技术领域
本发明涉制冷设备润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种烷基苯冷冻机油。
背景技术
冷冻机油主要用于制冷压缩机中部件之间的润滑,与压缩机产品性能和使用寿命有密切关系,所以它的选择和应用,都是非常的重要。与普通设备使用的润滑油不同,冷冻机油与制冷剂一起在高温区的压缩机出口到低温区的蒸发器之间连续循环,工作温度范围很宽。因此,除要求冷冻机油具有良好的润滑、密封、冷却和防腐蚀性能外,更要求其在低温到高温的工作温度范围内与制冷剂有良好的互溶性和化学稳定性。
对于日趋严重的环保问题,制冷行业对于制冷剂的选择越来越倾向于环保型烃类制冷剂(也称碳氢制冷剂),之前广泛使用的氯氟烃制冷剂如二氯二氟甲烷(R12)和氯二氟甲烷(R22)由于对大气臭氧层具有破坏作用,现已逐步被淘汰,而HFC类(氢氟烃)制冷剂虽然对臭氧层没有危害,但具有导致发生温室效应的可能性,所以,目前只是作为过渡制冷剂使用。相比之下,对臭氧层无危害、无温室效应的烃类制冷剂(如冷媒R600a)将成为今后制冷行业冷媒的首选。
对于使用烃类制冷剂的制冷系统来说,目前已有的技术解决方法是使用环烷基油、聚α烯烃或烷基苯等作为冷冻机油组合物的主要成分。聚α烯烃是合成油,综合性能优于环烷基矿物油,但聚α烯烃与极性添加剂的互溶性一般,在制冷系统可能会发生添加剂析出而造成循环系统堵塞或影响制冷剂传热效率。环烷基矿物油有明显的价格优势,基础油来源简单,但由于环烷基矿物油资源有限,且低温性能不如烷基苯类冷冻机油,所以未来使用量会逐步减少。烷基苯冷冻机油属于合成油,低温性能极佳,与烃类制冷剂的互溶性更好,使用寿命比环烷基矿物油长,且价格适中,是未来冷冻机油市场的主流产品。
随着环保节能的趋势越来越明显,制冷压缩机越来越追求高能效比,需要冷冻机油的运动粘度越来越低,但是低运动粘度的冷冻机油,润滑性能会降低,会导致压缩机部件之间磨损加快,压缩机的使用寿命会减少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烷基苯冷冻机油。

一种烷基苯冷冻机油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
抗氧剂,其含量为0.1%-2%;
极压抗磨剂,其含量为0.5%-5%;
缓蚀剂,其含量为0-0.5%;
消泡剂,其含量为0.001%-0.03%;
余量为烷基苯。

所述胺类抗氧剂为烷基萘α萘胺、液态辛基/丁基二苯胺、二异辛基二苯胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种。
