Abstract
本发明提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置及其裁切方法,该装置包括设置在胶片出片机构侧方的旋转主轴,旋转主轴外缘上分布有若干切割轴,每根切割轴顶部设置有刀具夹头,刀具夹头通过伸缩杆与切割轴相连;每个刀具夹头上夹持有不同的刀具,刀具夹头两侧设置有刀具保护套。本发明可以根据工艺需求多角度灵活裁切胶片,并且方便切换使用不同的刀具。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶片生产线领域,具体是一种多刀头胶片裁切装置及其裁切方法。
背景技术
在现有的胶片生产线的最后阶段,需要通过切胶装置对胶片进行切割,现有的滚动式切胶装置包括安装防护罩内的切刀,切刀通过旋转轴与电机相连。该装置缺点如下:
1、只能进行单一角度的切割,使用时需要人工不断调整切割角度。
2、只能使用单一的刀具,无法根据胶片的需求及时更换刀具,刀具维修更替也麻烦。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置及其裁切方法,可以根据工艺需求多角度灵活裁切胶片,并且方便切换使用不同的刀具。
本发明提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置,包括设置在胶片出片机构侧方的旋转主轴,旋转主轴外缘上分布有若干切割轴,每根切割轴顶部设置有刀具夹头,刀具夹头通过伸缩杆与切割轴相连;每个刀具夹头上夹持有不同的刀具,刀具夹头两侧设置有刀具保护套。
进一步改进,所述的刀具夹头设计有与保护套配套的保护盖。
本发明还提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置的裁切方法,包括以下步骤:
1)根据生产线上胶片的类型以及工艺需求选择与胶片相配合的若干刀具,分别安装在切割轴的刀具夹头上,其余未被使用的刀具夹头盖上保护盖;
2)胶片通过出片机构通过裁切装置时,旋转主轴根据工艺需求将合适刀具旋转到胶片附近,伸缩杆将刀具伸出道具保护套外部,胶片出片机构控制胶片移动速度,旋转主轴控制刀具切割角度,按照工艺需求进行裁切;
3)一次裁切完成后,旋转主轴根据工艺需求将需要用的刀具旋转到胶片处,并是伸缩杆将刀具伸出道具保护套外部,非工作的刀具伸缩杆收缩将其收回刀具保护盖内部,等待下次工作。
进一步改进,刀具发生损坏时,将损坏刀具转动到远离胶片的一侧,方便工作人员拆卸更换刀具。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、可以根据工艺需求多角度灵活裁切胶片。
2、方便切换使用不同的刀具。
3、损坏的刀具方便维修。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置,结构如图1所示,包括设置在胶片出片机构侧方的旋转主轴,旋转主轴外缘上分布有若干切割轴,每根切割轴顶部设置有刀具夹头,刀具夹头通过伸缩杆与切割轴相连;每个刀具夹头上夹持有不同的刀具,刀具夹头两侧设置有刀具保护套。
进一步改进,所述的刀具夹头设计有与保护套配套的保护盖。
本发明还提供了一种多刀头胶片裁切装置的裁切方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种多刀头胶片裁切装置,其特征在于:包括设置在胶片出片机构侧方的旋转主轴,旋转主轴外缘上分布有若干切割轴,每根切割轴顶部设置有刀具夹头,刀具夹头通过伸缩杆与切割轴相连;每个刀具夹头上夹持有不同的刀具,刀具夹头两侧设置有刀具保护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多刀头胶片裁切装置,其特征在于:所述的刀具夹头设计有与保护套配套的保护盖。
3.一种多刀头胶片裁切装置的裁切方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)根据生产线上胶片的类型以及工艺需求选择与胶片相配合的若干刀具,分别安装在切割轴的刀具夹头上,其余未被使用的刀具夹头盖上保护盖;
2)胶片通过出片机构通过裁切装置时,旋转主轴根据工艺需求将合适刀具旋转到胶片附近,伸缩杆将刀具伸出道具保护套外部,胶片出片机构控制胶片移动速度,旋转主轴控制刀具切割角度,按照工艺需求进行裁切;
3)一次裁切完成后,旋转主轴根据工艺需求将需要用的刀具旋转到胶片处,并是伸缩杆将刀具伸出道具保护套外部,非工作的刀具伸缩杆收缩将其收回刀具保护盖内部,等待下次工作。
4.一种多刀头胶片裁切装置的裁切方法,其特征在于:刀具发生损坏时,将损坏刀具转动到远离胶片的一侧,方便工作人员拆卸更换刀具。
