Example 9
The dosage form of the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of embodiments 1 to 8 may be a tincture, an ointment, a plaster, a gel or a patch.
The tincture is a clear liquid preparation prepared by extracting or dissolving raw material medicines with ethanol with specified concentration, and can also be prepared by diluting with fluid extract. The ethanol can dissolve sebum, loosen epidermis, and absorb water in skin. The ethanol also has effects of relaxing muscles and tendons, promoting blood circulation, dilating peripheral blood vessel, enhancing permeability of peripheral blood vessel, and promoting drug absorption, so as to exert pharmacological effect of the drugs in the medicated liquor. Meanwhile, the alcohol has the functions of disinfection, sterilization and itching relief.
The ointment is a semisolid external preparation with certain consistency prepared by uniformly mixing a medicament and a proper matrix. The common base is divided into oleaginous, water-soluble and emulsion base, wherein the ointment prepared from the emulsion base and easy to be coated is called cream.
Plasters are preparations which are sticky and which are intended for external application. Is prepared by mixing the medicine and proper matrix. Is usually uniformly coated on cotton cloth or other backing materials, and sometimes a plurality of small holes are arranged on the surface of the backing material. After being attached to the skin, the patch gradually exerts the drug effect at the body temperature. Common uses include adhesive plaster (i.e. adhesive plaster) and plaster (e.g. wound plaster).
The gel is thick liquid or semisolid preparation prepared by the drug and auxiliary materials capable of forming gel and prepared into solution, suspension or emulsion. Gels are typically topically applied to the skin and body cavities (e.g., nasal, vaginal, and rectal). Emulsion type gelling agents are also known as emulsors. Gelling agents made from a polymeric matrix (e.g., tragacanth, etc.) may also be referred to as mucilages. A gel formed by small particles of a small-molecular inorganic drug (such as aluminum hydroxide) existing in a liquid in a network structure belongs to a two-phase dispersion system and is also called a suspension type gel. Suspension gels can be thixotropic, semi-solid at rest and liquid when stirred or shaken.
The patch is a sheet-like preparation which can be adhered to the skin and the medicine can produce systemic or local effect. Modern transdermal absorption preparation is a patch or a patch medicine which is absorbed through skin, can quickly and durably enter the whole body according to the dosage required by the disease condition through a controlled release mechanism.
The Chinese medicinal composition can be made into various dosage forms, and is suitable for different disease occurrence positions and disease development stages.

Three groups of patients were cured and followed for 3 months and observed for relapse rates.
3 analysis of therapeutic effects
3.1 Observation index
The main symptoms and signs before, during and after 2 weeks of withdrawal of the drug are observed, including itching, erythema, pimple, water scar, erosion, exudation, keratosis and rhagadia, and are classified according to 0-3 grades and classified into none, light, medium and heavy. 0 min to 4 min. ② the cure rate, the total effective rate and the adverse reaction of each group of patients after stopping taking the medicine for 2 weeks are compared. And thirdly, comparing the healing time of the skin lesion, the disappearance time of symptoms and the 3-month recurrence rate of the patients.
3.2 therapeutic criteria
Integral reduction index (%) — (total integral of pre-treatment cardinal signs-total score of post-treatment cardinal signs)/total integral of pre-treatment cardinal signs x 100%. The total effective rate is curing, obvious effect and improvement.
Curing, namely completely eliminating skin damage and pruritus;
the effect is obvious, the rash and the pruritus basically disappear, and the integral reduction index is more than 60 percent;
the improvement is that the rash and the pruritus are relieved, and the integral reduction index is more than or equal to 30 percent and less than 60 percent;
the skin rash and pruritus are not relieved or even aggravated, and the integral drop index is less than 30%.
3.3 statistical methods
Processing with SPSS 18.0, testing with t test, and counting with x + -s2Inspection, P<A difference of 0.05 is statistically significant.
3.4 therapeutic results
All 90 patients in the group are successfully tested and treated, and no obvious adverse reaction occurs in three groups of patients. 3.4.1 the cure rate and total effective rate of three groups of patients after stopping taking the medicine for 2 weeks are compared (see Table 1)
The results show that the cure rates of the first treatment group, the second treatment group and the control group are respectively 66.67%, 70.00% and 50.00%, the total effective rates are respectively 100%, 100% and 83.33%, and the clinical curative effects of the first treatment group and the second treatment group are better than those of the control group. However, the difference between the first treatment group and the second treatment group was not statistically significant. The clinical efficacy of the first treatment group and the second treatment group was superior to that of the control group, but the difference between the A treatment group and the second treatment group was not statistically significant.
Table 1 three groups of comparative examples of clinical efficacy (%)
3.4.2 comparison of eczema healing time, symptom disappearance time and follow-up 3 months recurrence rate of each group of patients (see Table 2)
The healing time, symptom disappearance time and recurrence rate of the patients cured by the first treatment group and the second treatment group are respectively lower than those of the control group, the differences have statistical significance (P is less than 0.05), and the differences between the first treatment group and the second treatment group by the soil indexes have no statistical significance. The three groups of relapsing patients still have effective treatment by simply using traditional Chinese medicine external washing, while the traditional Chinese medicine treatment curative effect of the first treatment group and the second treatment group of relapsing patients is obviously better than that of a control group, but the re-grouping contrast study cannot be carried out because the total sample amount of the relapsing patients is less.
TABLE 2 comparison of healing time, symptom disappearance time and follow-up 3 month recurrence rate
