Abstract

本发明提供了一种多电机混合动力驱动装置及车辆,属于车辆混合动力车辆领域。该多电机混合动力驱动装置包括:动力源,用于输出驱动力,包括发动机和多个电机;齿轮变速机构,包括输入轴和设置于所述输入轴的输入齿轮,所述发动机与所述输入轴相连,且每一所述电机均通过所述输入齿轮向所述输入轴传递驱动力。本发明还提供了包括上述多电机混合动力驱动装置的车辆。本发明的多电机混合动力驱动装置及车辆,能够提高车辆的动力性能并提高驱动装置的可靠性。

一种多电机混合动力驱动装置及车辆
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车辆领域,特别是涉及一种多电机混合动力驱动装置及车辆。
背景技术
随着能源危机和环境污染问题不断加剧,世界各国特别是作为汽车大国的中国,在大力倡导节能汽车的开发,在大吨位车辆应用领域,发动机单独驱动能源消耗高。由于车辆需求较大的输出扭矩,要保证较高的最高车速,纯电驱动系统重量大、制造成本高,中高速时动力性能不足等问题。
现有技术中采用多挡AMT(Automated Mechanical transmission,自动机械式变速器)替代减速装置,虽然对车辆中高速的动力性能有所提升,但依然会带来因频繁换挡导致的动力中断,舒适性降低,同时系统成本进一步增加;同时车辆行驶里程短,使用工况单一。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的一个目的是提供一种多电机混合动力驱动装置,能够提高车辆的动力性能。
本发明的进一步的一个目的是要提高驱动装置的可靠性。
本发明第二方面的一个目的是提供一种包括上述多电机混合动力驱动装置的车辆。
特别地,本发明提供了一种多电机混合动力驱动装置,包括:
动力源,用于输出驱动力,包括发动机和多个电机;
齿轮变速机构,包括输入轴和设置于所述输入轴的输入齿轮,所述发动机与所述输入轴相连,且每一所述电机均通过所述输入齿轮向所述输入轴传递驱动力。
可选地,所述发动机的输出轴与所述输入轴通过离合器相连;
每一所述电机的输出轴处设有电机齿轮,每一所述电机齿轮均与所述输入齿轮啮合。
可选地,多电机混合动力驱动装置还包括:
差速器总成,其输入端与所述齿轮变速机构的输出端相连,所述差速器总成输出端分别与左右驱动半轴相连,用于将驱动力传递至轮端以驱动车辆的车轮。
可选地,所述齿轮变速机构还包括:
第一换挡齿轮,设置于所述输入轴处;
中间轴;
第二换挡齿轮,设置于所述中间轴处且与所述第一换挡齿轮啮合;
第三换挡齿轮,设置于所述中间轴处;
输出轴,与所述差速器总成相连;

本发明的多电机混合动力驱动装置采用了多个电机与发动机耦合,可以使得发动机始终保持在高效区,降低能源消耗,提高车辆的动力性能。多电机可以通过分时合理安排各个电机进行工作,达到均摊各电机累积损伤。一旦单个电机出现故障,车辆仍然可以借助其余几组电机正常驱动,提高电驱动系统的可靠性。
进一步地,相对于现有重型车辆采用大电机与多档AMT驱动方式存在的大电机电控成本高和多档AMT换档中断问题,本发明采用多电机方案可以有效降低电机电控成本,降低换档中断。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的多电机混合动力驱动装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,一个实施例中,多电机混合动力驱动装置包括动力源和齿轮变速机构。动力源用于输出驱动力,包括发动机1和多个电机3A。齿轮变速机构包括输入轴5A和设置于输入轴5A的输入齿轮4B,发动机1与输入轴5A相连,且每一电机3A均通过输入齿轮4B向输入轴5A传递驱动力。进一步地,发动机1的输出轴与输入轴5A通过离合器2相连。每一电机3A的输出轴3B处设有电机齿轮4A,每一电机齿轮4A均与输入齿轮4B啮合。
本实施例的多电机混合动力驱动装置采用了多个电机3A与发动机1耦合,可以使得发动机1始终保持在高效区,降低能源消耗。多电机可以通过分时合理安排各个电机进行工作,达到均摊各电机累积损伤。一旦单个电机出现故障,车辆仍然可以借助其余几组电机正常驱动,提高电驱动系统的可靠性。

可选地,第一换挡齿轮5B通过花键或焊接的方式与输入轴5A相连。
可选地,第二换挡齿轮5D和第三换挡齿轮5E通过花键与中间轴5C连接。

通过换挡装置5H可以控制多电机混合动力驱动装置形成两个档位。具体地,在换挡装置5H控制输出轴5G与第四换挡齿轮5F结合时形成1挡传递路径,此时输出轴5G与第一换挡齿轮5B脱开,输入轴5A上的驱动力依次通过第一换挡齿轮5B、第二换挡齿轮5D、中间轴5C、第三换挡齿轮5E、第四换挡齿轮5F和输出轴5G传输至差速器总成6,进而将动力传递至左右驱动半轴7,以驱动车辆的车轮。在换挡装置5H控制输出轴5G与第一换挡齿轮5B结合时形成2挡传递路径,此时输出轴5G与第四换挡齿轮5F脱开,以将输入轴5A上的驱动力通过第一换挡齿轮5B和输出轴5G传输至差速器总成6,进而将动力传递至左右驱动半轴7,以驱动车辆的车轮。上述过程形成了两档驱动模式。
可选地,上述实施例中的多个电机3A、齿轮变速机构和换挡装置5H均内置于变速器壳体内部。另一个实施例中,差速器总成6也集成于变速器壳体内。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的多电机混合动力驱动装置的电机组件的分布示意图。图2中电机组件3表示电机3A及其输出轴3B。如图2所示,多个电机组件3沿输入齿轮4B的周向布置。这种布置方式可使整个结构更紧凑,进一步节约布置空间。
一个实施例中,动力源配置成可受控地协同或单独工作。也就是发动机1与多个电机3A可以联合驱动车辆,也可以单独的驱动车辆。对于4个电机3A和1个发动机1的情况,可以形成下表1中的多个工作模式:

图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的多电机混合动力驱动装置的结构示意图。图4是根据本发明再一个实施例的多电机混合动力驱动装置的结构示意图。多个电机3A以下列之一种方式进行布置:前向布置、后向布置、对向布置。这里的前后侧是指附图1中左右侧,并不代表车辆的前后侧。如图1所示,这里的前向布置是指多个电机3A均布置于输入齿轮4B的前侧。如图4所示,这里的后向布置是指多个电机3A均布置于输入齿轮4B的后侧。如图3所示,这里的对向布置,是指至少部分的电机3A布置在输入齿轮4B的前侧,剩余的电机3A布置在输入齿轮4B的后侧。具体应用中可以根据车内的空间进行布置方式的选择,前向布置或者后向布置可以轴向空间。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,包括上述任一项的多电机混合动力驱动装置。
该车辆采用了多个电机3A与发动机1耦合,可以使得发动机1始终保持在高效区,降低能源消耗。多电机可以通过分时合理安排各个电机进行工作,达到均摊各电机累积损伤。一旦单个电机出现故障,车辆仍然可以借助其余几组电机正常驱动,提高电驱动系统的可靠性。
进一步地,相对于现有重型车辆采用大电机与多档AMT驱动方式存在的大电机电控成本高和多档AMT换档中断问题,本发明采用多电机方案可以有效降低电机电控成本,降低换档中断。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,包括:
动力源,用于输出驱动力,包括发动机和多个电机;
齿轮变速机构,包括输入轴和设置于所述输入轴的输入齿轮,所述发动机与所述输入轴相连,且每一所述电机均通过所述输入齿轮向所述输入轴传递驱动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述发动机的输出轴与所述输入轴通过离合器相连;
每一所述电机的输出轴处设有电机齿轮,每一所述电机齿轮均与所述输入齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
差速器总成,其输入端与所述齿轮变速机构的输出端相连,所述差速器总成输出端分别与左右驱动半轴相连,用于将驱动力传递至轮端以驱动车辆的车轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮变速机构还包括:
第一换挡齿轮,设置于所述输入轴处;
中间轴;
第二换挡齿轮,设置于所述中间轴处且与所述第一换挡齿轮啮合;
第三换挡齿轮,设置于所述中间轴处;
输出轴,与所述差速器总成相连;
第四换挡齿轮,设置于所述输出轴处且与所述第三换挡齿轮啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮变速机构还包括:
换挡装置,设置于所述输入轴处,配置为控制所述输出轴与所述第一换挡齿轮或所述第四换挡齿轮相结合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述齿轮变速机构配置为在所述换挡装置控制所述输出轴与所述第四换挡齿轮结合时形成1挡传递路径,以将所述输入轴上的驱动力依次通过所述第一换挡齿轮、所述第二换挡齿轮、所述中间轴、所述第三换挡齿轮、所述第四换挡齿轮和所述输出轴传输至所述差速器总成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述齿轮变速机构配置为在所述换挡装置控制所述输出轴与所述第一换挡齿轮结合时形成2挡传递路径,以将所述输入轴上的驱动力通过所述第一换挡齿轮和所述输出轴传输至所述差速器总成。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,多个所述电机沿所述输入齿轮的周向布置。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述多个电机以下列之一种方式进行布置:
前向布置、后向布置、对向布置。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的多电机混合动力驱动装置。
