Abstract
本发明涉及制冷用机油领域,公开了一种冷冻机油组合物。该冷冻机油由基础油和添加剂组成,其中基础油为烷基苯油和酯类油,其含量为90%‑99%;抗氧剂,其含量为0.1%‑2%;抗磨剂,其含量为0.1%‑2%;酸捕捉剂,其含量为0.01%‑1%;消泡剂,其含量为0.01%‑1%;金属减活剂,其含量为0.1%‑2%;其中,上述%均为重量%。本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩擦学,且与烃类制冷剂相溶性良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷用机油领域,公开了一种冷冻机油组合物。
背景技术
冷冻机油主要用于润滑冷冻机中需要润滑的部位,与压缩机运行性能和使用寿命有密切关系,所以它的选择和应用,都是非常的重要。与普通润滑油不同,冷冻机油与制冷剂一起在高温区的压缩机出口到低温区的蒸发器之间连续循环,工作温度范围很宽,因此除要求冷冻机油具有良好的润滑、密封、冷却和防腐蚀性能外,更要求其在低温到高温大范围内与制冷剂有良好的溶解性和适应性。
制冷行业对于冷媒的选择越来越倾向于环保型烃类制冷剂,之前较为广泛使用的氯氟烃制冷剂由于对大气臭氧层具有破坏作用,现已逐步被淘汰,而氢氟烃制冷剂虽然对臭氧层无危害,但仍具有显著的全球温室可能性,所以,目前只是作为过渡制冷剂使用,相比之下对臭氧层无危害,无温室效应的烃类制冷剂(如制冷剂R290)将成为今后制冷行业制冷剂的首选。
目前,我国冷冻机油大部分是以深度精制的矿物油为主要基础油,但矿物油普遍粘温性能差,闪点偏低,氧化安定性差,且制冷剂丙烷与矿物型冷冻机油相溶性过大。合成型冷冻机油是目前冷冻机油发展的趋势。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩擦学,且与烃类制冷剂相溶性良好。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种冷冻机油组合物,所述冷冻机油包括基础油和添加剂;
所述添加剂包括抗氧剂,抗磨剂,酸捕捉剂,消泡剂,金属减活剂;
所述抗氧剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%;
所述抗磨剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%;
所述酸捕捉剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.01%~1%;
所述消泡剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.01%~1%;
所述金属减活剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%。
余量基础油,其中,所述基础油为烷基苯油和酯类油。
所述的烷基苯油为十一烷基苯、十二烷基苯、十三烷基苯、十五烷基苯以及十六烷基苯中的任意一种或两种及两种以上的组合物。
所述的酯类油为季戊四醇与异辛酸和异壬酸混合物反应的四酯。
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
所述的抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯。
所述的酸捕捉剂为叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚。
所述的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
所述的金属减活剂为苯并三氮唑。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩擦学,且与烃类制冷剂相溶性良好。
具体实施方法
下面的实施案例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
一种冷冻机油组合物,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:添加剂含量为抗氧剂0.5%,抗磨剂0.1%;酸捕捉剂1%,消泡剂0.1%,金属减活剂0.5%,十二烷基苯50%,余量多元醇酯。其中多元醇酯为季戊四醇和异壬酸、异辛酸经酯化反应所得。
实施例二
一种冷冻机油组合物,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分::添加剂含量为抗氧剂0.8%,抗磨剂0.5%,酸捕捉剂0.5%,消泡剂0.1%,金属减活剂0.5%,十二烷基苯30%,余量多元醇酯。其中多元醇酯为季戊四醇和异壬酸、异辛酸经酯化反应所得。
实施例三
一种冷冻机油组合物,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:添加剂含量为抗氧剂1%,抗磨剂0.2%;酸捕捉剂0.5%,消泡剂0.5%,金属减活剂0.8%,十二烷基苯70%,余量多元醇酯。其中多元醇酯为季戊四醇和异壬酸、异辛酸经酯化反应所得。
以上表述仅为本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些也应视为发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述冷冻机油包括基础油和添加剂:
所述添加剂包括抗氧剂,抗磨剂,酸捕捉剂,消泡剂,金属减活剂;
所述抗氧剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%;
所述抗磨剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%;
所述酸捕捉剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.01%~1%;
所述消泡剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.01%~1%;
所述金属减活剂的含量为所述冷冻机油总质量的0.1%~2%;
余量基础油,其中,所述基础油为烷基苯油和酯类油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的烷基苯油为十一烷基苯、十二烷基苯、十三烷基苯、十五烷基苯以及十六烷基苯中的任意一种或两种及两种以上的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的酯类油为季戊四醇与异辛酸和异壬酸混合物反应的四酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的酸捕捉剂为叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于,所述的金属减活剂为苯并三氮唑。
