本发明涉及隔绝防护用辅助装置技术领域,具体为一种防火的夹层玻璃及其制备工艺。
背景技术
夹层玻璃是由两片或多片玻璃,之间夹了一层或多层有机聚合物中间膜,经过特殊的高温预压或抽真空及高温高压工艺处理后,使玻璃和中间膜永久粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品,此外,还有一些比较特殊的如彩色中间膜夹层玻璃、SGX类印刷中间膜夹层玻璃、XIR类LOW-E中间膜夹层玻璃等,内嵌装饰件金属网、金属板等夹层玻璃、内嵌PET材料夹层玻璃等装饰及功能性夹层玻璃,在对夹层玻璃中使用最多的就是防火的夹层玻璃,而在对防火的夹层玻璃进行加工时就会使用到防火的夹层玻璃的制备工艺。
现有的防火的夹层玻璃在使用时常常由于不易敲碎而导致工作人员工作难度增加的问题,对此我们提出一种防火的夹层玻璃及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火的夹层玻璃及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的防火的夹层玻璃在使用时常常由于不易敲碎而导致工作人员工作难度增加的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火的夹层玻璃,包括夹层玻璃固定外框体,所述夹层玻璃固定外框体的一端设置有夹层玻璃放置槽,所述夹层玻璃放置槽的内部设置有固定玻璃块,且固定玻璃块设置有两个,两个所述固定玻璃块通过PVB胶片主体粘连连接,所述固定玻璃块的一端设置有敲碎凹槽,且敲碎凹槽设置有四个,所述固定玻璃块的一侧设置有磨砂贴膜体,且磨砂贴膜体与固定玻璃块通过黏性连接。

一种防火的夹层玻璃的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:所述将制备夹层玻璃材料按质量进行称量,其中制备材料的比例分别为:石英砂SiO218%、纯碱Na2CO319%、方解石CaO13%、石灰石CaCO39%、硼化合物B2O316%、碳酸钡BaCO315%、防火胶泥1.5%,水8.5%;
步骤2:将步骤1中的原材料倒至到搅拌罐中,通过搅拌罐将多种原材料进行混合,混合完成后就可以得到混合原料,然后将得到的混合原料加入到熔炉中进行高温融化,得到融化后的混合原料液;
步骤3:将玻璃模具拿取到特定位置处,然后打开注塑口,将混合原料液通过注塑口注入到玻璃模具的内部,然后取出需要进行夹取的钳夹,并对钳夹进行清洗,且钳夹的清洗液为玻璃水,使钳夹外表的铁锈给清除干净,同时对褪火设备进行清洗;
步骤4:这时就可以打开玻璃模具,然后取出步骤4中清洗完毕的钳夹,并用钳夹将玻璃模具内部的成型的玻璃夹取到褪火设备上,然后将玻璃进行褪火,褪火完成后,这时就可以对玻璃边角进行烧铸,让玻璃边角通过高温烧至圆滑,减少尖锐的存在,这时就可以得到夹层玻璃所需要的固定玻璃块3,然后通过钻孔装置将固定玻璃块3的四个拐角处均钻出一个敲碎凹槽7,再将PVB胶片主体4取出,并对其进行加热融化;
步骤5:将步骤4中得到的固定玻璃块3取出两块,并将两块固定玻璃块3均放置到玻璃清洗烘干机处,并对玻璃进行清洗和烘干,然后取出清洗过后的固定玻璃块3,这时就可以两块固定玻璃块3放置到平压初压机上,然后将一块两块固定玻璃块3上涂满步骤4融化的PVB胶片主体4,这时就可以通过平压初压机将两块固定玻璃块3进行粘连,这样就可以得到制备好的夹层玻璃;
步骤6:将步骤5中制备好的夹层玻璃取出,这时就可以取出需要进行粘连的磨砂贴膜体5,将磨砂贴膜体5贴至夹层玻璃的两侧,然后就可以将夹层玻璃固定外框体1取出,此时就可以将夹层玻璃放置到夹层玻璃放置槽6的内部,此时夹层玻璃放置槽6内部的防晃动内圆凸条8和夹层玻璃限位软垫块9就可以让夹层玻璃与夹层玻璃固定外框体1固定更加稳定,可以大大降低夹层玻璃受损的概率。

一种防火的夹层玻璃的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将制备夹层玻璃材料按质量进行称量,其中制备材料的比例分别为:石英砂SiO218%、纯碱Na2CO319%、方解石CaO13%、石灰石CaCO39%、硼化合物B2O316%、碳酸钡BaCO315%、防火胶泥1.5%,水8.5%;
步骤2:将步骤1中的原材料倒至到搅拌罐中,通过搅拌罐将多种原材料进行混合,混合完成后就可以得到混合原料,然后将得到的混合原料加入到熔炉中进行高温融化,得到融化后的混合原料液;
步骤3:将玻璃模具拿取到特定位置处,然后打开注塑口,将混合原料液通过注塑口注入到玻璃模具的内部,然后取出需要进行夹取的钳夹,并对钳夹进行清洗,且钳夹的清洗液为玻璃水,使钳夹外表的铁锈给清除干净,同时对褪火设备进行清洗;
步骤4:这时就可以打开玻璃模具,然后取出步骤4中清洗完毕的钳夹,并用钳夹将玻璃模具内部的成型的玻璃夹取到褪火设备上,然后将玻璃进行褪火,褪火完成后,这时就可以对玻璃边角进行烧铸,让玻璃边角通过高温烧至圆滑,减少尖锐的存在,这时就可以得到夹层玻璃所需要的固定玻璃块3,然后通过钻孔装置将固定玻璃块3的四个拐角处均钻出一个敲碎凹槽7,再将PVB胶片主体4取出,并对其进行加热融化;
步骤5:将步骤4中得到的固定玻璃块3取出两块,并将两块固定玻璃块3均放置到玻璃清洗烘干机处,并对玻璃进行清洗和烘干,然后取出清洗过后的固定玻璃块3,这时就可以两块固定玻璃块3放置到平压初压机上,然后将一块两块固定玻璃块3上涂满步骤4融化的PVB胶片主体4,这时就可以通过平压初压机将两块固定玻璃块3进行粘连,这样就可以得到制备好的夹层玻璃;
步骤6:将步骤5中制备好的夹层玻璃取出,这时就可以取出需要进行粘连的磨砂贴膜体5,将磨砂贴膜体5贴至夹层玻璃的两侧,然后就可以将夹层玻璃固定外框体1取出,此时就可以将夹层玻璃放置到夹层玻璃放置槽6的内部,此时夹层玻璃放置槽6内部的防晃动内圆凸条8和夹层玻璃限位软垫块9就可以让夹层玻璃与夹层玻璃固定外框体1固定更加稳定,可以大大降低夹层玻璃受损的概率。
进一步,步骤2中,熔炉熔化的温度为1200℃~1600℃,熔炉熔化的时间为420min~480min。
进一步,步骤4中,褪火设备褪火的温度为60℃~100℃,褪火设备褪火的时间为60min~90min。
进一步,步骤5中,玻璃清洗烘干机清洗的时间为5min~10min,玻璃清洗烘干机烘干的时间为10min~20min,玻璃清洗烘干机烘干温度的时间为40℃~50℃。
进一步,步骤5中,平压初压机压平的时间为5min~10min。

Claims (8)

1.一种防火的夹层玻璃,包括夹层玻璃固定外框体(1),其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)的一端设置有夹层玻璃放置槽(6),所述夹层玻璃放置槽(6)的内部设置有固定玻璃块(3),且固定玻璃块(3)设置有两个,两个所述固定玻璃块(3)通过PVB胶片主体(4)粘连连接,所述固定玻璃块(3)的一端设置有敲碎凹槽(7),且敲碎凹槽(7)设置有四个,所述固定玻璃块(3)的一侧设置有磨砂贴膜体(5),且磨砂贴膜体(5)与固定玻璃块(3)通过黏性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)的外部设置有防滑凹槽(2),且防滑凹槽(2)设置有若干个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃放置槽(6)内部的一侧设置有夹层玻璃限位软垫块(9),且夹层玻璃限位软垫块(9)与夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)通过黏性连接,所述夹层玻璃放置槽(6)的内壁设置有防晃动内圆凸条(8),且防晃动内圆凸条(8)与夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)通过黏性连接。
4.基于权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:所述将制备夹层玻璃材料按质量进行称量,其中制备材料的比例分别为:石英砂(SiO2)18%、纯碱(Na2CO3)19%、方解石(CaO)13%、石灰石(CaCO3)9%、硼化合物(B2O3)16%、碳酸钡(BaCO3)15%、防火胶泥1.5%,水8.5%;
步骤2:将步骤1中的原材料倒至到搅拌罐中,通过搅拌罐将多种原材料进行混合,混合完成后就可以得到混合原料,然后将得到的混合原料加入到熔炉中进行高温融化,得到融化后的混合原料液;
步骤3:将玻璃模具拿取到特定位置处,然后打开注塑口,将混合原料液通过注塑口注入到玻璃模具的内部,然后取出需要进行夹取的钳夹,并对钳夹进行清洗,且钳夹的清洗液为玻璃水,使钳夹外表的铁锈给清除干净,同时对褪火设备进行清洗;
步骤4:这时就可以打开玻璃模具,然后取出步骤4中清洗完毕的钳夹,并用钳夹将玻璃模具内部的成型的玻璃夹取到褪火设备上,然后将玻璃进行褪火,褪火完成后,这时就可以对玻璃边角进行烧铸,让玻璃边角通过高温烧至圆滑,减少尖锐的存在,这时就可以得到夹层玻璃所需要的固定玻璃块(3),然后通过钻孔装置将固定玻璃块(3)的四个拐角处均钻出一个敲碎凹槽(7),再将PVB胶片主体(4)取出,并对其进行加热融化;
步骤5:将步骤4中得到的固定玻璃块(3)取出两块,并将两块固定玻璃块(3)均放置到玻璃清洗烘干机处,并对玻璃进行清洗和烘干,然后取出清洗过后的固定玻璃块(3),这时就可以两块固定玻璃块(3)放置到平压初压机上,然后将一块两块固定玻璃块(3)上涂满步骤4融化的PVB胶片主体(4),这时就可以通过平压初压机将两块固定玻璃块(3)进行粘连,这样就可以得到制备好的夹层玻璃;
步骤6:将步骤5中制备好的夹层玻璃取出,这时就可以取出需要进行粘连的磨砂贴膜体(5),将磨砂贴膜体(5)贴至夹层玻璃的两侧,然后就可以将夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)取出,此时就可以将夹层玻璃放置到夹层玻璃放置槽(6)的内部,此时夹层玻璃放置槽(6)内部的防晃动内圆凸条(8)和夹层玻璃限位软垫块(9)就可以让夹层玻璃与夹层玻璃固定外框体(1)固定更加稳定,可以大大降低夹层玻璃受损的概率;。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:步骤2中,所述熔炉熔化的温度为1200℃~1600℃,所述熔炉熔化的时间为420min~480min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述褪火设备褪火的温度为60℃~100℃,所述褪火设备褪火的时间为60min~90min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:步骤5中,所述玻璃清洗烘干机清洗的时间为5min~10min,所述玻璃清洗烘干机烘干的时间为10min~20min,所述玻璃清洗烘干机烘干温度的时间为40℃~50℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:步骤5中,所述平压初压机压平的时间为5min~10min。
