本案为一种矿物油型冷冻机油,包括:基础油,其含量为93%‑99%;抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%‑2%;抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%‑5%;消泡剂,其含量为0.01%;其中,上述%均为重量%。本申请提出了以采用基础油为含有芳香族重量为2%‑5%的矿物油为基油的矿物油型冷冻机油;本案的合成冷冻机油包括基础油、抗氧剂、抗磨剂、消泡剂,并给出了与基础油相应的抗氧剂,抗磨剂,消泡剂的含量,得到了一种长寿高效的矿物型冷冻机油,在冷媒相容性,润滑性,冷冻机油寿命之间找出了平衡点,提供芳香族(CA)含量的最佳比例范围。

一种矿物油型冷冻机油
技术领域
本发明涉及矿物油型冷冻机油的制造方法,特别是矿物油型冷冻机油。
背景技术
冷冻机油主要用于润滑冷冻机中需要润滑的部位,与压缩机运转性能和使用寿命有密切关系,所以它的选择和应用,都是非常的重要。与普通润滑油不同,冷冻机油与制冷剂一起在高温区的压缩机出口到低温区的蒸发器之间连续循环,工作温度范围很宽,因此除要求冷冻机油具有良好的润滑、密封、冷却和防腐蚀性能外,更要求其在低温到高温大范围内与制冷剂有良好的溶解性和适应性。
对于日趋恶劣的环境,制冷行业对于冷媒的选择越来越倾向于环保型烃类制冷剂(也称碳氢制冷剂),之前广泛使用的氯氟烃制冷剂如二氯二氟甲烷(R12)和氯二氟甲烷(R22)由于对大气臭氧层具有破坏作用,现已逐步被淘汰,而HFC类(氢氟烃)制冷剂虽然对臭氧层没有危害,但仍然具有显著的全球温室可能性,所以,目前只是作为过渡制冷剂使用。相比之下,对臭氧层无危害、无温室效应的烃类制冷剂(如冷媒R600a)将成为今后制冷行业冷媒的首选。
对于使用烃类制冷剂的制冷系统来说,目前已有的技术解决方法是使用环烷基油、聚α烯烃或烷基苯等作为冷冻机油组合物的主要成分。聚α烯烃是合成油,综合性能优于环烷基矿物油,但聚α烯烃与极性添加剂的互溶性一般,在制冷系统可能会发生添加剂析出而造成循环系统堵塞或影响制冷剂传热效率。环烷基油因其价格和性能的优势,依旧是未来冷冻机油市场的主流。
但是随着基础油精制程度的提高,环烷基油中芳香族族分的含量在不断减少。降低了基础油与冷媒的相容性,同时润滑性也出现了一定程度的下降。虽然可以依靠增加添加剂来提高冷冻机油的润滑性。但是随着添加剂的增加,冷冻机油的寿命呈下降趋势。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于在冷媒相容性,润滑性,冷冻机油寿命之间找出平衡点,提供芳香族(CA)含量的最佳比例范围。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种矿物油型冷冻机油,包括:
基础油,其含量为93%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
消泡剂,其含量为0.01%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述基础油为含有芳香族重量为2%-5%的矿物油。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯的一种或两种及两种以上。
优选的是,所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其中,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请提出了以采用基础油为含有芳香族重量为2%-5%的矿物油为基油的矿物油型冷冻机油;本案的合成冷冻机油包括基础油、抗氧剂、抗磨剂、消泡剂,并给出了与基础油相应的抗氧剂,抗磨剂,消泡剂的含量,得到了一种长寿高效的矿物型冷冻机油,在冷媒相容性,润滑性,冷冻机油寿命之间找出了平衡点,提供芳香族(CA)含量的最佳比例范围。

一种矿物油型冷冻机油,包括:
基础油,其含量为93%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
消泡剂,其含量为0.01%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。
进一步的,所述基础油为含有芳香族重量为2%-5%的矿物油。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
进一步的,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
进一步的,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
进一步的,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯的一种或两种及两种以上。

Claims (8)

1.一种矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,包括:
基础油,其含量为93%-99%;
抗氧剂,其含量为0.01%-2%;
抗磨剂,其含量为0.05%-5%;
消泡剂,其含量为0.01%;
其中,上述%均为重量%。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述基础油为含有芳香族重量为1%-10%的矿物油。
3.如权利要求2所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为酚类或芳胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基-双(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)、p,p’-二辛基二苯基胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
5.如权利要求3所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述芳胺类抗氧剂为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、苯基-β-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、β-萘胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或两种及两种以上。
6.如权利要求3所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类抗磨剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述磷酸酯类抗磨剂为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(甲苯酯)、磷酸三(乙苯酯)、磷酸三(丙苯酯)、磷酸三(丁苯酯)、磷酸甲苯基二苯基酯、磷酸乙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丙苯基二苯基酯、磷酸丁苯基二苯基酯、磷酸二甲苯基苯基酯、磷酸二乙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丙苯基苯基酯、磷酸二丁苯基苯基酯等磷酸三芳基酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苄基二硫化物、硫化异丁烯的一种或两种及两种以上。
8.如权利要求7所述的矿物油型冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
