本案为一种合成冷冻机油,包括:多元醇酯,其含量为92%‑99%;抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%‑2%;抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%‑5%;酸扑捉剂,其含量为0.01%‑1%;其中,上述%均为重量%。本案的合成冷冻机油包括多元醇酯、抗氧剂、抗磨剂、酸捕捉剂,其中多元醇酯是季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应的四酯;本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩性。

一种合成冷冻机油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷冻机油组合物的制造方法,特别是一种合成冷冻机油。
背景技术
冷冻机油主要用于润滑冷冻机中需要润滑的部位,与压缩机运转性能和使用寿命有密切关系,所以它的选择和应用,都是非常的重要。与普通润滑油不同,冷冻机油与制冷剂一起在高温区的压缩机出口到低温区的蒸发器之间连续循环,工作温度范围很宽,因此除要求冷冻机油具有良好的润滑、密封、冷却和防腐蚀性能外,更要求其在低温到高温大范围内与制冷剂有良好的溶解性和适应性
合成酯(POE)具有良好的互溶性、稳定性和材料兼容性,润滑性能可靠并且安全、环保,已成为氢氟烃(HFCs)类物质的首选润滑油。尽管氢氟烃(HFCs)制冷剂由于温室效应的问题,在未来依然面临着被冷媒R290(丙烷)代替的可能。但是由于冷媒R290(丙烷)与矿物型冷冻机相容性过大。而合成酯(POE)具有良好的互溶性、稳定性和材料兼容性,依然是与冷媒R290(丙烷)配套的首选。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种冷冻机油组合物,该组合物适用于冷媒R134a,R260。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种合成冷冻机油,包括:
多元醇酯,其含量为92%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
酸扑捉剂,其含量为0.01%-1%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述多元醇酯为季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应所得的四酯,其中异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比为9∶1-1∶9。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比5:5。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯中的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的合成冷冻机油,其中,所述酸扑捉剂为烷基缩水甘油醚型环氧化合物。
本发明的有益效果是:作为用于这些致冷剂(氢氟烃,丙烷)的致冷剂用冷冻机油,本申请提出了以采用多羟基化合物等多元醇的酯为基油的致冷剂用冷冻机油;本案的合成冷冻机油包括多元醇酯、抗氧剂、抗磨剂、酸捕捉剂,其中多元醇酯是季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应的四酯;本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩性。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
一种合成冷冻机油,包括:
多元醇酯,其含量为92%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
酸扑捉剂,其含量为0.01%-1%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。作为用于这些致冷剂(氢氟烃,丙烷)的致冷剂用冷冻机油,本申请提出了以采用多羟基化合物等多元醇的酯为基油的致冷剂用冷冻机油;本案的合成冷冻机油包括多元醇酯、抗氧剂、抗磨剂、酸捕捉剂,其中多元醇酯是季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应的四酯;本发明所提供的冷冻机油组合物具有良好的氧化安定性,抗摩性。
进一步的,所述多元醇酯为季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应所得的四酯,其中异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比为9∶1-1∶9。
进一步的,所述异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比5:5。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
进一步的,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
进一步的,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
进一步的,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯中的一种或两种及两种以上。
进一步的,所述酸扑捉剂为烷基缩水甘油醚型环氧化合物。

注:上表1中多元醇酯为异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的比例5:5与季戊四醇酯化反应得到;上述各配方均通过2000小时冰箱压缩机台架试验。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出的实施例。

Claims (9)

1.一种合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,包括:
多元醇酯,其含量为92%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
酸扑捉剂,其含量为0.01%-1%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述多元醇酯为季戊四醇与异辛酸和二乙基戊酸混合物反应所得的四酯,其中异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比为9∶1-1∶9。
3.如权利要求2所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述异辛酸和二乙基戊酸的重量比5:5。
4.如权利要求3所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
6.如权利要求4所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
7.如权利要求4所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯中的一种或两种及两种以上。
9.如权利要求8所述的合成冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述酸扑捉剂为烷基缩水甘油醚型环氧化合物。
