技术领域
本发明涉及面料加工领域,具体的讲是一种长绒棉紧捻纱聚酯纤维交织面料。
背景技术
紧捻纱是纺织用的原料的一种,它的捻度为正常纱的1.5倍以上,重量是1.1倍左右,阔度为正常纱的0.9左右,纱条强力好,光洁高,有蔴纤维滑爽的风格,也有纯棉织物细腻的感觉,穿着非常的舒适,有自然空调的作用,现在多与其他纤维丝线,例如聚酯纤维一同纺织成具有不同功能的布料。但是由于紧捻纱的捻度较大,容易形成粘结。
因此设计一种长绒棉紧捻纱聚酯纤维交织面料是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明突破了现有技术的难题,设计了一种长绒棉紧捻纱聚酯纤维交织面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明设计了一种长绒棉紧捻纱聚酯纤维交织面料,织物包括紧捻纱和功能性长丝,紧捻纱为60英支精梳100%长绒棉,Z捻向,捻度580的汽蒸纱,功能性长丝为细度为50D/32F的双组分涤纶且含凉感微粒子的索罗娜长丝。
加工工艺的步骤如下:
步骤1:将长绒棉汽蒸纱和索罗娜长丝分别经过退纱、压纱后,长绒棉汽蒸纱采用紧捻纱输线方法,通过用于紧捻纱针织的压纱环组件,储存在储存式输线装置中,与索罗娜长丝一同备用;
步骤2:采用长绒棉汽蒸纱为面纱,索罗娜长丝为里纱的添纱编织工艺,织物结构为纬平针组织;编织机的参数设置如下:线圈长度:24~24.5cm/100N;进线张力:3~5g;吃纱比:长绒棉汽蒸纱64%,索罗娜长丝36%;羊角尺寸:100cm;光坯门幅:188cm;光坯密度:直:136眼/5cm,横:94眼/5cm;光坯干重:183g/m²;
步骤3:面料整染。
步骤3的面料整染工艺如下:
步骤31:预定型;预定型的工艺如下:采取拉幅定型机进行清水预定型,定型机参数设置为:速度:24m/min;温度:180℃;上超喂量:15%;下超喂量:25%;总落机门幅:188~189cm;落机克重:188 ~195 g/cm2
步骤32:采用平幅针织烧毛机进行烧毛,烧毛机参数设置为:火口温度:1000~1150℃;火焰高度:11~12cm;火焰喷射速度:12 ~14cm/s;火口数量:双火口;车速:70 ~80m/min;
步骤33:丝光;
步骤34:染色;
步骤35:平幅扎水;
步骤36:烘燥;
步骤37:柔软导湿定型;
步骤38:检验打卷。
步骤33的丝光工艺如下:
步骤331:干布进布;
步骤332:直辊浸碱,直辊浸碱的碱液浓度:270~280g/L,丝光渗透剂:5~7g/L,碱液温度:18~25℃,浸碱时间:45~55 s;
步骤333:直辊膨化;
步骤334:针板拉幅喷淋冲洗去碱,冲洗淡碱浓度:40g/L,冲洗淡碱温度:60~70℃;
步骤335:轧车浸轧去碱;
步骤336:热洗,热洗温度为:90~95℃;
步骤337:水洗中和,水洗中和温度为:65~70℃;
步骤338:水洗;
步骤339:出布。
步骤34的染色工艺要求如下:
染色浴比:1:10;染涤染色温度:130℃,染棉染色温度:60℃;染涤染色时间:30min,染棉染色时间:60min。
步骤37的柔软导湿定型工艺如下:采用拉幅定型机及50g/L 788柔软导湿硅油进行导湿定型;
定型机参数设置如下:速度:24m/min;温度:160℃;上/下超喂量:20%;总落机门幅:187~188cm;落机克重:181~188 g/m²。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用独特的编制工艺生产出紧捻纱与索罗娜长丝交织的面料,并通过独特的加工工艺使得该面料不会受到损伤,解决了紧捻纱容易粘结的问题。
具体实施方式
本发明设计了一种长绒棉紧捻纱聚酯纤维交织面料,织物包括紧捻纱和功能性长丝,紧捻纱是将60英支精梳100%长绒棉通过Z捻向加捻至捻度为580的汽蒸纱,功能性长丝是细度为50D/32F的双组分涤纶且含凉感微粒的索罗娜长丝。
加工工艺的步骤如下:
步骤1:将长绒棉汽蒸纱和索罗娜长丝分别经过退纱、压纱后,长绒棉汽蒸纱采用紧捻纱输线方法,通过用于紧捻纱针织的压纱环组件,储存在储存式输线装置中备用,防止了紧捻纱扭结;
步骤2:采用长绒棉汽蒸纱为面纱,索罗娜长丝为里纱的添纱编织工艺,织物结构为纬平针组织;编织机的参数设置如下:线圈长度:24~24.5cm/100N;进线张力:3~5g;吃纱比:长绒棉汽蒸纱64%,索罗娜长丝36%;羊角尺寸:100cm;光坯门幅:188cm;光坯密度:直:136眼/5cm;横:94眼/5cm;光坯干重:183g/m²;
为了使两种纱线添纱编织的位置准确,确保在面料正反发挥不同功能,两种纱线在纺织时设置的线圈长度在平均值基础上有所不同,面纱长些,里纱短些,面纱与里纱的长度相差2~4%;在编织张力上,紧捻纱偏向3g,索罗娜长丝偏向5g。
步骤3:面料整染。
步骤3的面料整染工艺如下:
步骤31:预定型;预定型的工艺如下:采取拉幅定型机进行清水预定型,定型机参数设置为:速度:24m/min;温度:180℃;上超喂量:15%;下超喂量:25%;总落机门幅:188~189cm;落机克重:188 ~195 g/cm2
步骤32:采用平幅针织烧毛机进行烧毛,烧毛机参数设置为:火口温度:1000~1150℃;火焰高度:11~12cm;火焰喷射速度:12 ~14cm/s;火口数量:双火口;车速:70 ~80m/min。
