本发明属于空压机冷却液技术领域,本发明提供了一种空压机冷却液组合物及其制备方法。本发明为了提高空压机油的热安定性、高温抗氧化性能及抗水解性能,将5‑30%多元醇酯基础油;70‑93%聚α‑烯烃(PAO)基础油;0.5‑0.8%胺类抗氧剂;0.25‑0.5%酚类抗氧剂;0.4‑0.6%氨基甲酸酯;0.05‑0.1%铁缓蚀剂;0.05‑0.1%铜缓蚀剂;10‑20ppm消泡剂;10‑30ppm破乳剂混合,制备得到空压机冷却液,本发明解决了空压机冷却液存在高温抗氧化性能及抗水解性能等问题,具有广泛的市场前景。

一种空压机冷却液组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于空压机冷却液技术领域,本发明提供了一种空压机冷却液组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
冷却液作为冷却剂,用于快速除去热量、冷却发动机,从而有效保护发动机,避免因过热导致的问题。为此合适的冷却液必须在工作温度下有适当的粘度,且针对不同用途的发动机领域,冷却液的组成往往又会有较大差别。其中空压机在工作的时候会产生大量的热,而适当的温度则可以保证空压机处于一个很合适的运转温度。当发空压机温度过高之后,就会导致它的效率降低,甚至是零件故障。因此,我们就需要通过对空压机进行降温,保证一个合适的运转温度。一般在冷却系统会加入冷却液来协助降温。
空压机冷却液需要达到的效果有:防冻:在温度过低的情况下,保证空压机系统不被冻坏,一般来说常用的防冻液的抗冻温度也就是冰点在-20℃~-45℃之间;防沸:在高温情况下保证不会过早的沸腾,一般来说常用的防冻液沸点在104℃~108℃,而当防冻液加入冷却系统并产生压力之后,沸点则会更高;防腐:防冻液可以减少对冷却系统的腐蚀,从而降低冷却系统被锈蚀导致的“漏水”问题。防锈:优质的防冻液可以避免发生冷却系统生锈的情况,如果冷却系统生锈会导致加速磨损和降低热传导的效率;一般而言,防冻液长时间不换,其中的防腐、防锈等功能将会降低,这样会造成冷却系统故障甚至发生锈蚀。因此防冻液一般每1.5年至2年更换一次。
目前国产的空压机冷却液的热安定性及高温抗氧化性能不佳,油品的运动黏度及酸值大幅增加,造成润滑不良从而导致压缩机机头抱死的现象,使设备无法正常工作。
因此,如何提高空压机油的热安定性、高温抗氧化性能及抗水解性能成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种空压机冷却液组合物及其制备方法,
本发明提供了一种空压机冷却液组合物,按重量百分比,由以下组分的原料制备而成:
5-30%多元醇酯基础油;70-93%聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油;0.5-0.8%胺类抗氧剂;0.25-0.5%酚类抗氧剂;0.4-0.6%氨基甲酸酯;0.05-0.1%铁缓蚀剂;0.05-0.1%铜缓蚀剂;10-20ppm消泡剂;10-30ppm破乳剂。
进一步,所述多元醇酯基础油购于英国禾大的Priolube 3970、上海道普化学有限公司的PriEco 3009中的一种或两种混合;可以起到清除污泥,增加添加剂的感受性,解决橡胶的密封性等问题。
进一步,所述聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油为PAO-4、PAO-6、PAO-8、PAO-65、PAO-100、PAO-150基础油中的一种或几种混合。
作为优选,选择PAO-150和PAO-6按质量比2~3:7~8混合;按特定种类和质量的PAO混合,得到的混合基础油可以获得优异的粘度指数,可以较为宽泛的环境温度下提供保护作用,粘度波动在整个生命周期都很平稳,因此具有优异的抗氧化能力,更长久的使用周期。
进一步,所述胺类抗氧剂选自二烷基二苯胺、4,4'-二异辛基二苯胺、双辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、丁辛基二苯胺中的一种或几种混合;胺类抗氧剂可以起到提高油品的耐老化性,延长换油周期的作用效果。
进一步,所述酚类抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、IRGANOX L115(德国BASF巴斯夫)抗氧化剂中的一种或几种混合;酚类抗氧剂可以起到提高油品的耐老化性,抑制污泥生成的作用效果。
其中,作为优选,胺类抗氧剂优选为丁辛基二苯胺和二烷基二苯胺按质量比1:1~2混合,酚类抗氧剂优选为IRGANOX L115,并将胺类抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂按质量比1.8~2.2:1混合,可以起到提高热安定性、高温抗氧化性的作用。
抗氧化剂的种类和加入量对于空压机冷却液而言影响是不同的,本发明混合后得到抗氧化剂不仅使空压机冷却液的氧化安定性显著提高,即使在高温下也能具有较好的抗氧化作用,且该混合抗氧化剂和聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油协同后,能显著提高空压机冷却液的起始氧化问题,这种协同效应主要得益于复配抗氧剂之间不同的抗氧化机理。
其中,氨基甲酸酯的加入可以起到抗氧、极压、无灰和抗磨的作用效果。
进一步,所述铁缓蚀剂选自咪唑啉衍生物,如BXH-102(湖北本心环保科技股份有限公司)等
进一步,所述铜缓蚀剂选自苯骈三氮唑或噻二唑衍生物中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述消泡剂选自有机硅或非硅消泡剂。如二甲基硅油、乙基硅油和甲苯基硅油、聚二甲基硅醚、XST-E200非硅型消泡剂等。
进一步,所述破乳剂选自油溶性破乳剂,如BXG-403(湖北本心环保科技股份有限公司)、T1001、DL32等中的一种。
以重量百分比计,取多元醇酯基础油、聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油、胺类抗氧剂、酚类抗氧剂、氨基甲酸酯、铁缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂,加入反应釜中,加热至40~60℃,并以1000~2000r/min的速度搅拌10~20min后,在20~50KHz超声混合10~20min,然后将消泡剂、破乳剂加入反应釜中,加热至35~45℃,以1000~2000r/min的速度搅拌10~20min,然后在20~50KHz超声混合3~5min,混合后得到空压机冷却液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明将基础油和抗氧化剂等组分进行复配,其中根据抗氧剂的抗氧化机理基础油复配,相互之间起到协同作用,使制备得到的空压机冷却液具有高氧化稳定性、氧化安定性好、低温流动性好、强力防止污物及油垢形成、极高的水解稳定性等性能,显著提高空压机冷却液的使用周期和使用效果。

实施例1
20%多元醇酯基础油(PriEco 3009);
78.46%聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油(由PAO-150和PAO-6按质量比2:8混合);
0.6%胺类抗氧剂(丁辛基二苯胺和二烷基二苯胺质量比1:1混合);
0.3%酚类抗氧剂(L115);
0.5%氨基甲酸酯;
0.08%铁缓蚀剂(BXH-102);
0.055%铜缓蚀剂(苯骈三氮唑);
20ppm消泡剂(二甲基硅油);
30ppm破乳剂(DL32)。
以重量百分比计,取多元醇酯基础油、聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油、胺类抗氧剂、酚类抗氧剂、氨基甲酸酯、铁缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂,加入反应釜中,加热至40℃,并以1000r/min的速度搅拌15min后,在30KHz超声混合15min,然后将消泡剂、破乳剂加入反应釜中,加热至40℃,以1500r/min的速度搅拌15min,然后在40KHz超声混合5min,混合后得到空压机冷却液。

1.一种空压机冷却液组合物,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,空压机冷却液由以下成分组成:5-30%多元醇酯基础油;70-93%聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油;0.5-0.8%胺类抗氧剂;0.25-0.5%酚类抗氧剂;0.4-0.6%氨基甲酸酯;0.05-0.1%铁缓蚀剂;0.05-0.1%铜缓蚀剂;10-20ppm消泡剂和10-30ppm破乳剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空压机冷却液组合物,其特征在于:所述胺类抗氧剂选自二烷基二苯胺、4,4'-二异辛基二苯胺、双辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、丁辛基二苯胺中的一种或几种混合。

7.根据权利要求1所述的空压机冷却液组合物,其特征在于:所述破乳剂选自油溶性破乳剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述空压机冷却液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法为:取多元醇酯基础油、聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油、胺类抗氧剂、酚类抗氧剂、氨基甲酸酯、铁缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂,加入反应釜中,加热至40~60℃,并以1000~2000r/min的速度搅拌10~20min后,在20~50KHz超声混合10~20min,然后将消泡剂、破乳剂加入反应釜中,加热至35~45℃,以1000~2000r/min的速度搅拌10~20min,然后在20~50KHz超声混合3~5min,混合后得到空压机冷却液。
