Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油及其制备方法,选用三次加氢及以上精制技术生产的环烷基基础油,具有稳定性强,饱和烃含量高等特点,有很强的抗氧化能力;环烷基基础油采用络合脱氮‑白土精制技术,对基础油作再进一步的精制处理,脱除硫、氮元素及不饱和杂环分子,并严格控制馏程指标,选取馏程在260‑360℃之间的馏分,初馏点与终馏点温度差不超过100℃,使本产品具有优秀的低温性能,且环烷基油具有良好的油泥溶解性能;由于矿物油的闪点不高,采用闪点高的四羟甲基甲烷酯进行基础油组合,得到油泥溶解性、低温性能、氧化安定性且抗燃性优异的冷冻机油。

一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在蒸气压缩式制冷系统中,冷冻机油是压缩机内用的润滑油,起着润滑压缩机的各运动部件,密封以及降噪的作用。同时,冷冻机油还可用作传热介质来冷却压缩机,且部分随着制冷剂一起循环,影响蒸发器和冷凝器的换热性能。优选的冷冻机油可以提高压缩机的机械效率,减小运动部件的磨损,提高压缩机的制冷性能。
由于制冷设备的使用环境越来复杂,导致设备在复杂环境中运行时,冷冻机油经氧化容易产生油泥且阻塞内部管道,使得制冷设备能耗增加,甚至不能正常运行。在炎热的夏日,对于制冷设备的环境就更加苛刻。因此,冷冻机油的性能改善,尤其是油溶性以及抗燃性的改善,是提高制冷设备正常运行且降低能耗的方法之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种具有良好的氧化安定性能、安全性能、油泥溶解性能的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油。
本发明专利的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,按照质量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
基础油96%-99.5%,该基础油由三次加氢环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯组成;
润滑油添加剂0.5%-4%,该润滑油添加剂由酚类抗氧剂0.3%-2%、抗磨剂0.05%-0.5%、酸捕捉剂0.03%-0.7%、金属钝化剂0.1%-0.55%、消泡剂0.02%-0.25%。
优选地,所述三次加氢环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯的质量比为60%-90%:40%-10%。选用三次加氢及以上精制技术生产的环烷基基础油,具有稳定性强,饱和烃含量高等特点,有很强的抗氧化能力;环烷基基础油采用络合脱氮-白土精制技术,对基础油作再进一步的精制处理,脱除硫、氮元素及不饱和杂环分子,并严格控制馏程指标,选取馏程在260-360℃之间的馏分,初馏点与终馏点温度差不超过100℃,使本产品具有优秀的低温性能,且环烷基油具有良好的油泥溶解性能;由于矿物油的闪点不高,采用闪点高的四羟甲基甲烷酯进行基础油组合,得到油泥溶解性、低温性能、氧化安定性且抗燃性优异的冷冻机油。
优选地,所述酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
优选地,所述抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、氯化磷酸酯的混合物。
优选地,所述酸捕捉剂为烷基缩水甘油醚型化合物。
优选地,所述金属钝化剂为苯并三唑衍生物与噻唑类衍生物的混合物。
优选地,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
本发明的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油的制备方法:
按照比例称取上述组分,加热至50℃-85℃,搅拌混合1小时至3小时,后精滤得到成品。
本发明的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油的开口闪点优异,开口闪点可达230℃;氧化安定性能良好,旋转氧弹(快速氧化法)可达600min以上,且油泥溶解性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,按照质量百分数计算,包括以下组分:基础油为三次加氢环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯的质量比为70:30;抗氧剂0.3%、抗磨剂0.05%、酸捕捉剂0.2%、金属钝化剂0.18%、消泡剂0.01%,其余量为基础油。
实施例2
一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,按照质量百分数计算,包括以下组分:基础油为III类环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯的质量比为80:20;抗氧剂0.5%、抗磨剂0.1%、酸捕捉剂0.25%、金属钝化剂0.1%、消泡剂0.012%,其余量为基础油。
实施例3
一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,按照质量百分数计算,包括以下组分:基础油为III类环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯的质量比为90:10;抗氧剂1.0%、抗磨剂0.12%、酸捕捉剂0.05%、金属钝化剂0.16%、消泡剂0.02%,其余量为基础油。
试验例
将实施例1-3得到的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油进行相关指标检测,检测数据如下表:

1.一种抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于:所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油按照质量份包括以下组成:基础油96%-99.5%,该基础油由三次加氢环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯组成;润滑油添加剂0.5%-4%,该润滑油添加剂由酚类抗氧剂0.3%-2%、抗磨剂0.05%-0.5%、酸捕捉剂0.03%-0.7%、金属钝化剂0.1%-0.55%、消泡剂0.02%-0.25%。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述三次加氢环烷基基础油与四羟甲基甲烷酯的质量比为60%-90%:40%-10%。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、氯化磷酸酯的混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述酸捕捉剂为烷基缩水甘油醚型化合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂为苯并三唑衍生物与噻唑类衍生物的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂为苯并三唑衍生物与噻唑类衍生物的混合物。
8.一种如权利要求1-7所述的抗燃且油溶性强的冷冻机油的制备方法,其特征在于,按照比例称取各个组分,然后混合均,将混合均匀的材料加热至50℃-85℃,搅拌混合1小时至3小时,后精滤得到成品。
