本发明提供集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,它包括有固定在机座上的绕卷筒,绕卷筒其中一侧的机座上固定有从动筒,绕卷筒内活动套装有绕卷轴,绕卷轴一端与主动齿轮连接,绕卷轴另一端穿过绕卷筒与定型件连接,从动筒内活动套装有从动轴,从动轴一端与从动齿轮连接,另一端伸出绕卷筒形成压制端,压制端外周面上等距分布有三条型柱,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;绕卷筒另一侧的机座上安装有校直组件。采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及线圈技术领域,尤其是指集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统。
背景技术
线圈通常指呈环形的导线绕组,对于异型线圈来说,异型线圈绕制困难,绕卷效率低,劳动强度大,同时在绕卷时导线易弯曲,影响绕卷效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的结构合理、使用效果好的线圈绕卷系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,它包括有固定在机座上的绕卷筒,绕卷筒其中一侧的机座上固定有从动筒,绕卷筒内活动套装有绕卷轴,绕卷轴一端与主动齿轮连接,绕卷轴另一端穿过绕卷筒与定型件连接,从动筒内活动套装有从动轴,从动轴一端与从动齿轮连接,另一端伸出绕卷筒形成压制端,压制端外周面上等距分布有三条型柱,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;绕卷筒另一侧的机座上安装有校直组件。
所述的校直组件包括有输入导板、输出导板、校直轮,其中,输入导板、输出导板均固定在机架上,输入导板、输出导板上均设有导线孔,两个导线孔的中心线位于同一直线上,输入导板与输出导板之间的机架上活动安装有数量大于的校直轮,校直轮依次错位分布在导线孔两侧的机架上,校直轮轮面内凹形成校正槽。
所述的绕卷筒顶部呈水平安装有推料气缸,推料气缸的活塞杆上连接有推料柱,推料柱外周面上通过轴承环安装有导向筒,定型件内端活动套装有推料套,推料套其中一侧外侧壁与推料柱连接固定。
所述的定型件其中一端与绕卷轴端部连接固定,定型件外侧等距分布有三条叉边,叉边边缘处采用弧形圆滑过渡,相邻叉边之间形成型区,型柱位于型区内。
本发明在采用上述方案后,导线穿过输入导板上的导线孔后依次穿过相邻的校直轮之间,在经过校直轮时,通过校正槽校直,最后由输出导板上导线孔穿出后再穿过型柱与叉边之间,电机带动绕卷轴旋转,通过主动齿轮带动从动齿轮旋转,通过从动齿轮、主动齿轮的相对旋转,使型柱、定型件在旋转的同时对导线进行导向并压制变形,使导线绕卷在定型件上,绕卷完成后,推料气缸的活塞杆伸出,通过推料柱带动推料套将绕在定型件上的绕圈推出,完成脱料,采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1和附图2,本实施例所述的集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,它包括有固定在机座1上的绕卷筒2,绕卷筒2其中一侧的机座1上固定有从动筒3,绕卷筒2内活动套装有绕卷轴4,绕卷轴4一端与主动齿轮5连接,绕卷轴4另一端穿过绕卷筒2与定型件6连接,从动筒3内活动套装有从动轴7,从动轴7一端与从动齿轮8连接,另一端伸出绕卷筒2形成压制端,压制端外周面上等距分布有三条型柱9,从动齿轮8与主动齿轮5啮合;绕卷筒2另一侧的机座上安装有校直组件。
校直组件包括有输入导板15、输出导板16、校直轮13,其中,输入导板15、输出导板16均固定在机架上,输入导板15、输出导板16上均设有导线孔14,两个导线孔14的中心线位于同一直线上,输入导板15与输出导板16之间的机架上活动安装有数量大于4的校直轮13,校直轮13依次错位分布在导线孔14两侧的机架上,校直轮13轮面内凹形成校正槽。
绕卷筒2顶部呈水平安装有推料气缸10,推料气缸10的活塞杆上连接有推料柱,推料柱外周面上通过轴承环安装有导向筒11,定型件6内端活动套装有推料套12,推料套12其中一侧外侧壁与推料柱连接固定。
定型件6其中一端与绕卷轴4端部连接固定,定型件6外侧等距分布有三条叉边,叉边边缘处采用弧形圆滑过渡,相邻叉边之间形成型区,型柱9位于型区内。
本发明在采用上述方案后,导线穿过输入导板上的导线孔后依次穿过相邻的校直轮之间,在经过校直轮时,通过校正槽校直,最后由输出导板上导线孔穿出后再穿过型柱与叉边之间,电机带动绕卷轴旋转,通过主动齿轮带动从动齿轮旋转,通过从动齿轮、主动齿轮的相对旋转,使型柱、定型件在旋转的同时对导线进行导向并压制变形,使导线绕卷在定型件上,绕卷完成后,推料气缸的活塞杆伸出,通过推料柱带动推料套将绕在定型件上的绕圈推出,完成脱料,采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好。

1.集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,其特征在于:它包括有固定在机座(1)上的绕卷筒(2),绕卷筒(2)其中一侧的机座(1)上固定有从动筒(3),绕卷筒(2)内活动套装有绕卷轴(4),绕卷轴(4)一端与主动齿轮(5)连接,绕卷轴(4)另一端穿过绕卷筒(2)与定型件(6)连接,从动筒(3)内活动套装有从动轴(7),从动轴(7)一端与从动齿轮(8)连接,另一端伸出绕卷筒(2)形成压制端,压制端外周面上等距分布有三条型柱(9),从动齿轮(8)与主动齿轮(5)啮合;绕卷筒(2)另一侧的机座上安装有校直组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,其特征在于:校直组件包括有输入导板(15)、输出导板(16)、校直轮(13),其中,输入导板(15)、输出导板(16)均固定在机架上,输入导板(15)、输出导板(16)上均设有导线孔(14),两个导线孔(14)的中心线位于同一直线上,输入导板(15)与输出导板(16)之间的机架上活动安装有数量大于4的校直轮(13),校直轮(13)依次错位分布在导线孔(14)两侧的机架上,校直轮(13)轮面内凹形成校正槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,其特征在于:绕卷筒(2)顶部呈水平安装有推料气缸(10),推料气缸(10)的活塞杆上连接有推料柱,推料柱外周面上通过轴承环安装有导向筒(11),定型件(6)内端活动套装有推料套(12),推料套(12)其中一侧外侧壁与推料柱连接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集校直、绕卷、脱料功能为一体的线圈绕卷系统,其特征在于:定型件(6)其中一端与绕卷轴(4)端部连接固定,定型件(6)外侧等距分布有三条叉边,叉边边缘处采用弧形圆滑过渡,相邻叉边之间形成型区,型柱(9)位于型区内。
