal tar can be ensured, and the effective components are dissolved in the ethanol solution. If the mass percentage concentration of the coal tar extract is too low, the requirement of inhibiting the seborrheic dermatitis cannot be met; if the mass percentage concentration of the coal tar extract is too high, the raw material is crystallized, and the physicochemical uniformity of the extract is further influenced. In the specific embodiment of the invention, the mass percentage concentration of the coal tar extract is 20%.
In some embodiments, the head washing agent is selected from a coal tar extract, wherein the density of the ethanol solution of the coal tar is 0.84g/mL, and the head washing agent contains 1.0-1.5 wt% of coal tar stock solution due to the fact that the coal tar extract accounts for 4.0-6.5 wt% of the total weight of the head washing agent as 100%.
Specifically, the head washing agent comprises 30.0-35.0 wt% of surfactant based on 100 wt% of the total weight of the head washing agent, and the surfactant is added, so that the obtained head washing agent is good in stability and can be stably stored, meanwhile, the flexibility of the head washing agent can be remarkably improved, hairs and skins are strengthened and protected, and the head washing agent is more beneficial to use. If the addition amount of the surfactant is too much, the condition requirement in the preparation process can be improved, higher temperature and more complex preparation flow need to be provided for treatment, and the product is not favorable for production; if the amount of the surfactant added is too small, the stability of the product is impaired, and the improvement of the overall performance of the head detergent is not facilitated.
In particular embodiments of the invention, the surfactant is present in an amount of 30.0%, 30.5%, 31.0%, 31.5%, 32.0%, 32.5%, 33.0%, 33.5%, 34.0%, 34.5%, 35.0% by weight.
Further, the surfactant is selected from at least one of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, cocobetaine and laureth.
In some embodiments, the surfactant is selected from sodium lauryl ether sulfate, which is a hydrophilic surfactant, is miscible with coal tar extract, has detergency, emulsification and excellent foaming power, and can improve the detergency, emulsification and foaming power of the head detergent when added as a surfactant.
In some embodiments, the surfactant is selected from cocobetaine, which is a zwitterionic surfactant having excellent stability under both acidic and basic conditions, exhibiting cationic and anionic properties, respectively; the detergent is easy to mix with coal tar extract, has low irritation, is easy to dissolve in water, and can effectively improve the properties of a head detergent.
In some embodiments, the surfactant is selected from laureth, which is capable of stabilizing the head detergent components, facilitating mixing with other components.
Specifically, the head washing agent comprises 0.05-0.3 wt% of mint extract, wherein the weight percentage of the mint extract is 100% of the total weight of the head washing agent; the mint extract and the coal tar extract have a synergistic effect, so that on one hand, the composition can improve seborrheic dermatitis and has a good effect of inhibiting scalp itching caused by the seborrheic dermatitis; meanwhile, the mint extract has the function of promoting permeation, can help the coal tar extract to deeply penetrate into the skin, particularly the core of an inflammation area, and achieves good sterilizing and inflammation diminishing effects; on the other hand, the mint extract has mint fragrance, and can improve the smell of the coal tar extract, so that the obtained head detergent has mild smell. If the addition amount of the mint extract is too small, the compounding effect of the mint extract and coal tar is affected, so that the obtained head detergent is poor in effect and cannot play a role in improving seborrheic dermatitis and inhibiting pruritus; if the amount of the mint extract added is too large, the use feeling is affected by the excessive addition because the mint extract has a cooling effect.
In one embodiment of the invention, the weight percentage of the mint extract is 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.3%.
In some embodiments, the mint extract is selected from at least one of menthol and peppermint oil. The menthol and the peppermint oil have the effects of deeply cleaning the skin, effectively removing oil and preventing the accumulation of skin pore toxins; at the same time, menthol and peppermint oil have a penetration-promoting effect, which helps the active principle penetrate deep into the skin, especially in the core of the inflamed area, and improves patient compliance by increasing the cooling and itching-relieving effect.
In some embodiments, the mint extract is obtained by extracting mint leaves, stems and buds through a steam distillation method, and the preparation process is simple and easy to operate.
Specifically, the head washing agent comprises 0.3-0.6 wt% of plant essential oil based on 100 wt% of the total weight of the head washing agent; the plant essential oil and the coal tar extract are added for synergistic action, so that the head detergent is ensured not to have strong characteristic smell of coal tar, and the obtained detergent is easy to be accepted by consumers. If the amount of the plant essential oil added is too small, the odor of the head detergent cannot be effectively improved.
In the specific embodiment of the invention, the plant essential oil is 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.37%, 0.40%, 0.42%, 0.45%, 0.47%, 0.50%, 0.52%, 0.55%, 0.57%, 0.6% by weight.
Further, the plant essential oil is at least one selected from lavender essential oil and pine needle essential oil.
In some embodiments, the plant essential oil is selected from lavender essential oil obtained by steam distillation of inflorescence of lavender belonging to family Labiatae. The odor of the head detergent can be improved due to its fragrant odor; and has the effects of balancing oily secretion of skin, effectively improving the oil secretion of a head detergent in a seborrheic dermatitis area and reducing the generation of oily-fungal dandruff in the using process.
In some embodiments, the plant essential oil is selected from pine needle essential oil, which is also called fir oil, and is prepared from needle leaves and twigs of fir of Pinaceae by steam distillation. The odor of the head detergent is improved, and meanwhile, the itching and irritation of sweat on an inflammation area can be reduced, so that the overall property of the head detergent is further improved.
Specifically, the head washing agent comprises 4-8 wt% of an auxiliary agent based on 100 wt% of the total weight of the head washing agent, and the performance of the head washing agent can be further improved by adding the auxiliary agent; the obtained head washing agent has good effect on seborrheic dermatitis, excessive dandruff caused by seborrheic dermatitis and seborrheic scalp psoriasis, simultaneously reduces irritation to skin, has no unpleasant odor, and is beneficial to wide application.
Further, the auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.04 to 1.5 percent of preservative
0.1 to 0.2 percent of chelating agent
1.5 to 5 percent of thickening agent
In some embodiments, the auxiliary agent comprises 0.04-1.5 wt% of preservative, and the preservative is added to inhibit microbial activity and prevent the head detergent from deteriorating and further affecting use. If the amount of the preservative added is too large, the overall properties of the product are affected, and if the amount is too small, the effect of inhibiting microbial infection and growth is not obtained.
In particular embodiments of the invention, the preservative is present in an amount of 0.04%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.4%, 0.45%, 0.5%, 0.55%, 0.6%, 0.65%, 0.7%, 0.75%, 0.8%, 0.85%, 0.9%, 0.95%, 1.0%, 1.1%, 1.2%, 1.3%, 1.4%, 1.5% by weight.
In some embodiments, the preservative is selected from at least one of benzyl alcohol, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, and p-chloroxylenol. The selected preservative is a broad-spectrum type mildew-proof antibacterial agent, can act on most conventional bacteria, and has the advantages of heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance, so that the preservative can achieve effective action in a head detergent product.
Furthermore, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone is added and used in a mixture form, wherein the mass ratio of the methylisothiazolinone to the methylchloroisothiazolinone is 3:1, and the mixed preservative of the methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone can effectively achieve the effects of mildew resistance and bacteria resistance.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary agent comprises 0.1-0.2 wt% of a chelating agent, the chelating agent is added to ensure that the head detergent can chelate Ca ions and Mg ions contained in hard water in the using process, and the using effect of the head detergent is poor due to the serious defoaming function of the Ca ions and the Mg ions, so that the foaming effect of the head detergent can be improved by adding a small amount of the chelating agent.
In particular embodiments of the invention, the chelating agent is present in an amount of 0.1%, 0.11%, 0.12%, 0.13%, 0.14%, 0.15%, 0.16%, 0.17%, 0.18%, 0.19%, 0.2% by weight.
