本发明属于食品加工领域，具体涉及一种豆腐切块装置。
背景技术
豆腐是我国传统菜肴的原料之一，历来受到人们的欢迎。豆腐一般经过把豆类磨制成豆浆，然后点浆凝固成型等步骤制成。在豆腐的基础上，人们开发出了油豆腐、臭豆腐、豆腐干、豆腐乳等多种进一步加工的吃法，而初始成型制成的豆腐都是大块的，要进一步加工制成油豆腐、臭豆腐、豆腐干、豆腐乳等之前，都要经过把大块的豆腐块切成一定规格的小块豆腐这一步骤。目前主要有两种豆腐切块方式：一是人工切割，工人使用刀具和木尺切分，这种方式工作效率低，不利于量化生产，而且切成的小块很难大小均匀，另外人工切分时容易肢体直接接触到豆腐，在卫生方面有安全隐患；另一种方式是机器切割，但是目前有的机器比较繁琐，操作复杂，对小规模的豆腐制品加工厂来说成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：解决前述问题提供一种使用便捷、成本低的替代人工切块的新的豆腐切块装置。
本发明的技术方案为：一种豆腐切块装置，包括操作平台、传送装置和切块装置，传送装置包括传送轮和皮带，传送轮通过支架固定在操作平台上，切块装置设置在传送装置的上方，并且通过支撑架与操作平台固定连接，纵切装置包括第一支撑架和纵向切刀，第一支撑架固定连接在操作平台上，纵向切刀设置在第一支撑架上，纵向切刀纵向设置，横切装置包括第二支撑架、电机和传动装置、凸轮装置、横向切刀刀架、横向切刀，第二支撑架固定连接在操作平台上，电机和传动装置固定在第二支撑架上，横向切刀设置在横向切刀刀架上，横向切刀刀架与凸轮装置连接，电机和传动装置带动凸轮装置转动，凸轮装置带动横向切刀刀架做自上向下的往复运动，从而带动横向切刀做从自向下的往复运动，横向切刀横向设置。
优选的，所述纵向切刀与第一支撑架可拆卸连接。
优选的，所述纵向切刀为倒三角形状薄片。
优选的，所述横向切刀为一片刀片。
优选的，在所述操作平台四周设置防尘罩。
优选的，操作平台下设支撑腿，所述支撑腿底部设置万向轮，万向轮设置有刹车装置。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的豆腐切块装置使用便捷，替代人工操作提高切豆腐的工作效率，纵切装置刀片可拆卸，方便更换，横切装置通过采用凸轮装置，可只用一片刀片即可实现往复循环切块，防尘罩的设置能够保持豆腐切块过程中的卫生操作简单。总体而言，本发明提供的豆腐切块装置使用便捷，成本低，方便推广应用。

实施例1
如图1-3所示，本实施例是一种豆腐切块装置，包括支撑腿1、操作平台2、传送装置3，传送装置包括传送轮31和传送皮带32，传送轮31通过支架7固定在操作平台2上，切块装置包括纵切装置4和横切装置5。纵切装置包括第一支撑架41和纵向切刀42，第一支撑架41两端固定连接在操作平台2上，纵向切刀42设置在第一支撑架41上，且纵向设置，刀刃朝向来料方向。使用时，待切的豆腐顺传送皮带32朝向纵向切刀42行进，经过纵向切刀42，即被纵向切刀42切割，完成纵切。
横切装置5包括第二支撑架51、电机和传动装置55、凸轮装置54、横向切刀刀架53、横向切刀52。第二支撑架51固定连接在操作平台2上，电机和传动装置55固定在第二支撑架51上，横向切刀52设置在横向切刀刀架53上，横向切刀刀架53与凸轮装置54连接。电机和传动装置55带动凸轮装置54转动，凸轮装置带动横向切刀刀架53做自上向下的往复运动，从而带动横向切刀52做从自向下的往复运动，最少可只设置一片横切刀片即可实现对豆腐的连续横切，操作简便易行。
本实施例中，纵向切刀42与第一支撑架41采用可拆卸连接，第一支撑架41的横梁上设置有孔，纵向切刀42连接第一支撑架的一端也设置有孔，第一支撑架41和纵向切刀42通过螺栓螺帽紧固实现可拆卸连接。可拆卸的连接方式，可根据需求增减纵向切刀的数量或更换纵向切刀，比如因切不同的豆腐或者刀片损坏需要更换纵向切刀时，只需拆除螺栓螺帽即可更换，而且还可以根据豆腐大小的需要增加或减少纵向切刀的数量。
本实施例中，纵向切刀42采用倒三角形的薄片，倒三角薄片设计的刀具加工成本较低，并且可以向豆腐施加斜向下的压力，切割中豆腐不易发生位移。
本实施例中，在操作台四周设置防尘罩6，在切割豆腐时保持卫生。
本实施例中,操作平台2设有支撑腿1，支撑腿1下设万向轮8，万向轮8设置有刹车装置。设置支腿和万向轮方便移动本发明的豆腐切块装置到合适的位置，设置刹车装置使本发明的豆腐切块装置在使用过程中保持稳定。

1.一种豆腐切块装置，包括操作平台、传送装置和切块装置，传送装置包括传送轮和皮带，传送轮通过支架固定在操作平台上，切块装置设置在传送装置的上方，并且通过支撑架与操作平台固定连接，其特征在于：纵切装置包括第一支撑架和纵向切刀，第一支撑架固定连接在操作平台上，纵向切刀设置在第一支撑架上，纵向切刀纵向设置，横切装置包括第二支撑架、电机和传动装置、凸轮装置、横向切刀刀架、横向切刀，第二支撑架固定连接在操作平台上，电机和传动装置固定在第二支撑架上，横向切刀设置在横向切刀刀架上，横向切刀刀架与凸轮装置连接，电机和传动装置带动凸轮装置转动，凸轮装置带动横向切刀刀架做自上向下的往复运动，从而带动横向切刀做从自向下的往复运动，横向切刀横向设置。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种豆腐切块装置，其特征在于：所述纵向切刀为倒三角形状薄片。

6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的一种豆腐切块装置，其特征在于：所述操作平台下设支撑腿，所述支撑腿底部设置万向轮，万向轮设置有刹车装置。
