The restorative-type medical cold compress dressing of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises a lithospermum erythrorhizon extract, a ginseng extract, a peony root bark extract, a notopterygium root extract, and a ginger root extract; the contents of the lithospermum extract, the ginseng extract, the peony root bark extract, the notopterygium root extract and the ginger root extract are respectively 2.0-4.0%, 2.0-5.0%, 1.0-3.0%, 4.0-6.0% and 2.0-4.0%.

The repair type medical cold compress dressing as claimed in claim 2, wherein the herba Leonuri extract is prepared by grinding herba Leonuri into powder, adding ethanol water solution, performing ultrasonic extraction with ultrasonic power of 350-400W for 25-30min, filtering, extracting the filtrate with diethyl ether, removing organic solvent layer, heating at 50-55 deg.C for 10-15min, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant.
6. The repair medical cold compress dressing of claim 1, further comprising lavender essential oil and astaxanthin; the contents of lavender essential oil and astaxanthin are 1.5-3.0% and 2.0-3.0%, respectively.
