Background
Reproductive function can be assessed in a variety of ways, for example, from the structural integrity of testicular tissue, abnormalities in sperm morphology, high or low testosterone levels in the blood, or oxidative stress on sperm.

Further, the peptide powder is oyster peptide powder or sea cucumber peptide powder; the ginseng powder is artificially planted ginseng powder.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the oyster is rich in natural protein zinc, selenium and iron, has vital effects on the generation of semen, the quality of sperms and the secretion of sex hormones, is rich in oyster polysaccharide and arginine, is the best energy source for supplementing energy and physical strength, and is also a raw material for generating endogenous erectile promoting substances; the sea cucumber is warm in nature, salty in taste, capable of entering heart and kidney channels, tonifying kidney essence, controlling urination, tonifying yang and treating flaccidity; can be used for treating sexual impotence, premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, nocturia, frequent micturition, soreness of waist and knees.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition for improving sperm activity, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) mixing and dispersing linseed oil powder, rice bran fatty alkanol, ossein peptide, stachyose, cordyceps militaris powder, L-carnitine and mulberry powder in water, and standing at normal temperature for 12-18h for later use;
(3) pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati, mixing with Ginseng radix powder, Rubi fructus powder, fructus Lycii powder, Eucommiae cortex male pollen, peptide powder and microelements, dispersing in organic solvent, heating the organic solvent at 50-80 deg.C for 10-15 hr, adding the water dispersion in step (2) into the organic solvent, stirring, and mixing to obtain mixed solution;
(4) adding auxiliary materials into the mixed solution, then centrifuging and filtering to remove residues;
(5) adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 5.5-7, freeze drying the mixed solution, and sterilizing the lyophilized powder to obtain the composition for improving sperm activity.
Further, the preparation method of the morchella extract comprises the following steps:
pulverizing Morchella esculenta, sieving with a 120-mesh sieve, adding Morchella esculenta powder into 55% ethanol solution, and reflux-extracting at 85 deg.C for 10 hr to obtain Morchella esculenta extract;
the morchella extract is dispersed in an organic solvent in the step (3).
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the ethanol extraction is adopted to reflux and extract the morchella, so that the effective substances in the morchella are fully dissolved, and the effective components in the morchella are more favorably absorbed after being taken.
Further, the organic solvent in the step (3) is ethanol with the concentration of 60-85%;
the stirring speed is 100-150r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min;

(1) weighing 15g of linseed oil powder, 1g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 6g of collagen peptide, 1g of stachyose, 2g of rhizoma polygonati, 3g of taurine, 8g of cordyceps militaris powder, 1g of L-carnitine, 10g of mulberry powder, 0.2g of ginseng powder, 1.5g of raspberry powder, 1g of wolfberry powder, 0.3g of eucommia male pollen, 5g of oyster peptide powder, 15g of trace elements, 10g of isomaltooligosaccharide and 15g of fructo-oligosaccharide;
the trace elements comprise chelated zinc, chelated manganese, chelated copper and chelated iron, and the mass ratio of the chelated zinc to the chelated manganese to the chelated copper to the chelated iron is 1:0.3:0.4: 0.8;
(2) mixing and dispersing linseed oil powder, rice bran fatty alkanol, ossein peptide, stachyose, cordyceps militaris powder, L-carnitine and mulberry powder in water, and standing at normal temperature for 18 hours for later use;

(5) adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 7, freeze drying the mixed solution at-30 deg.C for 12h, and sterilizing the lyophilized powder at 110 deg.C with 365nm ultraviolet ray for 5min to obtain the composition for improving sperm activity.
Example 2
A composition for enhancing sperm motility:
(1) pulverizing Morchella esculenta, sieving with a 120-mesh sieve, adding Morchella esculenta powder into 55% ethanol solution, and reflux-extracting at 85 deg.C for 10 hr to obtain Morchella esculenta extract;
weighing 5g of linseed oil powder, 3g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 2g of collagen peptide, 3g of stachyose, 0.5g of rhizoma polygonati, 1g of taurine, 4g of cordyceps militaris powder, 5g of L-carnitine, 25g of mulberry powder, 1.5g of ginseng powder, 0.2g of raspberry powder, 0.5g of wolfberry powder, 1.2g of eucommia male pollen, 1g of morchella extract, 10g of oyster peptide powder, 10g of trace elements and 15g of fructo-oligosaccharide;
the trace elements comprise chelated zinc, chelated manganese, chelated copper and chelated iron, and the mass ratio of the chelated zinc to the chelated manganese to the chelated copper to the chelated iron is 1:0.6:0.2: 0.5;

(5) adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 5.5, freeze drying the mixed solution at-20 deg.C for 18h, and sterilizing the lyophilized powder at 110 deg.C with 365nm ultraviolet ray for 10min to obtain the composition for improving sperm activity.
Example 3
A composition for enhancing sperm motility:
(1) weighing 10g of linseed oil powder, 2g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 4g of collagen peptide, 2g of stachyose, 1g of rhizoma polygonati, 2g of taurine, 6g of cordyceps militaris powder, 3g of L-carnitine, 12g of mulberry powder, 1g of ginseng powder, 0.5g of raspberry powder, 0.7g of wolfberry powder, 0.5g of eucommia ulmoides male pollen, 8g of sea cucumber peptide powder, 12g of trace elements and 20g of isomaltooligosaccharide;
the trace elements comprise chelated zinc, chelated manganese, chelated copper and chelated iron, and the mass ratio of the chelated zinc to the chelated manganese to the chelated copper to the chelated iron is 1:0.4:0.3: 0.6;

Example 4
A composition for enhancing sperm motility:
(1) pulverizing Morchella esculenta, sieving with a 120-mesh sieve, adding Morchella esculenta powder into 55% ethanol solution, and reflux-extracting at 85 deg.C for 10 hr to obtain Morchella esculenta extract;
weighing 12g of linseed oil powder, 2.2g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 5g of ossein peptide, 3g of stachyose, 0.8g of rhizoma polygonati, 2g of taurine, 7g of cordyceps militaris powder, 2g of L-carnitine, 22g of mulberry powder, 0.4g of ginseng powder, 0.6g of raspberry powder, 0.5g of wolfberry powder, 0.8g of eucommia male pollen, 2g of morchella esculenta extract, 8g of sea cucumber peptide powder, 13g of trace elements, 10g of isomaltooligosaccharide and 8g of fructo-oligosaccharide;

weighing 8g of linseed oil powder, 1.2g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 5g of ossein peptide, 2g of stachyose, 1.1g of rhizoma polygonati, 2g of taurine, 6g of cordyceps militaris powder, 4g of L-carnitine, 24g of mulberry powder, 0.7g of ginseng powder, 0.8g of raspberry powder, 0.6g of wolfberry powder, 1g of eucommia male pollen, 4g of morchella esculenta extract, 5g of oyster peptide powder, 15g of trace elements, 8g of isomaltooligosaccharide and 15g of fructo-oligosaccharide;

Test example 1
Mixing the products of the examples 1-5 with deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1:20 to obtain a product water solution;
70 male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group and 10 rats in each of examples 1 to 5, wherein the control group and the examples 1 to 5 were used for preparing an oligospermia model by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, and the model group was injected with physiological saline.
Rats of examples 1-5 were treated by gavage with 5ml of the aqueous solution of the product of examples 1-5 each time, and with 5ml of physiological saline for the control and model groups, and after one month of gavage, the rats were sacrificed, and plasma was collected and the contents of testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone were measured by chemiluminescence, and the results are shown in table 1.
According to the experimental results in table 1, compared with the control group, the levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the model group are obviously increased, and the level of FSH is reduced, which indicates that cyclophosphamide can successfully construct a rat oligospermia model.
Compared with the model group, the results of the groups of examples 1 to 5 can obviously improve the contents of testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the serum of the rat with oligospermia, and prove that the products of the groups of examples 1 to 5 can improve the sperm activity.

After the product in the embodiment 3 of the invention is taken for 15 days, the survival rate of sperms reaches 72 percent after one hour of sperm discharge.
Case 2
Congratulating, checking, showing that the spouse is normal and diagnosing, wherein the congratulation is normal, and the age of 29 years old, the unemployed person in the Shandong Qingdao is not born in the last year after marriage: the survival rate of sperm one hour after sperm discharge is 12%. After the product in the embodiment 4 of the invention is taken for 10 days, the survival rate of sperms reaches 80 percent after one hour of sperm discharge.
Case 3
Kaisai, Weihai people in Shandong, age 32, four years after marriage, sexual life normal, through examination, spouse normal, diagnosis: the survival rate of sperm one hour after sperm discharge is 15%. After the product of the invention in the embodiment 5 is taken for 30 days, the survival rate of sperms reaches 75 percent after one hour of sperm discharge.

2. The composition for enhancing sperm motility according to claim 1, wherein said peptide powder is oyster peptide powder or sea cucumber peptide powder.
3. A composition for enhancing sperm cell motility according to claim 1, wherein said trace elements include zinc chelates, manganese chelates, copper chelates, and iron chelates.
The mass ratio of the chelated zinc, the chelated manganese, the chelated copper and the chelated iron is 1 (0.3-0.6): (0.2-0.4): (0.5-0.8).
4. A composition for enhancing sperm motility according to claim 1, wherein said excipient is isomalto-oligosaccharide and/or fructo-oligosaccharide.
5. The composition for enhancing sperm motility according to claim 1, further comprising 1-5 parts of Morchella esculenta extract.
6. A method of preparing a composition for enhancing sperm motility, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight of any one of claims 1 to 5;
(2) mixing and dispersing linseed oil powder, rice bran fatty alkanol, ossein peptide, stachyose, cordyceps militaris powder, L-carnitine and mulberry powder in water, and standing at normal temperature for 12-18h to obtain a water dispersion for later use;
(3) pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati, mixing with Ginseng radix powder, vitamin E, fructus Lycii powder, Eucommiae cortex male pollen, peptide powder and microelements, dispersing in organic solvent, heating the organic solvent at 50-80 deg.C for 10-15h, adding the water dispersion in step (2) into the organic solvent, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution;
(4) adding auxiliary materials into the mixed solution, then centrifuging and filtering to remove residues;
(5) adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 5.5-7, freeze drying the mixed solution, and sterilizing the lyophilized powder to obtain the composition for improving sperm activity.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the Morchella esculenta extract is prepared by:
pulverizing Morchella esculenta, sieving with 120 mesh sieve to obtain Morchella esculenta powder, adding into 55% ethanol solution, and reflux-extracting at 85 deg.C for 10 hr to obtain Morchella esculenta extract;
the morchella extract is dispersed in an organic solvent in the step (3).
8. A process for preparing a composition for enhancing sperm cell motility as claimed in claim 6, wherein said organic solvent in step (3) is ethanol at a concentration of 60-85%;
the stirring speed is 100-150r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min;
in the step (4), the centrifugation speed is 3000-5000r/min, and the centrifugation time is 5-10 min.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the lyophilizing temperature is-30 to-20 ℃ and the lyophilizing time is 12-18h in step (5);
the sterilization method comprises the step of sterilizing for 5-10min by adopting ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 365nm at the temperature of 110 ℃.
10. Use of a composition according to any of claims 1 to 5 for increasing sperm motility in the preparation of a functional food.
