(6) harvesting: harvesting is started after the middle ten days of Yuanyue in the second year, and the harvesting period can last for 4-5 months; during harvesting, after the soil is turned over, taking out the whole chips, reserving the shallow grooves, covering the soil again, and planting the chips in proper seasons; or cutting with a knife at a distance of about 10cm from the potato head, taking out the potato blocks and leaving the potato head, reserving the shallow groove, covering soil again, and performing daily management to grow the potato again.
Example 2:
a planting method of a yam shallow growing tank comprises the steps of seed selection, germination acceleration, shallow growing tank manufacturing, soil preparation and tank placing, sowing, field management and harvesting, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) seed selection: selecting healthy potato blocks harvested in a new garden as potato seeds, cutting the selected potato seeds into blocks, sealing the cut with lime or plant ash, and stacking according to the head, the middle, the tail and the weight; during planting, classified and centralized planting is adopted, so that balanced and coordinated growth of the Chinese yam is facilitated;
(2) accelerating germination: before germination accelerating, washing with clear water, performing germination accelerating in a classified and concentrated manner according to the head, middle, tail and weight, then soaking in 800 times of 25% carbendazim wettable powder for 10 minutes, taking out and drying in the air; the specific germination accelerating process comprises the steps of firstly, flatly laying a layer of dried potato blocks indoors with the thickness of 14-16 cm, and then covering a layer of wet straw on the flatly laid potato blocks; or on the outdoor ground, firstly leveling the ground to form a ridge surface, flatly paving the dried potato blocks on the ridge surface, flatly paving a layer of fine soil with the thickness of 10-12 cm, then covering the potato blocks with a layer of fine soil with the thickness of 6-9 cm, finally covering the fine soil with a layer of wet straw, and transplanting the potato blocks when bud eyes grow out;

(6) harvesting: harvesting is started after the middle ten days of Yuanyue in the second year, and the harvesting period can last for 4-5 months; during harvesting, after the soil is turned over, taking out the whole chips, reserving the shallow grooves, covering the soil again, and planting the chips in proper seasons; or cutting with a knife at a distance of about 10cm from the potato head, taking out the potato blocks and leaving the potato head, reserving the shallow groove, covering soil again, and performing daily management to grow the potato again.
Example 3:
a planting method of a yam shallow growing tank comprises the steps of seed selection, germination acceleration, shallow growing tank manufacturing, soil preparation and tank placing, sowing, field management and harvesting, and specifically comprises the following steps:

(6) harvesting: harvesting is started after the middle ten days of Yuanyue in the next year, and the harvesting period can last for 4-5 months. During harvesting, after the soil is turned over, taking out the whole chips, reserving the shallow grooves, covering the soil again, and planting the chips in proper seasons; or cutting with a knife at a distance of about 10cm from the potato head, taking out the potato blocks and leaving the potato head, reserving the shallow groove, covering soil again, and performing daily management to grow the potato again.
Compared with the traditional planting method, the planting method of the invention has the advantages that the potato seed consumption can be reduced by about 20%, the seedling emergence is neat, the seed block decay is low, and the planted yam has the advantages of good quality, high yield, beautiful appearance, low breakage rate and the like.

(1) seed selection: selecting healthy potato blocks harvested in a new garden as potato seeds, cutting the selected potato seeds into blocks, wherein the weight of each block is 35-45 g, and then stacking the potato blocks according to the weight of the head, the middle, the tail and the weight;
(2) accelerating germination: carrying out germination on the potato blocks in a classified and concentrated manner according to the head, the middle, the tail and the weight, firstly, flatly laying the potato blocks indoors for a layer of thickness of 10-18 cm, and then, covering a layer of wet straw on the flatly laid potato blocks; or on the outdoor ground, firstly leveling the ground to form a ridge surface, flatly paving the dried potato blocks on the ridge surface, flatly paving a layer of fine soil with the thickness of 8-15 cm, then covering the potato blocks with a layer of fine soil with the thickness of 5-10 cm, finally covering the fine soil with a layer of wet straw, and transplanting the potato blocks when bud eyes grow out;
(3) land preparation and groove placement: selecting a U-shaped plastic groove as a shallow groove, wherein the length, width and depth of the shallow groove are 80-120 multiplied by 6 multiplied by 5cm, selecting soil with fertile soil, deep soil layer and convenient irrigation and drainage as a planting field, firstly manufacturing planting beds in the planting field, wherein the planting beds are manufactured into parallel inclined small groove structures, and planting in a single row is adopted, the furrow is covered by 1.4-1.7 m in each row, and the furrow depth is 15-30 cm; then, placing the shallow grooves into the planting furrows, and placing the shallow grooves and the horizontal plane of the planting field into the planting furrows at an oblique angle of 12-18 degrees;
(4) sowing: according to the local climate characteristics, seeding is carried out before the Qingming festival in the seeding period, seed potatoes subjected to germination acceleration are transplanted in the shallow growth tank during seeding, the distance between the bud eyes of the seed potatoes and the upper end of the shallow growth tank is 1.8-2.2 cm, if the seed potatoes are large, the bud eyes face the side edges of the shallow growth tank, long-strip-shaped potato seeds are placed parallel to the shallow growth tank, 1400-1600 potato seeds are planted per mu, 18-23 g of compound fertilizer is applied to each planted plant after planting, 180-220 kg of plant ash is applied or hole-applied per mu, 1400-1600 kg of decomposed organic matter farmyard manure is arranged around the shallow growth tank, and finally, a layer of fine soil with the thickness of 3-5 cm is covered;

(6) harvesting: harvesting is started after the middle ten days of Yuanyue in the next year, and the harvesting period can last for 4-5 months.
2. The planting method of the shallow growing tank of Chinese yam according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the seed selection process in the step (1), the selected potato seeds are cut into blocks, the weight of each block is 38-42 g, the cut openings are sealed by lime or plant ash, and classified and concentrated planting is adopted during planting, so that balanced and coordinated growth of the yams is facilitated.
